Rosemarie was very helpful before our stay and provided us with all of the information we needed to safely arrive at their casita and how to enjoy our stay while there.
The casita was perfect. We could not have asked for more. Cleanliness was top notch, and my wife if very particular. She was very impressed on how clean everything from the rooms, to the bathroom and show, all the way down to the dishes, were. The property is stunning and very well taken care of. The casita rooms are inviting and comfortable.
We loved our stay and highly recommend this location for your next vacation to the Tucson area.

Loved our stay! Cleanliness and amenities were among the best I've seen at a rental. Pictures don't do justice to how much space you really have, both inside and outside. The whole neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet, yet close to all you could need.

We loved our stay as the accommodations were perfect for us as a couple. The sitting area tree under the mesquite trees, the firepit, hottub, birds, and sounds of nature along Sabino Creek watershed. Cool to hear coyotes yip!

the casita is amazing for 2 people ,the hosts are great , leave you to yourself unless you initiate contact and then very nice and accommodating enjoyed sitting one evening with them around an outside firepit. on that note if you enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place for you, the back yard is amazing with birds , cactus, privacy and a great hot tub,. the casita is furnish with everything you have at your own house and then some, grocery Stores, hiking trails, restaurants' and golf courses are all nearby. the only drawback are all the vrbo charges which makes it pricy, wish i could afford to stay there for a couple months , instead of 2 weeks, we highly recommend the casita.

Second time staying at this wonderful casita. We’ve enjoyed getting to know Dave and Ro the past two springs. I love nature so the backyard is perfect for viewing a variety of birds including several species of hummingbirds. The backyard has different seating areas so you can choose sun or shade chairs for reading that book.
We also enjoyed the hot tub while watching the sun go down behind the mountains.
Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. Hiking in Saguaro National Park isn’t too far and we really enjoyed Agua Caliente Park which reminded me of Florida with all the waterbirds in residence.
Definitely will be back to this enjoyable vacation casita!

This casita is wonderful. The owners were thoughtful in equipping the home. Everything you could need for cooking in the spacious kitchen to providing laundry detergent for the W&D to the desk area packed with plentiful information on things to see and do in the Tuscon vicinity. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We wish more vacation rentals were as wonderful as this place. The owners respond quickly and are lovely people. We highly recommend this place.

The casita is a gem! Everything the owners provide in the house and yard is quality, attractive, spacious, peaceful, and welcoming. The view of the Santa Catalina range never got old. Tucson offers an abundance of hiking, cycling, golf, and culinary experiences all within easy access from the casita. The owners have a wealth of information and tips to share. We loved our stay!

We loved Dave and Ro's place. For a Casita it's really big and nicely decorated. It has everything you need including a 55 inch TV with cozy chairs and sofas. The back part of the property where the Casita connects has two lovely covered swings, trees, cacti, plants, a hot tub, a lap pool, fun garden decor. The place is beautiful. It's quiet. It's close to hiking trails and only a short drive to wonderful Agua Caliente Park. We stayed the month of February 2024. Leave us a few weeks please!

I have stayed here many times and for these 2 weeks I planned my dates around their availability. That should tell you more than anything else I would comment on. Attractive, large yard, well stocked, etc, etc, etc.

Colorful sunsets and views of the Santa Catalina mountains. The landscaping in the back yard is a beautiful mix of patios, desert plantings and natural areas for the birds. This spacious casita is peaceful, private, well-equipped and immaculate. A gem! We were happy to be back.

The Casita was beautiful, clean, private, and quiet, which were all the things I wanted for my long writing weekend. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond & friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed walking around the property a bit.l. I could see myself coming back here again for my next working get away. I’d give this 10 stars if I could!

Lovely place in a desert setting but easy to get to shopping & hiking. Garden is just right, so many places to sit and a different outlook from all angles. Would stay here everytime we go to Tucson. Please do not change anything it is perfect.

This was an exceptional property. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and welcoming. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The outdoor area was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning and watching the birds. 10/10. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Tanque Verde area of Tucson.

This beautiful house and it's location exceeded our expectations! It is well stocked, has a comfortable bed, and has lovely outdoor living space. It is close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and anything else you might want, and yet, you feel "out back" with quietness and privacy. It's also close to Mount Lemmon, Saguaro NP East, and other tourist attractions.

We can not get over what an amazing place this was! It truly was an oasis in the desert. Comple with arresting gardens and more bird varieties than we could keep up with. Even though this property is connected to the owners dwelling, you wouldn't know it. We had access to the entire outside areas and had a lovely visit with Ro and Dave. A billion percent we would recommend this haven.

We couldn't resist coming back to the most beautiful Casita in Tucson when we saw there had been a cancellation and a week available that just fitted with our plans to return to the wonderful Sonoran Desert. Hosts Ro and Dave are so friendly and the home is very well-equipped. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood of north-west Tucson, very well-situated for access to Sabino Canyon, the Saguaro National Park (west) and so many other places of interest. We loved this place! This is truly a Premier rental. The casita is located close to a wide variety of hiking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, and Tucson attractions. Our hosts, Dave and Ro, greeted us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know for an enjoyable stay. Their casita has a fully equipped kitchen if you plan to prepare your meals. The backyard view from the patio is perfect for birdwatching and enjoying an evening sunset. Thanks for a relaxing and pleasurable stay!

Beautiful home in a very good neighborhood, super clean, perfectly maintained and equipped with everything you could reasonably want. Backyard was a private oasis - nicely landscaped (didn't use pool or hot tub so can't comment). Kitchen clearly equipped by somebody who likes to cook! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

This casita was truly a desert jewel box. Beautifully furnished and equipped, great binder of information from owners, beautiful yard with lots of wildlife...we definitely want to make a return trip! We met the owners; very gracious people! If you like to wake up to hooting owls and coyotes yipping (as we did!) , this is a great place to be!

This house was so nice: very clean and no "chemical" smells we've experienced elsewhere. Lovely desert yard to walk or sit in. Very quiet. Comfy furniture. Had everything we needed, even a pencil sharpener! And sharp kitchen knives! Love that the neighborhood didn't have streetlights, which added to the peacefulness and ability to enjoy the night sky. Great views of mountains.

This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had staying at a VRBO. Beautiful property in the foothills of Tucson. Wonderful 1 bedroom casita attached to the main house, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Welcoming owners willing to share the lovely grounds including hot tub. A five star + experience.

We were constantly on the go, but it waa so nice to come home to the Casita every night and going to see the horses every morning was a highlight of our Trip. The Gramlings have thought of everything you would need while away from home. It was our absolute pleasure to stay here.
