We loved the location (easy access across town and views). The floor plan was ideal for separation from our children. Nice sized kitchen for a short stay. The heated pool, hot tub and fitness center were fabulous, but be sure to follow instructions to register for fitness center. We had to inquire about using the fireplace and there were no tools for use at all, so we spent $30 on a case of duraflame logs and lighter. Would have been nice to have that there for guests. Overall, the supplies were lackluster. We had hand sanitizer next to our master sink, no hand soap, some dishes in cabinet were dirty etc. Some extra blankets would have been nice too, as we prefer a cold room and heavy blankets for sleep. There was a key for pool that needs a keychain. I was constantly in fear of losing this loose key (no backup was left for us). For the price, we were overall very pleased. Some additional attention to detail would make this a gamgbusters experience!

I have to preface this review by saying I have always had wonderful experiences through VRBO and at the Greens in Tucson. I love the view of the golf course which Deidre's unit offers. I will state the pros and cons of our experience and keep in mind this was our experience and we seem to be outliers in the review section: Pro's: 1. The location of The Greens in the Catalina Foothills. It's an absolutely beautiful area and we have returned many times to the Greens. 2. Deirdre's patio overlooks the golf course which is a fantastic place to relax with a nice view. 3. We had a bad start to this stay which I will explain somewhat in "cons" but once the unit was prepared for us, it was a good accommodation. Cons: 1. Unit was not prepared for our particular stay. Dirty laundry left an awful odor for our arrival and was on the floor when we arrived. Beds were not made. Apparently there was a mix up with house keeping. I understand this can happen, however, 2. When calling both co-owners with numbers out of the information book left in the unit, neither were directly available nor did I receive a phone call back. When I called again, one informed me there was no one there by that name at that number that was left in the book. The other co owner, Deidre, was more accommodating, apologized, and said she would take care of it and compensated us as well to a degree. I was not happy that I could not reach anyone directly and had to call a second time after waiting quite a while. 3. Once picked up and cleaned, the unit, though a bit sparse, looks nice with the exception of blinds that really need to be replaced since they are in need of repair/replacement and make the unit look a bit, well, depressing. Curtains would add a nice touch since the unit is again, pretty sparse in terms of decorations. I had read the reviews prior to booking with Deidre and again will say this seems to have been a mix up and she rectified the situation in fairly short order for us and we had a great stay afterwards.

This was the second time renting in this complex, great location and close to a shopping center. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This home for our family of 3 had enough room to gather together. Also with 3 TV's it made it possible for those who wanted to watch TV, that they could go into their room. We had difficulty the 1st night finding the building due to all Bldg numbers were on the 2nd story corners with no eliminations of any kind. "Bldg 8" was partially hidden by a tree branch which made it even harder to find. Same goes for the parking space numbers, above the spots. This obviously is not the owners fault, but future renters may find it useful. The community map, found in the apartment, should be included in the "welcome" letter. NOTE to Owners: A number of the electric sockets were extremely loose and a possible electric danger could occur. Housekeeping: need to be aware people can see behind furniture. We found the kitchen had the basics for what we needed. We will recommend this property to friends. Overall, it was a nice place to come back to each evening.

We needed a place while our house was up for sale, and the craziness of potential buyers, real estate agents, and photographers took place. What I thought would be 4 days, took 8, and I’m thankful Andrea allowed me to extend our stay not only once, but twice! The property was quite, relaxing, and stocked with all amenities. -Peter

This condo is on the edge of a beautiful golf course, with spectacular views of the mountains. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the pool, and the proximity to hiking and other outdoor activities. The condo was perfect for the three of us - all siblings - to see one another for a post pandemic reunion.

Perfect for our family of three weekend trip

It was a really nice place, mostly quiet. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity is there.

My brother and I stayed so we could play golf in Tucson. Next to Ventana Canyon (which we played), and worked great for us. Owner responded promptly to a couple of requests.

Location was lovely, right on the golf course. We had so much fun!

We had a wonderful six week stay in this very comfortable apartment. It is well located five minutes from scenic Sabino Canyon and good shopping. It is in a nice condo complex near the mountains and on a lovely golf course.
