Great location and kind host.

We were in the duplex (2 bed) apartment and it is beautifully designed and finished. We found it stylish, airy, and very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The shower rooms were lovely, with great showers. The heating worked well (cold weather), and the windows and shutters were of a superb standard. There was clever lighting everywhere. The building was restored by a very skilful architect.

Just a tiny thing - for us hot drinks are essential, so a kettle is useful (we brought our own!) More mugs for drinks would be welcome. Information about the nearest supermarket would be helpful.

Great location with easy access to the sites, restaurants and many shops on offer in Úbeda. The studio, though compact, was equipped with everything one could possibly need during a stay - Nespresso machine, dishes, cookware, glasses, a washing machine/dryer, a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom that matched the nice decor if the studio. Good wifi connection. It's on the ground floor and easily accessible, and street parking was available during our stay quite close by. Marisa meet us at the apartment and was very reachable during our stay. The heat and a/c worked well.

The apartment was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Communication with staff and check-in was easy. Highly recommend!

While the mattress was comfortable, it was too small. Most places have at least a queen size mattress, but the bed in the apartment must have been a double.

Location & Shower always had lots of hot water

Grit in the bedroom was terrible. It fell on everything. Beds creaky fitted sheets were cheap uncomfortable & did not fit. Stain on bed cover Flies, had to buy spray which gave odour. Very little natural light

Everything.. absolutely stunning apartment and in a good location too. Isabel who met us to see us in was lovely and very helpful. She contacted me a couple of days before our arrival via whatssap. Cannot fault anything.

Rest was excellent. The dupleix was great and spacious. Very comfortable

Over all everything was great! Some parts of the kitchen were not propery cleaned.

We stayed at the apartment on the first floor. The whole house has recently been renovated and looks very modern, but at the same time is keeping the historic flair of the building. It was really comfortable, very clean, central and quiet. I would stay here again on my next trip to Ubeda.
