Loved the house, the pool, the hot tub, the location, everything was perfect . We rented a boat and got to go to the beach, can’t wait to come back. My kids loved it and they are teenagers and hard to please lol

This home is well stocked and very comfortable. Everything as depicted and we thoroughly enjoyed the bikes, pool, hot tub, pool table and convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. A nice respite from the busyness of the island. The owners were wonderful - very responsive to all inquiries.

House is well maintained with a south facing pool area that provides plenty of sun for tanning and warmth when exiting the heated pool. Sauna was nice and clean. Overall a wonderful house. Plenty of amenities including six bikes, fishing poles and pool floats. Pool table for indoor activities was an added bonus. Close to a great Thai restaurant as well three other very good dining choices. Negatives are that you need to drive to the beach and pay for parking as it is too far to walk (1.2 miles). Tigertail beach provides plenty of parking but the half mile walk to the beach is not great if you have young children. South beach parking is full by 9:00 AM but if you can get a spot the walk is better for kids. Overall though, we would stay again if we decide to return to Marco Island.

We had a great experience with this rental and would recommend to anyone. Things that were above and beyond the typical good rental: - Pool and hot tub work!!! - Owners/Managers were very accommodating, responsive and respectful to guests. They provided all the house details ahead of us arriving, including what day the pool service comes and what day trash is picked up, so there we no surprises. They also responded quickly to a small issue we had the day after Christmas. Nicest hosts we have had on the island in many years of renting. - Home was very clean, including extra blankets in closet stored in plastic bags and labelled, and smelling fresh upon taking them out. The home is not the most updated we have stayed in, but given the above, I will choose this every time. Thank you to this host!

Love the location of this property. Short walk to breakfast places like bagel place and Doreen’s, and about 20 minute walk to CJs on the bay. Clean pool, whirlpool, and property. Thanks again for a great stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, nice pool and hot tub, everything was great.

The home and location are great and the owners were a pleasure to work with. My family really enjoyed the house, pool, dock, and location. I would suggest a new mattress or mattress topper in the queen bedroom as it is extremely hard and was difficult to sleep on. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the beauty of Marco Island.

Weather was great, we all had a great time would come again!

I don’t know where to start! When we walked into this house we were blown away. It exceeded our expectations from the photos. Having our own private pool on the canal was simply amazing. The house was clean and the hosts literally thought of EVERYTHING (beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, bikes, you name it). The host was always quick to respond and answer any questions and made sure to check in to see how things were going. I would rent this house over and over again and some of my family members even want to now. The location was also perfect being walkable to many spots (shops, restaurants, market, beach). We were all so sad to leave and would 500% come back to this house! Thanks for an incredible and relaxing vacation.

Good location and clean

My family has stayed in this house multiple times. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are fishing poles to fish off the dock. Plenty of pool floats to enjoy the pool. The beach and several restaurants are walking distance. There is a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels and a cooler so you do not need to bring anything with you. Every time we have stayed at this house it has been clean and the owners are very quick to respond to any questions!

Very nice well maintained property. Great location on a dead end road so there is no thru traffic. Lightening storm knocked out AC unit, owner responded to VRBO message with in 30 minutes and had repairs completed same day. Much appreciated! Would stay here again.

Great place for a family stay.

Everything was spot on with this rental except for the 15 minute walk from house to beach. With only 3 (that I know of) public accesses to the beach, I could not find a 15 minute walk to the beach. With that being said, it wasn’t all too bad paying $8/day to park at Tigertail Beach and/or South Marco Beach. The owners are very quick to answer any questions and acted quickly to fix a slight issue that was happening with the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location to the main strip (Collier Blvd).

My family of 4 (kids 5 and 7), my 2 sisters, one brother in law, and 13 year old niece, stayed at this property. We had a great time! The property was as pictured. The management company was very responsive, communicated well. They responded within minutes and were going to send a maintenance worker out right away when the power went out, but it turned out a transformer blew up the street and there was a widespread outage. The location is great, walking distance to some good restaurants. My sister and brother in law rode bikes to the beach. It was too far for the rest of us carrying umbrella, sand toys, etc. The house was clean, but could use a good deep cleaning as the baseboards were very dirty. The house was pretty well stocked, especially considering we had the maximum number of tenants. The kids loved the pool and spent every afternoon and evening swimming after we spent the day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful home that we truly enjoyed. The pool and hot tub, and close beach access made our vacation wonderful. Marco Beach is wonderful. Many shells. The house had two large bathrooms, a pool table, laundry room, kitchen, dining area, bar, and three bedrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was very clean and in a great location. My only suggestion would be to have more toilet paper available for a female group. It was something we overlooked when shopping.

Extremely happy with our stay. The house was extremely clean when he arrived. This is very important for me, especially during COVID-19 since I’m pregnant and also have a toddler. This house had everything we needed for our family. Loved it and will be staying here again in the future.

Just an amazing time. Daughters friends ending coming with us and there was plenty of room for all. This is definitely on our revisit place!
