The comfortable beds with the soft sheets.

I liked everything

We enjoyed the breakfast. I especially appreciated the tortilla egg wrap and fruit. The location is an easy drive to the a few things we needed to access.

We were not able to cool the room and this time of the year is one of the first mid-20 degree sunny days. The area is very near a train track so it is very noisy and loud when the train passes.

Our room was done perfectly and housekeeping even left us a welcome note. All of the staff were very polite and respectful. Beds were very comfortable and room was super large. The wood fire going in the lobby made it feel that more inviting and cozy!

There was absolutely nothing I did not like.

The size of the room was unbelievable! We had pool access rooms and were quite surprised to have deck access. Also, this was the first hotel since COVID that actually provided housekeeping services during our stay. Every other hotel only comes into room after you checkout.

The continental breakfast was okay but if you are going to have mostly microwavable items, I suggest more than one microwave being available. It was a little chaotic when two volleyball teams were trying to use one microwave!!

the heater was very loud. it made screeching noises. hot tub was out of order.

I loved the breakfast area and options. The staff was extremely friendly and happy and polite. I also loved the large shampoo bottles over the travel. They are attached to the wall. Very convenient!

I did not like that the beds were a little uncomfortable. The pool/ hot tub had way too much chlorine, so it was very hard to use comfortably. Eventually, ended up leaving the pool which was hard for a bunch of little ones who were excited to swim. And there was what sounded like construction going on either above or beside us that was very, very annoying and disruptive.

The fact that my debit card was charged 1000 in one day for a 1 night stay. Refunded but maxed out my limit so couldn't do anything outside of the stay. Disappointed in the payment process because it was a wasted day after.
