Had a great time on spring break. House is a great size and location for our crew.

Large house absorbed our party of 12 easily. Separate bedroom spaces allowed some to sleep in late without disruption. Great kitchen and living spaces for hanging out, playing games, etc. Loved the two refrigerators in the kitchen. Quick walk to the wide, uncrowded beach for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of parking.

Wonderful house with a well stocked kitchen! Comfortably held our group of eleven. Great location! Enjoyed the lovely walk out to the beach, convenience to shopping & restaurants, and even deer in the yard!

This is such a fabulous place to stay! It’s a huge house with all the amenities you would ever need to feel at home and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We stayed in this beautiful VRBO home for an entire month, while relocating to the area.. Communication with the host was always pleasant and enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure every single need was met. Walk to the beach without having to cross the street. You are steps away from having sand in between your toes. Would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting from outside the Charleston area!

This house was big enough for extended family. A 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect location.

It was a great getaway, right at the beach, my family and I were able to enjoy a quiet relaxing weekend in a clean environment and great open space. I would definitely stay again

The house easily accommodated all nine of us. The short walk to the beach was partially shaded and did not cross any streets. Plenty of parking. The two refrigerators in the kitchen were a great plus!

The size of the house suited us perfectly. We had 2 elderly couples and only one step in shower. In the upstairs master bath there was a tub with shower but no grab bars. It was difficult for one of the couples staying in this room. Also none of the toilets were comfort height. That was especially hard for one elderly man. The house was fairly clean but really needs a deep clean. There were cobwebs going up the kitchen window and the window sill was very dusty and littered. We had a problem with one tub downstairs that did not drain well. The property owner was going to look in to that. We had a dog and paid the pet fee of $325 but the web site says the pet fee is $175. I brought this to the attention of the owner and it was supposed to be changed on the web site but has not. This would be a great place for younger people but is not quite suitable for the elderly.

We couldn't have been happier with this home. More than enough space for everyone. Very short walk to the beach. Well stocked. Caroline was quick to communicate and a joy to speak with when we needed to find something. I want to sign up for next year already!

House was a very close walk to the beach. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our personal schedules as two of our party were involved in working remotely. It provided one of our most memorable vacations to OIB.

The house was nice, and the owner was great! She made us feel like friends and family.

Host was super nice and called to review everything before we checked in. There were 9 of us that visited IOP to get some beach time and play some soccer on the sand. Very close and easy walk to the beach - there were 6 bedrooms and nice outdoor patios so we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy hanging out together.

Laura's house was perfect for our family gathering. It's spacious, clean, and in a great location. I was initially skeptical that the house would really have as many large bedrooms as the listing suggests. But when Laura called me ahead of my stay (just to check in), she further explained the layout. And when we arrived, sure enough, there are two large master bedrooms as well as a third room that, in any other house, would qualify as a master bedroom. Laura was great -- very friendly and accommodating. Finally, it has a great location--just steps from the beach.

For the lateness in making a reservation, we couldn't have gotten a better vacation home. Within a few minutes of walking distance to the beach; no worrying about having to drive and park car. House was very nice.

The owner could not have been more kind and thorough in offering details to help with planning. She even called to check in a week before we stayed. She was a delight and very helpful. The house layout was perfect for three different families with kids and a grandmother to come together, everyone had their own little areas with bathrooms and sound did not travel well in the house, so some are able to sleep in while others got up early with kids. The house had everything that we needed and they made it really easy As they they stocked it well (only tip is bring sharp knives, cutting board, casserole dish. Everything else was very much in stock and clean). It was had a beautiful path walk down to the beach. The house is a little dated but in good condition overall. The living room leather couches and chairs fit us all well and the kitchen layout with seats at the island, smaller table in kitchen and large table in the dining room, was great. Loves the under house area for rinsing off sand from the beach and storing beach items. Plenty of parking, great location and the beach was not packed at all where the beach access was. Easy trips to stores close by if needed. We will be going back! :)

We had an awesome opportunity to celebrate 3 generations of birthdays and a "renewing of wedding vows" ceremony with our children, grandson and cousins from Pennsylvania. The house was everything we expected and more! We'll be back, no doubt.

A short, scenic walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Very nice screened porch. Felt very private.

Great time. Check in delayed slightly for cleaning but we’re able to put cold food in frig. One bedroom is in as open area without doors. This is fine for children but adults might want privacy. One downstairs bedroom needs to have the air conditioner checked. Owner informed and to take care of issue.

Laura was so gracious and helpful with all my questions leading up to the trip. Property is in a great location and the house is very functional for a large group. Love the kitchen with the big island and all the table seating.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay in this home in IOP!! The place was stocked with everything one might need and check in was superb. The location was perfect and so peaceful. Thank you for allowing us to make such precious memories from your home in paradise!

We had a lovely week and could not have asked more from the house. I slept so well! Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked! The host called to make sure that everything was ok. which I really appreciated.

Response from owner was superb. We communicated a few times with text. Could have called but no need. Perfect situation for our family. We were visiting my son. We own a small business in Mount Pleasant and this location was ideal for work and play.. Reach the beach in a one minute walk down a path. Walked for hours on the beach. Easy access to town of Mount Pleasant where there are ample restaurants and shopping. Trip was awesome.
