La posizione dell’albergo molto bella, spiaggia privata bellissima, zona ristorante carina, cibo buono! Vista mare dalla mia capanna. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Struttura molto spartana per i miei gusti troppo! Zona check-in praticamente inesistente: una capanna in mezzo alle zanzare!!!!!! Noi eravamo in un alloggio a capanna!!! Disastro : tetto coi buchi fatti dai procioni, arredamento praticamente inesistente… zanzariera sul letto piena di buchi e polvere … umidità 250%, puzza di chiuso! Ambiente malsano

Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel. el servicio queda a deber un poco ya que si estas en la playa los meseros tardan algo. El personal es muy amable.

Las habitaciones al menos las más viejas quedan a deber un poco en comodidad, son muy obscuras y las almohadas muy malas. La alberca donde esta nadie la usa y en esta época del año es fría el agua.

Bien placé mais une grosse barrière d algues nauséabondes tout le long qui gâche la vue de la mer.

Chambres intérieures assez spartiates. Personnel qui vient faire les chambres à 17h sans moyen de changer les serviettes de plage ou de toilettes.

Ubicación

Beautiful wooden beachhouse with seaview and palmtrees. Clean beach at Blue Holbox and a lovely place to chill. Holbox is absolutely amazing. Apreciated the use of natural materials and biodegradable products. Loved the hammock on the balcony and the chairs. Also the beach beds were nice to chill at. The shower was great and daily cleaning of the house which is necessary with all the white fine sand. They offered some tours and arranged the beach buggy taxis to bring us back to the ferry. Overall a very pleasant stay and would come back in the future.

There was no roomservice in the morning which was ashame coz the view from the balcony with a coffee would have been amazing. There was not too much service on the beach (understaffed?) and the breakfast buffet was good enough but compared to other places we have stayed at during the trip it could have been more varied in terms of Mexican breakfasts for a 4 star hotel. Beds were a bit hard but enough pillows.

Perfect location directly on the beach with sunbeds, very big room and bathroom. Breakfast served in the restaurant with sea views.

Breakfast is basic, only on the second day I was informed that I could get also eggs/ omelette or jam/ honey. Staff was friendly but not always helpful, I would have expected more from such a place. Not so easy to find my way around, no signs for example to find the reception if you arrive from the beach road! If you are staying in the first row, it can get loud because of the taxis/ golf carts driving around. I did not see any security guys (or they were super well hidden), anybody could get on the property.

Wir hatten eines der Strand Bungalows und waren wirklich zufrieden, in 30 Sekunden an den Strand Schlappen hat schon was! Zudem war der Strandabschnitt sehr wenig von Algen betroffen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit separater Dusche und Toilette. Die Betten waren groß und bequem nur die Kissen waren uns zu hoch, aber das ist nur persönliche Präferenz. Alles in allem waren wir top zufrieden!

Falls man etwas bemängeln möchte, ist es dass man die Gäste die über einem wohnen laufen hört aber wenn alle etwas acht aufeinander geben, sollte das passen. :) Das Frühstück lässt für den doch stattlichen Preis echt zu wünschen übrig aber wir wurden immer satt.

Hôtel très bien placé avec une superbe plage, particuièrement bien nettoyée par rapport aux autres plages environnantes. L'ensemble du complexe est paradisiaque et les jardins sont très bien entretenus au quotidien. Le personnel du restaurant est vraiment adorable et efficace. Le petit déjeuner nous a semblé très satisfaisant, si on le compare aux standards mexicains. Nous avons passé 4 jours de détente absolue dans cet hôtel!

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables mais la décoration est très sommaire et les équipements sont limite vétustes (robinets rouillés, odeur désagréable dans le bungalow à notre arrivée, ...) . Il ne faudrait pourtant pas grand chose pour que cet hôtel soit un véritable bijou!

Un emplacement de rêve dans un bungalow/paillote récente avec vue mer. Une plage très propre comparativement au reste de l’île.

El desayuno me pareció un algo limitado en la oferta de platillos, un buffet pequeño. Eso si, una excelente ubicación frente a la playa. El restaurante muy amplio y y con un servicio excepcional.

La oferta en el desayuno podría ser mejor. Huevos al gusto, pan tostado, tocino, quizá una sopa. Incluso ostras por un precio adicional.

Poco limpio, el aire acondicionado no es suficiente , su carta muy limitada, hay bichos en la habitación

Nada! Terrible experiencia!

Para empezar no nos respetaron la tarifa de Booking, nos dieron una habitación horrible, no servía una lámpara, los mosquiteros de las camas rotos, nos recibió una cucaracha en el baño, las camas sucias, bichos muertos por todos lados, no habían limpiado la habitación en meses!

Si me gusto la parte nueva… la parte viejita NO xq esta muy apretado y el baño muy chiquito. La alberca muy desperdiciada en la parte de atrás y el gimnasio no tiene caminadora que es lo más Basico. El restaurante DELICIOSO!! Y la atención de lo mejor!! Las cabañas nuevas muy padres.

La cabaña nueva estaba llena de hormigas!! Y el gimnasio le falta una caminadora. Bueno, y la alberca no se antoja en el lugar donde está…

Beach is stunning- quiet rooms

I rarely leave a negative review but I was more then disappointed and underwhelmed by this hotel. Definitely not 4 stars - no Wi-Fi - breakfast poor - welcome borderline rude - food overpriced - tasteless and tips more then suggested - mosquito net with holes bigger then footballs Just very disappointing

No fan, no mosquito net over bed, hammock on porch missing, 25 year old building needs TLC, 2nd floor unit okay but stairs dangerous!

it was close to the beach, the maintenance on the beach to the hotel was well maintained

I loved everything

everything is clean, amazing, the staff is super helpful and friendly, the food is amazing!!! and its perfectly located, everything can be reached by bike no need for a golf cart although it is very helpful.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful spot. Very relaxed. Staff very helpful and can organise all tours and transfers for you to make the trip stress free.

We would have liked the restaurant to have more choice on the menu.

The location was awesome! Great place to relax. The beach vendors brought fresh mango every day and were respectful and non-intrusive. Walkable to many places to eat along the beach.

The beach sometimes smelled like sewer due to seaweed that was decomposing. The hotel raked everyday but it still gets buried in the sand with tide changes and other hotels don't rake it all.

There was a wedding next door that played VERY loud music until 04:00 AM. Due to the poorly soundproofed walls i would recommend to bring Ohropax
