This property was amazing! The deck is what we utilized the most during our visit. Plenty of room to host the meals for our large group, large yard for the kids to play. Kitchen was well stocked.

Our first family vacation and this property was perfect. Plenty to do nearly for adults and children. Lots of room for the kids to play outside while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view! Made lots of memories!

This rental is a beautiful property nestled in the countryside outside of Omaha. We booked this as a get-together for our family of 14. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two walk-through rooms with 2-3 twin beds in them. The living area was very nice and had ample room for all of us to be together....although we spent most of our time on the spacious deck, or fishing in the pond on the property. All in all, the rental was a perfect place for our family to be together. It was enjoyed by both adults and children. The pasture with horses in it was a great addition to an already beautiful setting. The house was spacious with plenty of clean beds and bathrooms. The kitchen had most everything we needed for preparing our meals...as far as tableware, utensils, pans, etc, We did have to purchase a few household items (paper towels and toilet paper) that were to be provided by the hosts, but this was not a big deal. We had a question come up one evening, so I messaged the host, and she was at the property within 5-10 minutes to assist us. Both hosts, Diana and Cathy, were easy to work with and would reply quickly with any questions we had prior to arriving at the rental. Overall, we had a great experience.

The house was as advertised, in good repair and well stocked with the basics. Close enough to access in town for groceries and other supplies but far enough removed that you still feel secluded from all of it. Hosts were helpful and quick to reply to my many inquiries! We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

My family hadn’t all been together in one spot in YEARS. This secluded Omaha getaway was just what we needed to reconnect for a few days. We had plenty of family dinners and game nights together as the space provided ample room for everyone to be included and nobody was on top of one another. Also, baby slept soundly in a pack-n-play in the master. It was far enough away from all the action to be almost sound proof! LOVED that! It was truly a great time! And we are very thankful for the time spent here!!

Stayed for our wedding party bach party and it was beautiful! Huge rooms and the hot tub is amazing!

We gathered here for a family Christmas. It worked out perfectly. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of space. The kitchen had lots of cooking items and we enjoyed having two separate big tables. Games could be played and both places but we didn't feel separated. Great place for a gathering and we would go back!

Arranged an early arrival with Diana but when Cathy got there she had no idea…she yelled at my son for 10 minutes. They showed up on property while we were taking naps and there are so many notes everywhere telling you what not to do or your lose your deposit. Absolutely would never pay that much a night to not have the place to ourselves or to have all these rules all over…don’t touch the thermostat, bag all garbage or you’ll lose your deposit and the list goes on…beautiful place but didn’t pay to have the owners yell at us because they didn’t communicate with each other or to show up unannounced during our stay. The number of notes “Not to do this or that” were ridiculous really

This was a beautiful property, very well kept and they had everything we needed (including games, fishing poles, etc.). Lots of extra touches and we couldn't have been more pleased.

Our cell.phone provider did not have the best reception in this area. The house did provide a land line for incoming and emergencies.

We are a group of writers who were looking for a quiet retreat where we could have uninterrupted time to write. This location was perfect in terms of size and location. Thank you!

This site is centrally located for biking trails around Omaha and visiting downtown Omaha or the Bertram museum. The museum combines a nature center and a historic site. The site interprets materials salvaged from a steamboat that sank in the Missouri River in 1865. Beautiful rolling hills make for a lovely setting. Great deck for outdoor dining, games, and visiting. The deck also has a hot tub. Spacious living room, many bedrooms. Very comfortable.

We rented this space for a weekend sorority retreat. It was perfect! we had a great time and the land and property were very beautiful.

Deck had great view of fireworks from area towns above tree line. Big house with plenty of space for large groups. Great yard. Loved watching Doe and her triplets nibbling grass outside our windows. Enjoyed waking up to bird song. Easy drive to Omaha zoo!

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone. Several outdoors games are provided, the kids and adults had a great time spending playing outside. Easy communication with the owner. The house has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!
