This VRBO property was absolutely perfect for our family. We were 5 families, ages 1-81 with ample room for relaxation or gathering together for meals and great conversation. I would highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed and more. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Lisa and company 😊

A nice place to gather with family and friends. Plenty of great restaurants to explore, some within easy walking distance.

The house was beautiful, clean, well-furnished, and the oceanfront views fron the second and third levels were gorgeous. There were a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and a Publix supermarket was 3 minutes away by car. Just a few negatives that caused us to give it 4 stars overall instead of 5. Because the house is split into 2 units (which we knew when we booked it), there was no direct access from the upper unit to the pool area.This necessitates exiting the upper unit on the street side, going down 2 flights of steps, and either cutting through the lower unit or around the outside of the house to get to the pool, which can be quite a trip with small children in tow. Dresser storage and closet space in the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that share a bath was very poor. One closet was pretty much consumed by the washer and dryer, and the "dressers" in the rooms consisted of a small cabinet and a bookcase, both of which were in poor condition with broken hardware, doors, and drawers and were unusable. Other minor issues included a lack of cereal bowls and coffe mugs in both units (only 3 or 4 of each in both units), maybe adding a wastebasket to the 2nd floor washer and dryer closet, snd maybe adding some additional hooks or other storage to the shared bath as counter space and storage are very limited. Those issues aside, the property was very nice, the owner communicated well, and we would stay there again.

This house is amazing! Right on the beach and with a pool. It is a gem among impersonal condos. Not sure how it survived the building boom but we love it. Second time we've stayed there. Perfect for beach and within walking distance of restaurants and some shops.

Nice house with spacious living spaces and bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms too! Gorgeous views of the ocean from the house. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The beach was not crowded and the house provided chairs and towels to use use on the beach.

Our stay was great! The property is really nice and is in a great location to a lot of the bars and restaurants near there as well as the beach. Amenities were great and tons of bedrooms if you have a larger group. The property though is 2 separate units which I feel like wasn’t incredibly advertised? It’s still private, just a less nice downstairs unit, with a separate entrance to the main area upstairs with the wide open spaces which is great for hosting. So as long as you’re good with that, and you want a more substantial but also luxury spot on the beach then this is a fantastic option!

It is all as stated in the listing. Marco answered all our questions quickly. I would prefer a place with a heated pool. The floors are only connected outside so that is definitely an inconvenience. The top two floors were somewhat updated. And the ocean view were beautiful! The lower floor needs a lot of attention. Water pressure is low. Just expect that. We were 11 people and we all had our own space. Of all, we enjoyed our time there!

Directly on beach with glass windows in house that allow you a fantastic view of the ocean. House is perfect for 2 families traveling together as downstairs is separate from top floor with their own entrances and own kitchen! Ample parking dedicated to the property and walking distance from shops, restaurants and parks!!!

This was a great location both for the beach and local hot spots (within walking distance). Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Well stocked kitchens (yes two) for cooking and celebrating with the fam.

We again brought our three adult children and their children for a week of family fun at Jacksonville Beach (15 total). Once again we found the house was furnished with pool and beach toys , plenty of linens, and everything you needed in the kitchen. ( We did take some plastic cups for our younger grandchildren )/ We enjoyed grilling out as well as walking to several of the local restaurants nearby. The large bedrooms with connecting bathrooms for all gave us plenty of privacy and room to spread out at night. We loved the new pool furniture and the numerous umbrellas that were available to put around the pool during the day, Our host was very responsive to our needs but actually the house had very clear directions for garage and recycle pickup as well we check-out responsibilities and other needs . We will definitely return here in the future.. We can't stay away from the many views that this house provides very long.

Large home divided two separate units. Lots of space to have a large group. Beautiful pool, 3 master suites beautiful ocean views wonderful manager owner always available to answer questions.

Located just steps away from the boardwalk that takes you to the beach, this house is ideal if you are looking to spend time on the beach, as well as take advantage of the Jacksonville Beach food and drink scene. The property managager was extremely accommodating. 5 out of 5.

Stay was great! We had a large group of adults and had plenty of space to enjoy and not feel cramped. It feels like you get two houses! One is downstairs with each access to the pool and the second (main house) is up the second flight. At first it was strange layout but actually was really awesome and worked perfectly for us! Short walk to the bars and close to Publix! Great location.

Excellent location for some relaxation before hustle and bustle of graduation

We booked this house over one year in advance. It was the perfect location, size for our family and friends. We had 10 adults and 2 children stay for 6 nights. Plenty of room for adults to have quiet time while kids played. The views are the best on the beach and within a minute you were on the beach. Marco was an awesome host and replied promptly to any queries I had before and during our stay. I highly recommend this house. Everyone had a great time and would like to return someday. HUGE house, great space to spread out. Its slightly inconvenient if you have multiple families, as you can't access the top level without going outside, going up the outdoor stairs and then thru the front door. They are 2 completely separate condo's/houses. But nice if you want separate space. Easy communication, no issues during our stay.
