Property was well kept outside. Very dated inside as far as appliances and cook where but was able to do what i needed to do. Carpets need replaced and you should never have Carpets in your bathrooms. Was like staying at an uncles summer home he let the fam borrow for the winter. Pretty scary cliff side access to the beach. Also a block away for easier access. But. Good parking once inside. Comfortable and homie. Just needs some updates. We left smiling and did enjoy our stay over all. Eileen ( believe this is how you spell.) Was very much help and answered everytime i had an issue or needed her

This condo had everything we needed for a family beach trip. We could walk down to beach via the private staircase. We could rinse off afterwards with the outdoor shower at the pool deck, then enjoy the pool and hot tub. The community was quiet and secure. Parking was in a large garage behind a gated entry. There were boogie boards, surf boards, chairs, and other beach stuff that the owner said we were able to use. The unit itself was great -- three very large bedrooms, functional kitchen and large dining table, plus living room and balcony. Nice that it is upstairs, so you don't hear footsteps above you. The only critique I had was that the garage is two-deep and could potentially fit two vehicles, but the owner had some personal items preventing us from parking more than 1 vehicle in it. And the community has only two guest parking spots for all the condos. That said, parking was generally found outside and did not prevent us from enjoying the trip. We'll be back for sure.

Condo photos don't do it justice. Lovely space. Interior design, furniture, wallpaper, a little dated but adequate. Pool area quite, everyone respectful. Access to phenomenal beach. Lovely local restaurants.

Great place right above the beach! The condo is spacious, though the furnishings are a bit dated and the carpeting should be replaced. But you can’t beat the location, especially if you like to listen to the ocean while you fall asleep at night.
