Lovely condo located in deer park resort. Location is right by the rec center which is perfect for younger teenages to go grab a slushy on their own while still not being too far away. Nelson the owner answered all my questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! It felt like you were in a cabin in the woods, so peaceful and quiet, but still close to the main strip. We never heard any cars or people outside. This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at, and they really do provide everything for your stay. There’s lots to do at the resort to keep you busy, or to just relax. It was so awesome being so close to the lake. You just have to walk past the rec center and you’re there. Everything was amazing but if I had to provide one piece of feedback, I’d recommend either getting new mattresses or mattress toppers. We can’t wait to go back!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights and found the unit to be as described. It was spotless, furniture was like new, ample supply of paper products, (tissues, paper towels, toilet paper). Modern kitchen appliances and an amply stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Nelson the owner was very responsive to any questions that I had prior to our departure. I would highly recommend renting this unit to anyone and won't hesitate to rent it again should we return to Deer Park.

Very clean place. Lots to do at the resort and close to everything (highway, Woodstock & Lincoln center, Clark's, etc) without the traffic or noise. Plus very close to the Rec Center, which helped during the rain. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations, but Nelson was helpful and communicated this well in advance and we could swim in the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for the weekend of the White Mountains Triathlon. Great location, mudroom worked great for bike storage. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

The condo was great; exactly as advertised. The owner was very easy to work with, and always answered questions promptly. Deer Park overall is quite attractive and very well maintained. Looking forward to another visit!

This beautiful condo is in a beautiful resort with a swimming lake and indoor pool. The grounds are lovely and the condo itself is roomy and pristinely clean. My friend and I enjoyed our stay and hope to return when the pool remodel is finished. I highly recommend this property!

Nelson was wonderful in helping us coordinate our schedule with the check-in and checkout process the condo is exactly as described but in addition also had extras such as beach towels spices and every kitchen gadget one can imagine we cooked two dinners in including a turkey Thanksgiving type dinner and had everything we needed in the kitchen! The grounds are kept very nicely the check-in staff was amazing and the river behind our unit was absolutely stunning. When I travel it is important to me to be in the neighborhood that feel safe so that we can do nature walk’s and spend time outside and this property felt very safe to us. I honestly cannot say enough good about this property and will definitely return in the future. The location to the grocery stores loon mountain pubs and restaurants shops and such could not be better. I give Nelson and this property at 10+

My family and I wanted to get away for a few days to enjoy the fall foliage and do some hiking. We were not disappointed! This location was convenient to it all and minutes from the visitor/information center and grocery store which helped save time. So glad we did not stay in a hotel where we would be tight for space! This condo was very spacious and had everything you need to cook meals, including spices. Nelson, the owner, was very good with communication. The condo has a nice clubhouse, but we did not utilize any of it since we only had a few days and were out on the trails and sight seeing. Would definitely recommend!

I take 15-20 trips a year and stay in various rental properties. This was the cleanest rental I've ever seen. The unit it self is well laid out with tons of closet space and all the amenities you need. Top it off a great location and club house.

Property is close to many hiking trails and also convenient that there are many restaurants and a small grocery store minutes away. We had a fantastic stay!

This was our first stay at Deer Park, and really enjoyed the property. Condo was close to clubhouse (pool) and unit’s amenities were well-supplied! Quiet, woodsy and very peaceful! Would highly recommend!

Deer Park Resort is a lovely off-the-main-road mountain “gem”! The resort has everything we looked for - a pristine mountain lake with tree and mountain views, a rec center with a large indoor pool, fitness rooms, activity rooms with pool table tennis and huge fireplace. Nelson the owner was very responsive and the condo very clean and a short walk to the rec center. We drove the Kanc highway to Mt Washington, with many hiking trails along the way, and drove North to Littleton and South to Squam Lake (where On Golden Pond was filmed). Our dining suggestions are North Woodstock Inn and Brewery, Common Man, Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta and Ice Cream Delights on Main Street Lincoln. Just a delightful stay in the NH White Mountains.

Great location! It was perfect for my family of small children. Lots of room to move around and lots of room for baby items. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying at this property and both times met all of our expectations. Nelson was extremely easy to communicate with, and even let us know the condo was ready earlier than expected! The property itself is in a wonderful location and the condo was clean and inviting with every amenity. We had a wonderful time and look forward to future visits!

I’ve been coming up to Deerpark for over 20 years and have rented many condos here but this condo by far was the best of them all. You walked into the condo and there was a ton of space and the beds were very comfortable. It sleeps 6 and the 2 baths are good size. The washer and dryer are a plus too so you don’t have to go home with dirty laundry! You are right next to the beach and rec center 2 min walk and the pond is gorgeous and nice and warm! Tons to do around there! Common Man was our favorite restaurant and went there twice. Nelson the owner of this condo was excellent to deal with and there were no issues. I’m coming back next year.

New to the area to take our son to college orientation. Beautiful property and facilities. So many things to do in the area - hiking, attractions, great food. We will definitely be coming back and will stay here again!

Excellent location! Minutes to Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Polar Caves and the Flume. We had a beautiful end unit. Property owner Nelson was wonderful to deal with! Definitely considering renting again next year.

Maybe the cooling system doesn’t work properly, so we had to wake up at 2 am coz it was too hot. Except for that everything was good, wouldn’t mind coming back to the same place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, surrounded by beautiful mountains. With clean, fresh air is just what we needed, being right right next to the river was a bonus. Since April was still a bit chilly, we very much enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved Loon Mountain and some of the other nearby towns, shops and scenery. This is our second time at Deer Park, and we will be back!

This was our second time spending Thanksgiving at this condo and it was perfect. The condo is immaculate and comfortable and we had everything we needed to make a lovely Thanksgiving meal for our family if 4. Just the getaway we needed!

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend - the condo was the perfect home base for us. We walked down to the dinner train and into town to eat dinner. We hiked nearby Franconia Notch and visited Loon while we were here. We even found some time to enjoy the hot tub at the Rec Center! Nelson was very communicative throughout the process. The location is perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks!

We had 4 adults in our group and overall it was a great location and clean although not ideal for 4 adults. The guest bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed which made it a bad setup for 4 adults. We knew this but planned on rollaway to avoid top bunk. The listing stated that there was a rollaway bed in closet but there wasn’t. All of us are active and in good shape for our 60’s but the guest that had the upper bunk was nervous about getting up and down and chose not to sleep on sofa bed because of interfering with sleep schedules. Our travel friends were 2 women and both wanted their own bed. I highly recommend that all mattresses be replaced. We all complained each morning about that. Children aren’t as picky as adults about comfortable mattresses but our guests staying in guest bedroom said the mattresses were awful. The listing stated that the master queen mattress was new but it wasn’t comfortable either. Our group is spoiled to comfortable bedding and if that’s not a big deal to guests, this would be a great place to stay. We were gone all day leaf peeping, hiking and touring and it was nice to come home to a quiet clean environment. We did not take advantage of the amenities at clubhouse but they appeared to be great. So simply stated, this condo was great except for bedding. We would definitely stay again if bedding was realigned. My suggestion to owner is to put 2 twin beds with plush mattresses in guest room as well as plush mattress in master bedroom. Also, make sure rollaway bed is available. The kitchen appliances were great with most of utensils needed to prepare meals. We like smoothies in the morning but there was not a blender so I recommend adding that to small appliances.
