We loved our stay at this location. The condo is very nice and conveniently located. We were able to walk to town and the mountain each day. There was plenty of space for 4 adults working from home at the large dining table. The hosts were very accommodating and even let us check in early Saturday so we could ski without having to worry about our bags! Would definitely recommend this place!

The condo has excellent locations, kitchen full equipment and beds very comfortable. Host kind and friendly. Definitely we will stay again!!!!

The owners were great in communication and also beyond accommodating my schedule change. The condo was much nicer than it appears in photos too. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were good. It is walkable to and from the town center but a little further walk than previous stays. If I had my little kids the walk would have been too long but I enjoyed it and walked daily for dinner. One minor thing to mention; the master bedroom is next to the road which is still out of the main town area and quiet but if you're trying to sleep in one day and not be up and out on an adventure the traffic can be heard. It was not an issue but the queen bunk room would be more quiet. Maybe they could add heavier curtains over the blinds which will help dampen the sound? The outdoor area is completely private and nice in the afternoon. The hot tub is also quiet and not busy so there were times I would be the only one in there. The overall condo complex is quiet and cleaned and I couldn't hear any neighbors. I would definitely stay again!

Condo is beautifully furnished and maintained, furniture and beds are very comfortable. Appreciated the pantry supplies, bottle of wine, etc. Plenty of linens and towels, all of very nice quality. We biked into town for dinner; hiking and biking trails were close by. Would highly recommend.

Location to baldy and town was just a few minutes away. The condo is cozy, very well appointed and Tug was easy to stay in contact with. They had the Christmas tree lite when we arrived. Lots of attention to detail...

Downtown Ketchum is a 10 min walk and the shuttle to the mountain, which comes every 30 min, is about 150 feet away and 2 stops. Door to mountain is less than 5 min. The home itself is very comfortable for a family of four.

I would echo all the previous positive comments. Great condo with a good location - just not the great location as map suggests. Had a windy and cold walk home from dinnner a few nights!

Clean comfortable and well equipped

Was in Ketchum for a bicycling event, with family. The event started and finished in downtown Ketchum, and the property is a nice walk from downtown. It's also easy to get to a park and a ski hill, that has trails for hiking and trail running. The property has two bathrooms for the two bedrooms, and a comfortable living room adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. There is a nice little patio outside, that was a great place to relax on unusually hot afternoons. Everything was in working order. Recommended.

Loved this condo. Such great personal touches in the decor. Super comfotable living room to hang out in. Beds and linens were the best ! Only negative was the outside space. Not really nice to sit since dusty deck and unkempt (dead bushes/uncut grass). These are easy fixes and then it would be perfect. Great location to town and River Run. We highly recommend this home. Out teenage girls loved th queen bunk beds!!!

Great, little condo with a view of Baldy. We watched parasailers float down the mountain every morning! The location was an easy walk to the River Run Lodge as well as downtown Ketchum. We came to celebrate my mother-in-laws 80th birthday. Ketchum offers some great restaurants and we went to the skating show at the Sun Valley Lodge one night, which was beautiful! The condo is well-equipped and had everything we needed. Tug even called us to make sure we were able to get into the condo upon arrival. We all had a great weekend! Thanks so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo!

Clean, comfortable, great location

We had a wonderful time in Tug's condo. The location is great as it is within walking distance of both downtown Ketchum and the River Run base area. The unit is clean, modern and efficient. Tug was a wonderful host and it was very easy to initially get in and to depart. It made for a very pleasant holiday week.

This condo is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a very relaxing stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum! On top of that, Tug really went above and beyond in helping us when our flight to Idaho was cancelled because of weather. We had to change all of our plans to shift one day later, meaning we needed an extra night in the condo at the end of our original reservation. Tug was very understanding and worked with us to make that happen. Crisis averted! Every detail is taken care of in the condo, they haven't missed anything! Our two teenage boys loved the huge bunk beds in the second bedroom, and we were very comfortable in the master. It was very cold during our stay (not in the condo) so we drove everywhere, which was very easy. It would have been a long walk to River Run and the main area of shops and restaurants in Ketchum, but I'm sure it would be been nice in warmer weather. We also loved the hot tub, which is a short distance across the small parking lot from the condo. This is the perfect place to stay!

This quiet, tranquil, home is just what the doctor ordered. When I stay here, I don't want to leave. When I am away from it, I want to be there. If I am stressed in my every-day life, I just picture myself in Tug & Kari's home in the mountains. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It's easy for people to maneuver in this home, not bumping into one another. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The living room is set up in such a way, one can curl up with a good book, or one's laptop, or perhaps a nap. Their home is located in a quiet spot that is still within walking/biking distance of downtown Ketchum. If you're visiting overnight, or for an extended time, you will want to stay here.

Our family rented this condo for the second time in 3 years. This time there were 6 of us. We found the property to be just as enjoyable, comfortable and convenient as our last visit.The condo lacks for nothing. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with all utensils, pans, and appliances, and a complimentary welcome case of beer and bottle of wine are in the fridge upon arrival, The second bedroom now has a set of queen bunks, which worked out perfectly for our 4 twenty something year olds! Additionally, there is an on site hot tub which was wonderful for soaking after long hikes or bike rides. The location of the condo is also perfect. A 2 minute walk to the base of Baldy and the bike path, and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. Ketchum is just a fun place to be when you're done with all of your physical activities. Great restaurants, lots of live music, interesting shops, art galleries etc. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ketchum!

Great condo, great owners. My wife and I really needed a nice weekend away and this place fit the bill. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable bed, and at the end of the day, we loved hitting the hottub. We enjoyed walking in to town for dinner/drinks as needed, as well as biking around town/along the nearby trails and even fishing the Big Wood and (after a short drive) Silver Creek. We were even impressed by having some of the little things we didn't initially think about (like coffee and butter.)
