Incredible location and very convenient to everything.

Great house! Plenty of space for all of our family!

This home was perfect for our week after Christmas/NYE vacay. We had 3 families in our group, 11 people total. The home was very clean and well stocked. It is the perfect location within Watercolor- short walks or a bike ride (whichever you prefer) to Camp Watercolor, Watercolor Beach Club, or Seaside! We have stayed at many places along 30A but never Watercolor- we will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay in Watercolor!! Our family - 11 of us - have been coming here for over 5 years and have always enjoyed. Seaside is a great place to go - lots to do - and our rental was within walking distance.

My issue with our stay was not so much with the property as it was with 360 Blue. Our cable/internet went out within 24 hours of us arriving and was not restored until 5 days later (about 12 hours before we were to leave). Our biggest complaint is the way that 360 Blue's staff handled the issue. Had we not contacted them NUMEROUS times, the cable and internet would not have been restored at all. Additionally, we stayed at one of their properties in April and had a similar issue with their lack of "follow-up" customer service. I completely understand that they have no control over when Mediacom comes out, etc, but they have FULL control over how their staff interacts and follows-up with renters and in that regard they have FAILED MISERABLY. We have been staying in Seaside and Watercolor for over 20 years and I will NEVER stay in Watercolor again nor will I rent from 360 Blue again and this saddens me because the Watercolor community is a beautiful community.

We called 360 blue and asked for one to use which they supplied. Also we had a really hard time trying to use the internet. It was hit or miss. I never could get reception unless I was at the beach! Oh and the king bed in the guest cottage is very uncomfortable. Other than those few things we really loved the house!
