Such an amazing property. Beautiful, comfortable, and great location. John and Lea were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great. The pool is lovely and the tropical landscaping makes you feel you are in a secluded escape. We hope to visit again!

This home is absolutely amazing! It was everything we expected (from the description and photos), and more. The manicured landscaping and lagoon-like pool are gorgeous. The yard is large and quite private with a view across the golf course all the way to the ocean. The home is light, spacious, decorated tastefully with wonderful Hawaiian art everywhere, and has a kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make a gourmet dinner or just a simple breakfast. We found the king beds in the upstairs en-suite bedrooms very comfortable, and we slept well. We did not use the downstairs queen bed. There are fans everywhere and the afternoon breeze kept the home a comfortable temperature. There is AC if you need it. We were there in early January and had perfect weather! John is a very nice, responsive host and he got back to us quickly when we texted him about anything. You won’t be sorry if you rent this beautiful home. I hope we can go back one day. My family just wrapped up a 9 day stay over Thanksgiving. This was our second time staying at John's house. The home is so welcoming and John is a wonderful host. He checked in on us throughout the stay. We enjoyed the pool, yard games, and the kitchen. We have a chef in our family and he found everything he needed in the kitchen! I'll definitely be back:).

Our family of 5 ( 2 parents and 3 adult kids) have stayed in this gorgeous home three times in the past 5 years and each time has been our favorite vacation. The house has a lovely traditional Hawaian feel and is designed to take advantage of the daily breezes that flow through the home and keep the temperatures comfortable. There is air conditioning available but we only used it briefly at night to cool the bedrooms. The private pool, stunning views and delightful lanai make it hard to leave the house but when we did venture out, we were pleased to remember how close we were to snorkeling and swimming beaches, and lots of restaurants and shops . We tried to return each day in time to watch the sun set over the ocean from the rocking chairs on the lawn- while enjoying a yummy tropical beverage. John and Ed have filled this gracious home with beautiful Hawaiian art and equipped the gourmet kitchen with everything needed to make memorable meals together. They are responsive and gracious hosts who are terrifically easy to work with. We will return as soon as we can because this lovely home and surrounding property is one of our very favorite places.

Everything was easy, communication with owner and property manager was on point. The house was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. The garden and pool… awesome! The pool is bigger than the picture lead me to believe. Honestly everything was great we will hopefully stay again. Thank you John!

We loved staying in this beautiful home near Poipu beach. Our host John F was friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Our vacation was extraordinary thanks to this marvelous home and host.

The property is as described and even more perfect in person. Lots of room for families or couples. Its picture perfect inside and out. Well equipped kitchen; comfortable sitting areas; multiple towels supplied. Newer appliances. A/C provided via mini-splits so one could adjust their area as preferred. Floor to ceiling window allow the tradewinds to circulate the house. Wonderful dining area inside and out and bbq. Excellent communication with the host. Excellent communication and accommodation with the owner.

If only we could stay longer than 2 weeks! We all had our out bedroom suites, and able to enjoy together time in beautiful yard, or spacious living areas! Couldn’t have been better.

We spent Christmas week in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect, extremely organized and clean. The kitchen has everything you might need. The decoration is impressive and the views of the golf course at sunset are amazing. We loved everything about it. Honestly, the pictures don’t even make justice to the beauty of this house. This house was absolutely incredible! There was tons of space for a family and everything you will need. The outdoor space is incredible. We had lots of rain but we could still sit outside with the porch covers. The view is beautiful and the landscaping is immaculate. Everything was extremely clean and could not have been better! We hope to be back soon!

This property was everything promised and more. The owner is very thorough in every detail and it shows! The house is as near hotel amenities and experience as possible, without an on site concierge =). The house is kept extremely clean, everything functions (nothing was broken or unusable, as is the case sometimes), the owner and property manager had great service and communication. This house was wonderful for our family of 5. The property was spotless, incredibly clean everywhere! Everything was exactly as listed. The kitchen was amazingly equipped. Everything my foodie husband needed to cook dinner every night (all cookware, inside and outside serving and drinkware, kitchen tools, appliances, literally it's all there). The house was very spacious and airy. Every room has a separate AC unit, but we were able to enjoy windows open all day and just used the AC in the bedrooms at night. We loved eating every meal outside with the fantastic view. The pool was great, perfect temperature. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards at the house were great, we felt like locals at the beach! The beds were very comfortable with good quality sheets. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall I can't say enough good things about this house. We wouldn't have changed a thing! John the owner has thought of everything. This vacation home is located in the heart of Poipu and rest on a quiet area on the Kuhuna golf course. The home has an immaculate contemporary interior design boasting a touch of Hawaiian essence. The home has everything you and your family will need to enjoy your vacation on Kauai. Jon, the owner, communicated with us every step of the way and gives you a very detailed description of the home and amenities. We will certainly return for another stay f of r our next Kauai vacation.

The stay at John’s property was amazing! There was NOTHING that we needed which wasn’t provided onsite or within the home. From the cleaning supplies, to the beach equipment to the umbrella, the items in the home were well thought about with guests in mind. With a family of 6 (grandparents and a 5y/o) the home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own area and not feel like they were on top of one another. With elderly parents, the walk-in showers were a hit! The common areas accommodated our needs and allowed for nice dinners and movie nights. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we wanted to make quick breakfast, lunch and dinner. The backyard view over looking the golf course with the peek of the ocean is heavenly yet very private. The landscaping was meticulous and simply gorgeous. There’s nothing negative that I can say about this beautiful home or John (and Lea who greeted us at the home to discuss the particulars). They were amazing hosts and provided great suggestions for local restaurants! I wish we didn’t have to leave! Hopefully we will be back to visit Paradise!

One word.....impeccable. Our family of grandparents, adult children had toddler had everything we needed in this amazing home. In a great location, close to beaches, activities, restaurants, groceries all within 15 minute drive. We are planning our return. John is a 5 star host.

A lovely home, just as depicted in the photos. The house was perfect for our family, 3 adult couples, plenty of space to gather and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The communication with the owner was spot on, access to the house was easy. I would certainly stay here again!
