Wonderful time in this location

Awesome location to see the waves crash on the beach and watch people go by on the Boardwalk. Located at the center of Newport Beach beach life. Walking distance to pier and many good restaurants. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen made for a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Loved it! We have never walked into a cleaner property or hotel room. The host was wonderful. Answered our questions and was very kind. Kids loved the beach we strolled the down. Even our favorite board game, we sat on the deck and played. We will be back!

Prefect in every way. Beach/Ocean Front. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, harbor area - rent a bike and ride the boardwalk. The owner is always available, great communication. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location was perfect, walk across the boardwalk and we were at the beach. Super close to lots of restaurants. We had a small issue with the shower draining and it was taken care of within hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Doug was great - super communicative and very clear and detailed check-in instructions. He was available anytime I had a quick question. His place is very clean and the location is perfect. Some nights walked to our meals and other nights we ordered in and had meals on the deck outside with the perfect view. My kids loved having the deck and beach as their backyard. This is our new spot - already booked another stay.

Very comfortable clean home in a perfect location. We parked our car and did not move it for 4 days, Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Excellent communication with With Doug.. We really enjoy our anniversary, and would definitely book again. Richard and Joann

We have stayed in Doug’s beach house 4 summers now, it has become a summer tradition for our family. The location cannot be beat, the upstairs deck is nothing short of amazing. Coffee watching dolphins, wine watching the sunset. This is the perfect place to park, unpack and relax. You don’t have to drive anywhere. If you have teens, they’ll love you for booking here. They have a safe home base, we can relax as parents while they swim, ride bikes, play volleyball, and explore. Thanks for another perfect stay Doug!

Great Location Furniture needs to be more comfortable

Will definitely use this spot again if I am back in the area. Beautiful beach, awesome people watching and lots of dining options nearby.

We had such a fabulous time! The location can't be beat. The view is spectacular! We saw whales, dolphins, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and amazing people watching! The access to all of the local activities, the boardwalk, beach and restaurants gave us plenty of things to do with the teens while we were there over Spring Break, even when the weather was a little chilly and windy. We were a little worried that it would be too cozy for all of us when we were stuck inside but we were pleasantly surprised as it felt pretty spacious. There is a roll-out bed which worked out great so the teens didn't have to share a bed. The property owners were incredibly accommodating and lovely to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Super hot spot to stay loved the location I have stayed before and love it every time. Once you park your vehicle you don’t need to use it again. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants bars, stores totally loved my vacation. I will be back. !!! Also, great communication with the owners I had everything I needed !!!!!

We loved it here! The windows kept a nice breeze blowing through, and we could leave the doors open. It was super clean! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked. It's next to the main pier and dozens of restaurants, yet it isn't chaotic at all. The deck is amazing!! Met the owner and property manager and they were just delightful.

Walking distance to everything and steps from the ocean.

This is a great property. The view of the sunsets from the deck were incredible. The location is also great. Nice restaurants and bars just around the corner, beach equipment rentals just down stairs. The unit itself was super clean and well equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal. Check in and check out are both simple and easy. Doug is a great host. Told me all I needed to know, was helpful and easy to do business with. I hope to stay here again.

A great place to relax and still have a lot of things nearby in walking distance. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

Better than expected. Owner was very communicative and ensured that our stay was comfortable and trouble-free. The location is amazing. The views are amazing. Beach, restaurants and night-life are steps away.

Property is in a prime location in the middle of everything around the Newport pier and north peninsula. Doug was a great host and very accommodating. He anticipated our needs and questions related to the property. Also had some great local recommendations.

Great stay

We just spent the 4th of July holiday in the upper and lower unit of this Beach House. Amazing Amazing Amazing! Great location and great home. Doug was super responsive and the property was everything we needed it to be! Everyone was extremely happy. Can't wait to stay again!! (Just wanted to be sure I put this for both units because they are both amazing).

The location and views are amazing and you can't beat the price. I have to say Doug went out of his way to give you a call and explain how to get to the location, as well as how to park. Parking was a little tight but we made it work out. Anytime I needed to ask Doug a question he would either call or text, very nice and helpful. I would recommend this location 100%, it is spaces for the amount of people we had staying with us. You have easy access to EVERYTHING, that's what you want when you have little ones. We will definitely book again. Thank you for all the memories we were able to make on this family trip. Can't wait to book again!!! 💞
