Loved the location and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great.

This house was perfect for a stay with young kids (5 and under). The house had everything we needed for the week with kids- a highchair, crib, pack n play , toys, and a water table. It was very convenient not having to bring these things.

My family and I stayed at Ann's house for 2 wonderful weeks. The house was well-appointed, clean, airy and bright. The house is a short walk to the beach and when we weren't at the beach, the kids were playing in the lovely and well-maintained backyard. Ann was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I have a child with severe food allergies and we needed to make sure the kitchen was given extra attention as far as cleaning before we arrived. Ann and her cleaning team made sure the house was in perfect condition for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, in a wonderful location! We were a party of adults with one 10 month old. The crib and high chair that were provided were a great plus. It was a short walk to the beach and the back yard was a wonderful place to hang out or have dinner. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the check-in was super easy. Highly recommend this house.

What a wonderful stay! The home is so well equipped and well kept. We had everything we needed. Ann was very responsive through email and text, and we felt very comfortable with her cleaning protocols for COVID. The house is on an extremely quiet street, but close to everything. We feel so lucky to have found such a perfect stay for our yearly, extended family vacation.

Me and a few friends rented the house for a weekend and had an amazing time. The house is extremely spacious and has an amazing backyard to hang out in. It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Ann is an amazing host! She gives you a ton of helpful information before you check-in and is always quick to respond if you have any questions. Ann was a PHENOMENAL host! She was extremely accommodating, friendly, quick to respond, and truly put a lot of thought into making this process as easy & enjoyable as possible. I can't recommend Ann enough, and if I could work with her a million more times, I would! The location of the home is everything you could ask for, being 1.5 blocks away from the beach. The listing post is accurate, and it is a comfortable stay for a large group of family or friends. Ann provided us with a "welcome sheet" that had tons and tons of great recommendations. Staying at Ann's Brigantine VRBO was everything she said it would be. The accommodations were excellent, as well as her hospitality. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants rest and relaxation to stay here. Trust that it's a lovely destination.

A group of us stayed at this house over a long weekend. The house is maticulous and well taken care of. The backyard has a chimenea, plenty of seating and a table with an umbrella. Ann is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always makes herself available and is willing to help with anything you need. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Ann's house was absolutely incredible! The location is perfectly convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only 1.5 blocks away, it was a quick walk to 20th street beach, which is guarded. It was also very easy for us to walk to Shark Park, the Community Center, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Laguna Grill, and 16th street beach for movies on the beach. In addition to being in a fantastic location, the home is really pleasant and welcoming, with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. We had the pleasure of staying an entire month in Ann's home and it was an outstanding experience. The backyard is great and beautifully landscaped. Ann was so very easy to work with and she went out of her way to be accommodating to us. This is a vacation that we won't ever forget. We can't wait to stay in Ann's home again!
