Our stay at the home was absolutely perfect. The house has all the amenities you would need, not just in a house but more specifically in a beach house. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the pier which was ideal, close enough but not too close with all the noise and people. The bedrooms are all in the back of the house so you don’t hear any street noise at night. If this place is available for the dates you need, book it right away, it’s perfect.

This house was perfect for us. We had two of my daughters friends come with us to celebrate her birthday. We had the upstairs and they had the bottom floor. Great location in between both piers. We rented bikes and had the best time. There was usually street parking also right outside

We spent 4 wonderful nights at this home in Newport Beach over 4th of July weekend. The property was exactly as described in the listing and was clean. It had everything we needed to cook and grill, as well as beach items such as chairs and umbrellas. The location is perfect and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. If we plan any future trips to Newport, we will absolutely stay here again!

We took our grandchildren and their parents on a much promised family vacation to see and play in the ocean. This h meticulously maintained house was absolutely perfect. If your looking for a beach vacation this is the place for you.

Our family of six loved this cute and modern blue house in Newport. This house has two bathrooms, which is a must with four kids, AC, upgraded modern look, washer and dryer and master bedroom has its own space upstairs. The location is great as well and our kids could walk to the beach from the sidewalk easy. Host was great to work with. Bonus there’s parking in the garage. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Our family truly enjoyed staying in this beach house. The beach house itself had lots of room and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. Bonus was a large garage where you could park a car as well as store your bikes. The beach is so close to the house. I would highly recommend this home to any and all friends and family.

We found the home so inviting and relaxing. I would have liked to stay longer! The bedding and towels were quality. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with items like a crockpot, spices, lots of pots and pans, etc. We mostly sat at the island to eat as the table inside was a bit small for all of us, but there is a large outdoor table where we enjoyed dinners. Off the master bedroom upstairs was a very large balcony to hang out on; it can also be accessed from the hallway upstairs so people didn't have to go in the bedroom. It was great to be literally steps away from the beach (there are towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. to use). We were also steps away from the walking/biking/running path that goes along the beach. Dolphins entertained us when we were at the beach traveling up and down the stretch of the beach. There is a grocery store about a mile away. It was helpful to have an assigned parking garage; if you are renting a car a larger vehicle than an intermediate SUV won't fit in it. There is free parking on the Balboa St. side, just not always as easy to find if you come back later in the afternoon/night. We have rented places in Rome, Italy, Florence, Italy, Missouri, South Dakota, Naples, FL, Charleston, SC, San Diego, CA, Dustin, FL, etc. My husband and I decided that this place ranks as definitely one the best places where we have stayed.
