Fully equipped, extremely clean and organized condo. Great location. My family has been renting condos at Belleview Gulf for now 35 Years. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the setup of this condo. I would rent this unit again.

Property was just as described. Clean and well equipped. Easy access to beach and great pool. Nice to sit and look at Intracoastal waterway in the mornings with my coffee. Stayed with just my teen daughter. Size was perfect.

Our expectations were met or exceeded and it was convenient. We needed a place to stay as we shopped for a home and it was great.

This was a studio apartment in a two story building between the inter-coastal and beach. Easy walk to beach access. Close to many restaurants. There is no WiFi service provided (owner mentions a rec room on premises which doesn't exist), Each apartment has their own internet. There is a large pool. Overall we had a nice stay.

We will be back. I am a local from Tampa and have been staying in this area regularly for 40 plus years.

Advertising for more than two adults in this location would be very deceiving. Once the Murphy bed is pulled out which by the way is extremely uncomfortable, there would not be any room for the futon bed. The galley Kitchen is just that. No more than one person in that space at a time. To give a reference, I am 5’1, 105lbs and my husband is 5’10, 180lbs. The balcony is not private. The room next door shares it with the space which would be nice to know in advance. The room faces east to west making it very bright first thing in the morning and quite warm in the afternoon. We actually left a day early just to get back home to our own bed to get some rest.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has been renovated, was clean and quiet as it is on the intercoastal waterway. Entering the condo was an issue as the master lock hanging from the doorknob was defective. The owner was to replace it once we left. There is NO internet in the unit and that was an issue for us. The pool is indeed large but unheated. There were plenty of towels, for beach and indoors, a well equipped kitchen, and friendly people in surrounding units. Having good beach chairs would be a great asset to add to the unit. Overall, we would recommend it but only if internet is added to the unit

The location was great for our family of 4. We loved the large pool and the bay view in the back! Everyone was so friendly.

Stayed with my husband and small children. Perfect location with a view of the drawbridge, short walk to beach, lots of dolphin and manatee sightings, lovely community and close to food. The bus stop is right out front making it easy to travel up and down the coast. No need to rent a car!

Owners were very accommodating. Property was just as listed. Great location! Very well furnished! We came for Indycar race and would definitely stay at this rental again each year!

If you like 20 story high-rise condos....move on...this unit is not for you. But it was exactly what WE were searching for!!! This is a two story older building and this unit was recently renovated! We especially liked the VIEWS...the front door patio provides hours of Intercoastal boats, dolphins, and relaxation. The other balcony looks out onto the pool. The walk to the beach was directly across the street where we found miles of gorgeous white sand. The accommodations were as advertised. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked. We met new friends in this quaint building, many who return year after year. We walked to several dinner locations and always felt safe. Again...it's not one of the huge buildings with hundreds of vacationers...but for us..it was just perfect. Can't wait to book again!!

It was really clean and up to dated. There was just the two of us, it was comfortable.

I had to request check in information from the owner at 4 pm the day of the start of my vacation. I was sitting in the airport waiting to fly out and looked at my vrbo account and realized the owner had never sent it to me. Upon arrival at the condo there was an old fashion combination lock box. This was troublesome to open as it is rusted. I have never encountered this type of key holder mechanism as in the year 2022 most people use key pad entry. I was a bit worried about the key situation as there was only one key we could not go our separate ways and return at different times. Also how did I not know a previous guest hadn’t made a copy to break in and steal stuff. When we entered were surprised at the size it’s only around 200 square feet and the closets are so crammed full it’s hard to put any of your items away or organize. The Murphy bed is very hard. We had to purchase a seally topper. The pillows had a smell so we also bought new pillows so we could sleep. When we got up the next morning I wanted to iron my clothes. The iron was so old it had the cloth rope cord. It worked I guess so why buy a new one? There is no icemaker old fashion ice cube trays which the owner requests you refill in case he want to use his own condo and make a cocktail ice will be available. I didn’t find this funny at all. There was plastic hanging off the roof outside the condo which banged in the wind all night making it hard to sleep. The tile in the bathroom and counter tops are very high end and expensive very beautiful. I believe this misleads you to think you are staying in a higher end rental. The most painful and misleading of all is the amenities described wi-fi in the vrbo rental. The actual unit doesn’t have its own wi-fi. It is the wi-fi of the party room on the first floor and about half the condo building down the walk way. It is not close enough to get a good signal. There was only 1 adult beach chair. We ended up vacating the condo early. I asked for a refund but was accused of trying to get a free vacation. I learned my lesson I booked late Nov for early Jan at the time of booking it said no refunds. I thought this was because of my late booking but now I know it’s because the owner knows there will be issues. Please don’t fall for the misleading information on the vrbo or description which doesn’t even offer the unit number so you can look up reviews or tours on the internet.

Been staying at locatiin total more then 16 years since 1991 on and off love it

Overall loved the little place. Definitely little, but was just what my friend and I needed. Especially loved having the movies to watch since red tide put a damper in our beach visit. Good location although wish there was a coffee place within walking distance, but that's just a personal preference. Lockbox on the door could use replacing, had a hard time getting it open.

This was the perfect getaway for my sister and I! The house was fully stocked and the pool felt amazing. A variety of towels, linens, and beach necessities were provided by the hosts. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. Many places are within walking distance. The beach and the FREE bird sanctuary (also an easy shortcut to the beach, if you’re walking from the condo) are both right across the street! The views from both the front and back patio are gorgeous and we even saw dolphins while sitting on the porch! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.

The owners were responsive to questions and gave detailed instructions for the condo. It was a short walk to the beach, and not crowded at all. The location was perfect for a short, quiet beach stay.

everything was just as described. Loved the area and the beach was just a quick walk across the street. We seen dolphins right in our back yard. If your needing a relaxing get away you will not be disappointed

Very nice place to stay for our weekend getaway! The bed was very comfortable and the neighbors are the nicest people you will ever meet. The two patios was definitely a plus. Will definitely go back

This property was described accuratley! Tiny but mighty! My husband and I were driving to the Keys and stopped in Indian Shores for two days. Perfect little stop and we would recommend for a cozy little get away.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was completely worth it ! Property is nice and calm, quite neighbors , pretty view of the boats that past by and large perfect temperature pool. The inside of the room yes it’s not “big” but roomy enough for a family of 4. My 9 year old slept on futon and baby 1yo husband and I on the Murphy bed. Enough pillows, blankets and towels for all of us. Super super grateful for this hidden gem , the walk to the beach is super short we didn’t mind it at all specially saving so much money ! The beach is amazing as well , very little crowd (if any at all) There is even a free bird sanctuary. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you so much to the host for being true to the posting!

We had a wonderful stay at this studio condo. It was the perfect size and accommodations for the two of us. The unit was upgraded and had a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfy and there were tons of extra towels, blankets and pillows provided. The pool was huge and the walk to the beautiful beach was just across the street. The communication with Bob and Carol was awesome! We will be back and would highly recommend to those traveling in this area.

The location and people were great property and pool was very clean overall had a wonderful stay would.

This small studio is perfect for a couple. The beach is across the street and the condo has a nice view of the inter coastal waterway where you can sip your coffee in the morning a watch boats float by. The Murphy bed was comfortable. It had all the comforts of home.

Small but everything we needed. Just across from beautiful beach. Enjoyed watching the boats on the intercoastal waterway. Maybe could use a couple beach chairs.
