We had a great time in this home for our Spring Break. Lots of space for all your family to spread out and enjoy a great, relaxing time on the water. Loved boating but finding a place we could beach with dogs was a challenge but we prevailed...eventually!

Our vacation rental experience was amazing. House was beautiful, had everything 6 adults could ask for. Kitchen, for us cooks, had everything you needed. Indoor dinner seating, private bedrooms w baths, Deck side sun chairs and round tables for lunch, all right on the water. Sunporch with so many lounges.Pool was nice but owner told us there was a leak and we had to constantly put water in to keep up the level. This made the pool cool but it didn't keep us from going in. Hot tub made up for it!!! (owner, Matt, was waiting for a non rent week to have it fixed as it would not be usable during). Kayaks galore, so many bikes and beach chairs too!! YES we will go back to this beautiful house.

Older dated property. This would work for family with lots of kids, not so much for older group (4 walk through bedrooms and lots of stairs). They had a good deal of equipment ( bikes, canoes etc) that we did't use. The pool was only usable four days during our two week stay. The property manager was not very responsive. They kept telling us the app says everything is OK.

The property management was excellent and very easy to work with. Property was very large. We enjoyed the canal and used kayaks everyday. Equipment should be checked for damage, ie pool toys, beach chairs. The property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Hair was found in the bathroom drains and toilets. Service was needed and management sent maintenance very quick. There was a dead cockroach in the dishwasher. However, we did enjoy the pool and overall had a great family trip.

We rented this spacious home for a week for a family gathering of 10 including 3 kids. The home was great and had lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was enclosed by screens and backed up to a canal for water access. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen was very large and was well stocked with pans and dishes and all kinds of utensils etc. The garage had multiple kayaks, beach chairs, and life jackets for our use along with about 9 bicycles. We had a couple of minor issues come up but the property management company and the owner were very responsive so they were quickly resolved. Check in and check out we’re easy and Marco is easy to get around and has lots restaurants stores and services. We booked Marco after our rental properties ion Sanibel were destroyed by Hurricane Ian. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was wonderful and roomy for our extended family group of 7 adults and 4 children. The pool area was a favorite place to hang out. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, and not too far from grocery stores or shops. Our family enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks that are available for use by guests. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working correctly when we arrived, so the house manager contacted the owner and it was fixed while we were there.

We are disaster relief workers from Louisiana in town to restore Fort Myers Beach. The house is amazing and spacious, but the neighborhood has a decimal point noise ordinance mandated by the town police . You’re not even allowed to speak to your own guest in a normal time of voice in your yard your paying 5k a week for. But the Property Management was on top of their game and friendly. Super easy check in and out

We originally booked this holiday for August 2020 and we all know what happened then! Andrew and Teressa couldn't have been more helpful in helping through all the subsequent changes of dates to match flight availability etc for our group of 12 and answering all our questions. The house was large with plenty of space for eating as a family and for escaping for some quiet time when needed. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to suit multiple family groupings and the kitchen was really well equipped. The pool, spa and kayaks were the icing on the cake! Conveniently located, wonderful views and ample wildlife. The children haven't stopped talking about Florida since we've been home!

We were suppose to be on a week cruise with our adult kids but due to Covid it was cancelled and I thought I was settling for a house in Marco Island. But that was not the case, I feel it is exactly where we were suppose to be and we have loved every minute in this home. It has absolutely everything you need! The memories, love and laughs will last a lifetime. Hope to visit here again ☀️

Marco Island vacation properties were brilliant to deal with and their handling of a bit of a crisis early on was exemplary.The property we eventually stayed at was s typical Marco property if a little older than some. Well equipped, lovely kitchen and lanai pool and cable tv. Beds were really comfy and linens clean and plentiful. We enjoyed using the new bikes and the barbecue. The bathrooms are dated but still charming and, like everyewhere, very clean.

Wonderful property with everything a family needs and more! Close to everything but no reason to leave. You can fish from the dock, kayak with equipment in garage, bike around with bikes in garage and make lots of family memories like we did! We will be back!

Good property for our family

The property is very conveniently located to most activities on the northern part of Marco Island. The home was very clean and very well stocked. The pool area was much larger than pictured and allowed for 11 people to enjoy the space comfortably. The water frontage is simply amazing. Our group spent every morning watching the sun rise from the outdoor lanai and dock. This is a great property for larger groups who want to enjoy the most of Marco's bar/restaurant scene.

This rental was a good fit for our large group (ages between 17-75). It was nice having the bikes and kayaks to use. The pool and hot tub were large enough to accommodate the numbers in our group. The interior needs some updating and the bathrooms are small. We did have an issue with some electrical issues which took a few days to fix, but we adapted to the situation as best we could. As I said, the house is perfect for a large group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms to use for privacy. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.

We had a great time on Marco Island with our two teenagers in this house. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub were great! as well as the deck along the canal. The cushions in the porch were thin and worn from over-use and the beach chairs were rusty & old as well. Other than that, we were very happy with the house, the location to Publix, Restaurants, Coffee, etc..

Fun in the sun get away
I would highly recommend this property. We had a group of 8. It was perfect for 3 couples and two single people. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were great. Not far from the beach. We figured out you could rent cabana 'sfor the week and secure your spot on the beach.
We enjoyed kayaking off of the dock and riding bikes. They have everything you need for a great time. The property manager and owner were wonderful. A great time

We had a group of 12, three families with ages ranging from 9 to 64. The house was just as advertised and we could all be together comfortably or spread out throughout the house. The pool and hot tub were huge and fantastic. We often had all 12 of us in the hot tub. There were plenty of chairs, towels and coolers for going to the beach. The kitchen and supplies available were fabulous. We only ate out once and ordered out once. The 2 teenage boys were catching fish off the house's dock. One morning we watched a dolphin spend 40 minutes swimming in the canal and chasing fish. Communication with the owner was always fast, courteous and informative. We highly recommend this property and look forward to be able to come back again.

December 2019 Stay
Our family had a fantastic time staying on Marco Island in the 775 Willow Court house! The house was perfect for a large family trying to escape winter’s cold. Lots of bedrooms & baths, nicely equipped kitchen, and warm hot tub to relax in the early evening. Children equipment and life jackets for the kids.
It was so easy to contact Marco Island Vacation Properties to rent the house. They helped me when I had questions concerning renting and things to do on the island. The reminder texts were helpful.
One son actually caught an edible trout off the dock and saw a porpoise. We rented a pontoon boat and motored right up to the dock.
Our family downloaded the app PhotoCircle and shared some amazing photos. We have made some lasting family memories and helped us to bond more.
Highly recommend this experience to families & couples.

Beautiful large home on the canal with lots of amenities. We used the pool and hot tub daily. There are pool floats and the pool is quite deep at one end, great for everyone. We stayed with 10 adults/older children and a baby. We never felt cramped for space, there are many areas to relax. The kitchen was stocked with spices and cooking supplies, all that we needed to cook a few meals and the grill worked well. The bathrooms are small but everything works properly, was very clean and there was plenty of hot water. It is close to many place to eat, shop or beach. There was really nothing we were missing during our stay and I would definitely book there again.
