Food.. It was very unpredictable. Sometimes it was excellent. Some days it was just oily and ordinary. Buffet spread and variety also isn't close to Marriott kochi.

I also want to express my appreciation for Chef Vishnu, Sarath, Bibin, Anuroop, and Sandra for their exceptional service at the restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the level of care and attention to detail in every dish was evident. The team's commitment to excellence and their passion for the culinary arts was truly remarkable. Overall, I had an incredible experience during my stay at Sheraton Kakkanad, Ernakulam, and I want to thank your team for their outstanding service and hospitality. The Indian side of breakfast was excellent. The bed and pillows were comfortable

I had stayed here previously maybe 4-5 yrs back. I was so happy then with the stay then. This time i had made a booking via booking.com and they were not able to locate my booking and put me in a lot of stress. we had booked 2 rooms one of the rooms I felt was not cleaned and topped up with things (towels, water, coffee sachets etc). Noticed that there was mould in the bathroom which is not acceptable. unsure if the linens were changed too or not properly washed had stains on them. The continental side of breakfast was not great to be honest.

Great place to stay and supportive staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. Breakfast spread was good and well organised. Front office staff - Rajesh , Amal and Rolly were exceptional and took good care of us during the stay. Great property to stay for business.

Location is good and F&B staff were amazing.

Location is off the beaten path. No general stores close by.

Everything,the chef was excellent ,we celebrated his family birthday,thanks Sheraton we are coming again
