Good: location is great, amenities are good, air worked well, check in was simple. Bad: TV in main family room is outdated (20” low res in cabinet) only “new TV” is in basement, “new leather furniture” is tired/outdated, linens are not updated, house has a lot of potential, just isn’t cared for. I texted property owner 3x at number listed on the fridge with no answer all week (Lisa 850-819-6936) - disappointing. We had black ants in lower level, all furniture under deck is rusted/outdated. Those new blue chairs were all in plastic in the garage so I got to put all those out to even use the pool area. Pool needs a deep clean - bottom is black. We have stayed at more than 20 houses with VRBO on these streets and this feels like bait/switch with the listing/reviews posted. My advice is they should deep clean and upgrade as stated in the listing and then get a management company.

Pool is great. All day you can choose to sit in the sun or the shade. Short walk to a beautiful beach!

The house has plenty of room. It was so nice to walk out and have the pool right there and beach was closer than I thought it was going to be.

This beach house was great for our family vacation. It had plenty of space for our large family. Fully stocked with everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we would need. Very short walk to the beach. Great space! Would definitely occupy again and/or recommend to others!

Everything was great, very close walk to the beach. The online description says you can see the gulf view from 3rd floor, we were not able to, not a problem, just think maybe that should be updated on the description. Also, bring your own ice, the refrigerator doesn't make enough to keep up. Everything else was just as it says online. The family had a great time!

We had a wonderful experience. We had 12 in our party and everyone had a bed and space. The best part was the short walk to the beach and location. 30a can be busy but it didn’t feel like it here! We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was exactly as portrayed and the location is great! There are some minor updates that could be done but nothing that took away from the enjoyment of our stay. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We were able to easily bike to Alyce and Rosemary Beach with the bikes provided (2 adults and 2 kid bikes). It's also a short drive/bike ride in the other direction to the The Big Chill. The pool was the perfect addition. The heater broke our second day there but the owner quickly made arrangements for it to be fixed and reimbursed us the cost of heating it when it wasn't able to be fixed right away.

House was very clean. Bedding has been updated since photos in listing. Bathrooms are on the small side, but worked for us. Nice separation of sleeping areas. Great pool and very short walk to the beach. Loved it! But, if anyone in your party struggles with stairs, this probably isn’t the house for you. An older adult could stay in the downstairs bedroom and handle the stairs to and from the kitchen, but the stairs out front and out back of the house may be more of a challenge. Beach access has four flights of stairs. Again, worked for us, but perhaps not everyone, especially if you want to haul a wagon or large coolers to the beach. Never struggled to find beach frontage along the private access, even during busy Spring Break.

My husband and I took our son and a couple of his friends to Florida for Spring Break, and we stayed at this lovely property. It is absolutely beautiful and just as pictured on the site, with the exception of the new furniture in the downstairs media room, which was really nice! Check-in was simple and it is a very short walk to the beach. This property is now our FAV! We loved the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place to stay with multiple families. Lots of beach and pool toys. Wagon to take beach stuff was a huge help. Loved the heated pool since the temps were in the 50s for the first part of our stay.

Would definitely do it again.

My family and I had such a great time staying here for a week. The home was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and close to the beach and lots of great food. The host was extremely quick to respond to questions and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Highly recommend…

The house as a whole is lovely, well furnished clean to the eye, and has the amenities one could need but the details are fuzzy and need to be updated. The house manual is outdated and wifi instructions are not as the instructions read, the outdoor speakers are not as the instructions specified (no longer exist), the beach access needs a map to accurately direct the location and access code. Unfortunately we experienced pest control issues in the kitchen counter and walls which took away from a relaxing environment. The house has visible water damage in the ceilings and needs some maintenance, I made the owner aware and hope they take action to maintain this gem of a property to get a five star review in the future.

Our second visit to this property and it was just like coming home! Very comfortable and accommodated our needs very well. 6 adults, 2 small children and our dog. Great location, pool is a wonderful addition. Exterior of house has recently been updated and is beautiful! Would absolutely recommend this property!

It was wonderful. The only negative was the stairs down to the beach. They were rough coming back up.

The rental property was just as good as the photos provided. It was about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the beach and within easy driving distance from other points of interest. The accommodations were just right for our 6 adults and 4 children between ages 3 and 9. It was a great, relaxing week there. It did need some “simple” maintenance but those items did not detract from our enjoyment of our surrounds. I would recommend it to all who may be interested.

We enjoyed our week at Seacrest Beach with our three adult children, their spouses, and our grand daughter. Plenty of room for all of us with large well-stocked kitchen and large living and dining areas. Easy walk to the beach and fabulous pool area. Pool is very private with lots of seating and great chairs for lounging. Perfect location away from the crowds of Seaside and Rosemary but easy to get to where the action is if you want to.

This house has everything needed for a perfect family vacation. The pool was amazing and the covered area by the pool was where we spent most of our time. Beach is so close to be able to go back and forth easily. Living spaces and bedrooms were very spacious and nicely furnished with everything needed for our family of four adults and four children ages 15,12, 7 and 2. We all greatly enjoyed it and want to stay here again.

This house - and the hosts - were excellent for our family. Close to the beach, a great and very private pool, bedrooms on different levels for privacy - an excellent property and location. The hosts also provided many amenities the 'corporate properties' rarely provide - pool toys, beach cart, bicycles, etc. The only downsides for us were the downstairs sofa bed (average sofa bed, but uncomfortable nonetheless - we had to rotate people sleeping on it due to discomfort). Also, the house met our initial VRBO search filters by including the outside pool shower as a "bath;" a bath should have a toilet, sink, etc., - and normally be located indoors... The listing details noted this unusual detail, but we hadn't noticed it until after the house met our initial screening criteria. These small things aside, kids may need to use safety gates on the stairs (the hosts provided one), but the house was exactly what we needed for an extended family getaway. Ample decks, outdoor furniture, great shade, parking, and great hosts, plus a private location very near the beach, make this a desirable go-to property. We would definitely seek out this property and these hosts again!

Location is wonderful and house layout was perfect for our family. Owners very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Pool should be clean before new checkin. Attempted to grill one night; completely empty (know you said you would reimburse) but much better to have gas when check in. Need a pad of some kind in garage to place in pull out bed. Also, air filters need changing. Coffe pot was clean and coffee still in it.

This property was great for our family. Close to the beach, plenty of space, and a heated pool. Plus, it is easy access to all 30A has to offer.

Location was the reason we selected 49 Clareon in White's Gulf View. The private beach access is directly across 30A, a 3 minute walk from the rental unit. Steep stairs down (about 48 total steps) to the private beach which requires some stamina when going back up the stairs. Although you have access to a private beach, the residential units located in White's Gulf View, including 40 Clareon Drive, do not have access to a "beach service" that could provide beach umbrella's and chairs. The beach front townhouses and their owner's association, have access to beach services. The location is about 1/2 mile West of Ally's Beach, 1.5 miles West of Rosemary Beach and 1.2 miles East of the HUB. Golf carts are allowed and frequent in this area and West but not allowed in Rosemary Beach. The residence was built years ago and the 4 BR/3Bath will accomodate multiple guests although the BRs and BRs are smaller than newer units, but the rental is priced accordingly. There may be a couple of degrees variance in the HVAC temp in the 3rd floor bedroom but it cools down at night and is comfortable (Oct 9-16). The living, kitchen and dinning areas, located in level 2, are open and spacious and the bedroom/bath on the ground level has a living area separate from the 2nd level living area. The W/D is on the ground level in the garage. The pool is a value add. The owners provide a large cart to carry beach gear including a beach umbrella and chairs to the boardwalk access. The beach umbrella is larger than those the beach services provide. I took a 36" garden auger and drill which made the installation of the umbrella in the sand much easier. This property and the beach access may be a challenge to those who have difficulty with stairs. Our stay was during the fall break of 2021 and overall the property met our expectations.

Great place to stay! As good (or better) than advertised. Spent a week with a total of 10 people (4 kids, 6 adults). Location was perfect (2 min walk to the beach). Neighborhood was nice and quiet. House is well built with updated, nice furniture. More amenities (bikes, beach/pool "things," towels, etc.) than what we normally see. Pool isn't huge but so perfect for our kids. Plus, there's an outdoor shower, which was really convenient. Easy and timely communication with the property owners, too. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay at this property again next time we vacation in this area.

Great access to the beach, and owner provides everything you need: bicycles, grill, beach umbrella, chairs, towels, kids toys and high chair, even your own private pool. Owner was also very responsive to our inquiries.
