Our large family loved this beach house! Each master bedroom has its own private bathroom and balcony porch for enjoying your coffee or wine. We all loved having another full kitchen right by the small pool and spa. The pool is small, but our grandchildren loved swimming and playing in it. Our jaunts to the beach were short and easily managed with very young children and a wagon. I was shocked to see cars driving around searching for a parking spot and was thankful that we did not have to worry about finding parking. The kitchens are all fully appointed with anything you would need including ice machines. The elevator was much appreciated as my husband and I used it to pack up to leave. We did not use it before then since we didn’t want the grandchildren to be drawn to it. We loved it though! The bathrooms were all spacious with separate tubs and roomy showers. The very large 3rd floor was the gathering place for us with a king suite, large kitchen, dining, and living area, plus the great porches! We definitely would stay at Nolan’s Nook again!

Everything was just as described. Had a great time except for few days of bad weather which the property owner assured me she would correct next time….. Will be back . Great house !

The property and the owner were wonderful. We had elderly grandparents with us in the elevator was wonderful for them. while the heated pool stop cheating midway through hard is it, the owner was fast in finding us another heated pool nearby which we did take advantage of. She was wonderful! Very attentive and fast responding to my questions and needs

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is excellent. We really liked the Inlet beach area and easy access to 30A. Having the elevator was very useful, especially for our older family members. It was really easy to reserve chair and umbrella sets for the day. And, having the pool at the house was wonderful. The house was clean, although we weren't thrilled with a large fee for COVID cleaning on top of the typical cleaning fee. A few considerations for those thinking about this house for a large group.... The beds on the lowest level were very uncomfortable and would only recommend for kids, so is somewhat limiting. We didn't find any grill utensils, there was no toilet paper in some bathrooms, and the hand soap was watered down in most bathrooms, so recommend bringing your own items.

We had a girls weekend and had an incredible time at Inlet Beach!! The house was the perfect size super clean and had everything we could need! Easy walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella available to rent if we wanted and a wagon at the house that helped us carry all of our towels and coolers! Overall great weekend and looking forward to our next getaway!

We went for a girls trip to celebrate a 40th birthday and it was perfect. We rode bikes, they setup chairs and umbrellas for us, the house has everything you could need, and overall just a perfect relaxing trip we all needed! The owners were accommodating to any questions I had beforehand and during the trip.

Our family had a much needed getaway from a very long year of isolation. This was the perfect place in a perfect setting right in Inlet Beach. The home was extremely spacious; it was 5 of us, but definitely could have invited 5-7 more family/ friends. The appliances were very high end; we did have one issue with the dryer & it was replaced within the same day I called- without interrupting our day. The home is nicely located away from the crowds on the beach; and conveniently close to great restaurants - mostly offered takeout as well. The host was very gracious and quickly replied to any questions/concerns. We will definitely return; possibly with more family members.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! Very clean and it had a nice relaxing beach feel. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were beautiful! With just a quick walk to the beach from the home it made it very easy for our family to go back and forth!

The stay was just what 3 families needed for the 4th of July. The owner was very responsive both prior to check in and during the stay. I would certainly recommend this listing to anyone looking in Inlet or Rosemary Beach

We had a wonderful time and the home was perfect for our family. A few steps from the beach but far enough away to get the sand off before being home. Very nice furnishing and amenities made us very comfortable for a week together enjoying the sand and sun. The home owner was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful family trip to the beach and enjoyed staying in Inlet Beach. The location of this house was great. It is a quick walk to the beach with easy access, and because Inlet Beach borders a state park the beach was relatively quiet and not too crowded. It was fun to explore Camp Helen Park too. It is a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops in Rosemary, and there is a coffee shop just a couple blocks from the house, so plenty nearby. The house was very well equipped and had ample space and beds. The owner and her family were extremely helpful and accommodating. She was available and responsive anytime we needed anything and helped arrange beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, etc. The pool was not large but kept the kids entertained and happy. We would recommend this house and would happily rent again.

This property is as advertised, 3 minute walk to a great beach and a great pool to take a dip in at the end of the day. Had everything we needed and more to make all of our dinners at home and for the few minor things that came up during our stay the property owner was addressing the issues immediately. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location and the beaches are not crowded. Plenty of room for our family and college football players! Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Nolan's Nook. The property was as described and very close to the beach. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly whenever I had questions. We had plenty of room for all 16 of us, ranging in age from 10 months to 88 years! The elevator came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Perfect house for large family trip!!

Our time in Florida staying at Nolan’s Nook was unbelievably great. Both our family from Cincinnati and Houston couldn’t believe how nice the house we stayed in was and how comfortable it was for the 10 of us. It was cozy but everyone had their own space for sleeping, reading or solitude whenever needed. Plus, the property was 3 minutes from the beautiful, white sandy beaches at Inlet Beach. It was a wonderful property to relax at and the owners went out of their way to ensure we had every thing we needed for a first rate stay. I strongly recommend the property and will stay there the next time we go to Florida.

Everyone had a great time during our stay at Nolan's Nook! The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The beach was only a short walk away and was beautiful! Inlet Beach is so laid back and casual we found it to be an easy place to relax. We would definitely recommend to all of our friends!

Nolan's Nook was the perfect place to spend fall break with my daughters, their friends and another mom who also needed some R&R while helping me chaperone. The house was spotless, we had more than enough room to spread out, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the home had every amenity we could ask for. Use of the beach toys and beach cart were a plus heading down to the ocean with all our gear every day. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and sitting on the balcony with morning coffee and evening wine were perfect ways to start and end the day. The kids enjoyed the pool, foosball and having a floor level fridge to keep all their water and Dr. Pepper. Beach access is pretty secluded so there were no crowds or issues finding a place to spread out. If you're looking to avoid over populated beaches, but still be close to shops, restaurants and activities, this is a fantastic location! The girls loved the short ride into both Rosemary and PCB to catch up with other classmates in the area. I can't forget to mention that we found some great restaurants on Hwy. 98 so close to the house. Loved Amici and George's on Ally Beach. If you stay home and cook at night, the grill is huge and can accommodate A LOT of burgers and hot dogs. A lovely home with awesome owners. We never wanted to come home!

We completely filled Nolan’s Nook with 16 adults and kids from 16 yrs. old to 3 mos. However, the home felt spacious with room for all. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for our family vacation...lots of space, very well furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need! The elevator was an added benefit for my 91 year old mother-in-law and for carrying heavy loads from one floor to another. Arrival and departure were simple and all questions or needs we had were quickly met!! The walk to the beach was short and we can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Everything is just as the pictures showed on the website and in good order. Owner is very responsive whenever there is a need. Beach is just minutes away. Everyday was filled with excitement and everyone was happy. We went out charter fishing and caught more than 50! I went to the beach to take sun rise pictures the last morning before I leave. I unexpectedly found 20 fish trapped on the sandbar waiting for my harvest! The children enjoyed the horse back riding. It's a perfect birthday vacation for me.

The home was very clean, the property was very well taken care of. My husband has major OCD and try as he might he was unable to find any area that need (or could use) caulking. I am sure that most people can relate to that statement will be jumping on this place. The furnishings are vey high quality, the mattresses are fantastic the sheets are all high count cotton, even the bunk beds where the kids were sleeping. The kitchen has every gadget you can name, even an ice cream maker which the kids used all the time. We didn't have the best weather, but the home had games and puzzles to keep us occupied. The house has great views, plenty of parking, and is so close to the water. We have stayed at WaterColor, in a house that was beach front, and this house was closer and easier to get to!

This was our family's first trip to the Gulf Coast and I'm not sure if I'm more excited about the beach or the home - okay, that's not true. Definitely the home! This is a townhouse that doesn't FEEL like a townhouse. We have rented many, many homes in the southeast and by far, this one has been the most well-appointed. EVERYTHING was top of the line - it gave me ideas for decorating my own home and made me want to check out the owner's other places down the street. Stove and fridge - awesome. She even had seasonings! If you rent a lot of vacation homes you know that having a spice rack is a huge plus. She has games and every kitchen utensil and appliance you can think of - even a hot dog bun toaster!!! What??!? I didn't even know they had those. I LOVED the kitchen and I usually dread cooking on vacation because who wants to do that? But the kitchen made me want to cook! Grocery store was just a couple of miles away. Like literally less than 2. That's important stuff there! The proximity to the beach was great with good views from the top floor living room. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach at a leisurely pace and we had the option of driving my grandmother (limited mobility) right to the beach entrance, and she was happy with the views from the home. Also the elevator was great - not slow compared to some in houses we've rented and we never had any problems with it. I love my family but this house was great for giving the 4 generations plenty of space. You could really never be disturbed if you wanted it that way. The bathrooms were awesome - the only thing needed are more places to hang your towels in a couple of them. Cable was good. Internet worked great & we were streaming movies on several devices. We never ever a problem with hot water or AC. The washer and dryer have been added to my wish list for my own home. She even supplied some detergent - I mean it's the little things that add up to make your stay extra comfortable. Plastic wine glasses for the pool area and beach. Useful labels everywhere! Dolls in the kids room with a few puzzles. Soft towels! You can tell the owner really cares and that shines through not only in the home but in every communication I had with her from the initial inquiry down to restaurant recommendations while we were there. The owner is very patient & I can be a bit...ummm...shall we say, bothersome with my questions - she was never put off. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! Thank you!

Family of 14 stayed during the week of July 23-30, 2016. Well appointed kitchen with top of the line, well labelled appliances; comfortable furniture; flexible sleeping arrangements; easily accessible beach within short walking distance. Located in developing part of Inlet Beach but no construction noise/interference in immediate neighborhood. Owner was available during move in and was most gracious and helpful in answering questions and making arrangements for offsite parking. Modern, flexible audio visual system that could benefit from provision of operating instructions.
