We stayed at Belinda’s property with two your families and our collective pre-k, kinder, and three third graders and had a blast. The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for a family friendly winter trip. We loved that each family had a dedicated bathroom. Great island in the kitchen for nonstop snacking and hanging out.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. The place had a great number of sleeping arrangements. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to Sand Harbor Beach and hiking. We ended up finding a short trail very close to the home. It was perfect. Belinda was very communicative and willing to help. Would definitely book here again!

Belinda’s home was exactly as listed! It was clean, well organized and had everything we needed as a 9 person group. We had plenty of space and it was especially helpful to have 3 1/2 bathrooms and enough beds for everyone. It’s in a very convenient location with easy access to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. Belinda was very communicative and helpful during the booking process. I will absolutely book this house again if/when I come back with another group. Thank you for helping us create such a magical weekend!

This property was very conveniently located close to Truckee, Northstar, and Kings Beach! The house is very well laid out for groups to eat and have fun in the common living space.
The host was very accommodating and quick to answer and questions. Would 100% stay here again!

This is a beautiful, sparkling clean, and very well provisioned home. We had plenty of space (for 12), and were very comfortable. Belinda was very easy to communicate with & responded quickly. If returning to North Shore I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the location- amazing hiking trail behind the house. We had little kids so we needed to drive to the lake. If you are looking for a place close to the lake this is about 1.5 mile hike. The cabin was accommodating of 12 and the hot tub was an amazing evening activity after days of hiking and lake time. The host was super responsive to questions about the area. I would stay here again.

Amazing getaway
Their cabin was amazing, very clean, great amenities, communication was very quick and easy! Location was great, nearby a town with everything you'll need. Highly recommend, thank you very much again!

Excellent experience
The property is very clean and the location is excellent. It’s the second time we stayed here and we have the same great experience as last time. Highly recommended. Communication with the owner has been excellent as well.

Good vacation week
There was plenty of room for our three families totaling nine people. There was an issue with the garbage disposal but it was fixed very quickly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I wish the kitchen cabinets and utensils were better organized but anything we needed was there.

Stay Away! No Privacy!
Owner had cameras outside of the house and maybe inside. Kept a count on who’s coming in and out. We thought infants ( less than 2 years olds) didn’t count and we were over capacity by 3 because of the children’s. Owner threaten us to leave during dinner with only 20 minutes before sheriffs came. We had to pack up 4 infants and one seven year old in the car while we rush everything to pack up food, clothes, and luggage’s to the car. It would been okay if we were given an hour but that was not the case.

Great Family Location & Accomodations!!
My family of 14 had a great time! Belinda allowed us to have 14 people in the house since 2 were under the age of one. The house was very clean and well stocked for all our needs. The "great room" with large dining table was perfect for meals and games. The recently renovated back patio was beautiful...large enough for the toddlers to run around and play and perfect for relaxing and dining. Belinda was very easy to communicate with and the guest book available provided all the instructions/information needed. Overall a great family house!! We all agreed we will be returning to King's Beach!

Birthday Getaway
We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed this much needed getaway. The house was great...had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. We had a slight glitch when the power went out (no fault of the owner) and Belinda got right back to me when I called to ask for the utility company information so we could find out how long the outage would last...didn't last long, fortunately. The only slight drawback to this property is that there's no air conditioning (which I knew ahead of time). It wasn't a problem for us as we had great weather but I can see where it might be a bit of a bother if it was warmer. Overall we had a great experience...I would book this property again.

Relaxing and enjoyable
This home is located just 10 mins or something from the lake. We spent every day on the lake. It was amazing. The home was spacious for everyone. The kitchen and Bbq were great for cooking during COVID. The only negative that we found was darts. We were excited to play darts and there were only broken darts for the dart board. Which was disappointing. Bring your own if you want to play. Otherwise a gracious host, easy to get a hold of. Great stay!

Family Getaway
Overall our family of 11 had a great time. The house was clean and there was plenty of coffee for the four days we were there. The backyard view was amazing. On occasion, I saw several of my family members sitting out there with a cup of coffee enjoying the view. There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. But most of all, I really liked the warm cabin feel of the house. One suggestion though, a shoe rack by the door would really help. We had to dig through a pile of 11 pairs of shoes to find our own.

Great time!
The house is as it appears in pictures. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of space. Love that the backyard is the forest so a lot of room to play in the snow. Northstar is right up the road and the grocery store is also super close. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun family time
Quiet neighborhood. Worked well for the 10 of us including 5 kids. Easy access to bike trails. The place had enough room for children and adults. Nice having the garage and the use of the beach wagon for trips to beach. A perfect place for family with little ones.

The Munoz Lakehouse Vacation
We loved our time at this vacation rental and would definitely return again. The proximity to the Lake and the nearby Safeway were two major pluses. The property was perfect for our three family groups. We were all very comfortable. Thank you Belinda.

very strict home policies
The home is beautiful. But they have very strict policies. Only 4 cars period! NEVER have more than 12 people in the house ever! Not even for a BBQ lunch. Lost out deposit for have 6 cars and 16 people for lunch. We left the house spotless and were great the entire time and still lost our deposit. Not reasonable!

Great house, very nice host
Stayed there for a week june 2019. House is clean, large enough to fit a family of 12 comfortably and Belinda is available for any need you have as a guest. There’s beach and snow gear available for use and location is very close to kings beach, with lots of activities available

The house was great! We had a great time.
We had so much fun! The house was great. The owner, Belinda was very nice and we were able to check in early. We will definitely stay here again! Kids aboslutly loved it. Back yard was great for playing in the snow.

Awesome place and host!
Belinda was an amazing host! From our initial chat about the house rules to Belinda giving me a call right before our stay to discuss some rules, tips, etc. Belinda also picked up her phone and she was also so peasant, we never felt like we were bothering her.
My 12 friends and I stayed here and it was the perfect amount of space! We really enjoyed the large dining room table because it was nice to have a family dinner. This home also had all the things we needed to cook!
Belinda's place was also only 12 minutes from Northstar!
I would highly recommend this host and place. :)

Great location, very nice home, well stocked,spacoius.
We had a great time, especially star gazing with the dark nights, enjoying the spacious front deck, surrounded by forest giants. Property is well maintained, very clean and well stocked, very well managed, and deserves accolades and the highest recommendation.

Great Cabin for Families
Beautiful, very spacious and clean cabin with attention to details. We've been vacationing in North Tahoe for many years with our family. Now that our two daughters have their own growing families, we've needed to find a larger cabin to accommodate all of us. This was perfect! Very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 small children with room to spare. Belinda has pretty much equipped the home with just about everything a family would need. She has provided detailed instructions for her guests and is also very attentive, quickly responding to any questions or issues that came up during our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Visit
Belinda was an amazingly kind and accommodating host for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. We came as 2 families for a reunion and the house was cozy and comfortable. There were ample beds for everyone; the kids enjoyed bunking in together. I am a discerning traveler and found the house well-appointed and clean. The 2 patios were particularly wonderful and we enjoyed eating on both (kids in front; adults in back -- for peace sake, not necessity!). It was nicer than going out as the backyard view was lovely. The location is very convenient and we enjoyed many North Tahoe activities. I would definitely recommend the house and the gracious hosts to friends.
