We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as expected!

Condo was perfect and pictures accurately show what you get. The building is quite old but the condo has been updated and is very nice. Host was very prompt in answering any questions. I am always checking dates to book another stay!

Condo was nice and had everything you would need. Convenient location with not too many crowds on beach. The view is amazing. The bed is firm and i prefer soft but I most do not. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay again. Close to shops and restaurants.

Awesome condo right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. Condo was well stocked and had what we needed. Very nice that 2 beach chairs were included. Will definitely be back.

Property was near so many activities, easy access to State park and many restaurants. Owner made easy check in, parking easy, wonderful view of beach and sunset from balcony. Very roomy inside with everything you need for great vacation. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen layout is very tight and lacked a few things like a corkscrew and a crab boil pot. Other than that, this condo is located within beach walking distance from Schooners and had a lovely pool area with tiki bar.

This was our first time at Regency Towers. An older building but still a nice vacation spot. Located on the East end of the beach where traffic isn't as heavy. The condo had plenty of room for me, my husband & 2 teen boys. The view was beautiful. The weather was perfect & the beach was never too crowded. This unit also has complimentary beach chairs & umbrella. The pools are nice & always playing good tunes. The tiki bar has good food & drinks for a reasonable price. The tiki bar also sells ice by the bag or you can purchase it from the machine on the back side of the bar. The main elevator in front of the office was usually pretty busy, but we used one on the end & never waited very long. Lynn always responded quickly & was very helpful with any questions I had about our stay. The only 2 things I would suggest is a deep cleaning & a dust pan for guests.

It wasn't clean when we arrived..Dirty laundry was still on the floors,bed mattress was dirty also..I contacted the manager of the condo and she said it was a mistake that it wasn't clean..She refunded us our cleaning deposit because my wife and our other family member had to clean up the place..Im not gonna lie its a nice place and we had a nice time..but our only problem was that the plsce wasn't clean when we arrived..and we couldn't just leave because it was 4th of July weekend and everything was booked mostly..

This place was amazing!! My family and I had a great time and we hope to come back soon! The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions!

Master bedroom needs a better mattress. The pool rules regarding balls in the pool and little kid toys in kid pool are awful.

Had a fantastic time at this cute condo. Went to Panama City Beach to meet with friend from out of state. Beach was literally right out the door. There was a state park just down the street where we snorkeled. Property was close restaurants but we only ate out once. We cooked in and kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and condo was clean. Owner/manager was friendly and quickly responded to my messages. Would definitely stay here again.

We went for a quick weekend to celebrate my best friend's birthday. It was an easy check in. Lynn Holcomb is a great owner/ property owner. She provided everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. Great location and view. We had a great time. Would highly recommend.

Great condo, huge pools, easy check in

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The view and location alone are worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. The condo itself was very clean, and functional. It has basics you need such as silverware, and pans but overall very minimally stocked so just plan accordingly. The only thing we really missed was a coffee scoop, measuring spoons, and measuring cups...not a big deal really, but just something nice to have on hand if cooking at "home" and like to make a balanced cup of coffee lol. The facility itself was very well maintained and clean. We loved the pools and spent lots of time out there when the jelly fish decided to get a little too close for comfort in the ocean! Just as a heads up, you need wristbands to use the amenities(pool, gym, and billiards), but there is a drawer full of them in the kitchen, so no need to purchase(there were a few times I forgot to put mine on and noone said anything, fyi). Beds were decent, A/c worked well, and there was a box fan available as well. Shower pressure was great! I feel like the check in information was lacking just a bit, HOWEVER Lynn was very responsive and helpful so that made up for it! I do think having a local guide book, and check in/check out info available AT the condo would be a positive addition. Overall, everything was good for us and would stay here again and again!

The condo itself is very dated but that’s ok we could definitely tell that from the pictures on the website. The view from our 13th floor condo was amazing. The living room furniture had visible stains that maid some of my crew a little uncomfortable but I fixed that by just covering them with couch covers. When I travel, I always prepare for that type of thing. Definitely not a deal breaker. A keurig coffee maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen as myself nor anyone else knew how to make coffee with a regular coffee maker. Oh and the bathroom and kitchen rugs definitely could stand to be replaced. This unit is too beautiful to let small things like that make more picky potential guests, give it a bad rating, however some people will. So e few very minor changes would be my recommendation. Over all our stay was comfortable, relaxing and beautiful.

Spent the month of May at this property with my sister. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Lynn was excellent to deal with and responded immediately to a couple of minor issues we had. Having the 2 beach loungers & umbrella was definitely a bonus! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location and Lynn made the process so smooth. We all had a great time.

Right on the beach, Lynn (owner) had excellent communication and was easy to work with. Felt safe with the area + security staffed, gated entrance was nice. Condo space was well maintained. Everything needed for a nice family get away. One of big pools was heated to excellent 70+ degrees (locals said that's done during off season). Our kids swam literally all day even with cooler January weather.

It was a great stay with my friends for my fortieth birthday. We had a great time.

This is the second time we stayed there . It is right at the beach . Place is clean and nice . Also come with the beach chair that is plus .

This is our 3rd stay here and as always, we enjoyed the view and property! Thank you Lynn! This was our first stay during the week of July 4th and the fireworks were spectacular!!!

We loved this condo. It was very clean and nicely updated and furnished. Great views! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Loved the tiki bar and able to get food from there and not have to leave much. Wish the condominium had more elevators so there was not a wait but that has absolutely nothing to do with the owner. Would stay here again.

Owner was superb at communicating with us! Condo was very well decorated and clean. The only things I wish we would have had that we didn't was a couple more bath towels, extra blankets and a fan. Otherwise, it was fantastic!!
