The home we stayed in was nicely decorated and fully equipped for all your needs. Plenty of nice dish ware and high end cookware!! Very clean and well maintained property! We loved the large back yard setting! We loved the location. Short walk to neighborhood pool, 4 pickleball courts within 5 minutes, and more than enough executive golf courses to easily access. We would definitely recommend this rental!!

Everything went smooth. If you had a question they were able to answer quickly. I would rent again for vacation with them.

We had a couple issues with a toilet that would run excessively, which got addressed quickly. The other was remotes requiring new batteries. A pleasant surprise was an air printer included!

Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice, beautiful Villa rental that had everything could need for a wonderful vacation in the Villages Fl. The downfall was that it was not properly cleaned for our arrival. The floors, counters and toilets were in very poor condition and not clean. I scrubbed the floors, cleaned the counters, and bleached the toilets. This was ridiculous for the 2 monthly rental money we spent. All that was done was dusting and sweeping and it was evident. The owners of this home deserve better as do the renters. The cleaning crew did not do their job!! This is a shame!
