We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we need! We will definitely come back again and again! Thank you for sharing your space!

I will start out with the bad. The AC on one side of the property was not working when we checked in. I reached out to the maintenance and the property owner. The property owner said she would email the AC company and never followed up to see if things were working. Maintenance was able to get it running after working on it for several hours. The dishwasher was broken and after calling maintenance again they had to order a new part. There was not a scrub brush to clean dishes so we had to wash dishes by hand with paper towels. These are things that should be checked before having guests check in. The tile floors throughout the property are dirty. The remotes for the TVs did not work. The remote for the main living area would light up and not turn on the TV. We had to turn it on from the back of the TV. There are blue ray players in one of the bedrooms and main area but who brings blue ray movies? I would suggest a Fire Stick or Roku so your guests can stream Netflix etc. The ceiling fans are so loud when turned on from shaking. The fan in the main area is in winter mode going the wrong direction. There is a lack of plugs behind the nightstands to charge a device. There are 3 showers and only 1 of them gets hot, the other 2 are warm at best. The bathtub in one of the bedrooms is missing the stopper so not able to take a bath. The curtains are not black out, so the sun comes in and its so bright. The property needs a lot of updating and maintenance. We were told at check-in there would be house keeping everyday and they came the second day we were there. We provided feedback to the front desk. The great part of the property is the view and the location to the beach. There is a lot of room for a big family and friends. Lots of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were a great benefit for a family staying for a while. I would recommend staying at this location, but there needs to be some work done like basic maintenance, cleaning, and updating some of the technology as it is very outdated.

There were a few quirks but overall it was a great space. The dishwasher needed repair. Guest services sent up help but a part had to be ordered and was not fixed during our stay. This is understandable since we showed up on Thursday and did not try to use it til Friday There was a weird situation that happed where the heat came on in the middle of the night making sleep time uncomfortable. The staff was great they sent up house keeping to help with the dishes. We had a party of 8 so having a few more chairs on the deck would have be nice. Overall if the few items were fixed I would rent again. Thank you for allowing my family to rent your space.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean! The unit could use some grilling utensils and another sheet pan for the over.

Dishwasher is so loud, you can’t be in the condo when it is running. Pans needed scrubbing before use.

Beautiful condo. One of, if not, the best condo we have ever stayed at in Las Palomas. We would definitely try to re-book this condo next time.

Could have been much cleaner. Couldn’t sleep well in the front bedroom due to the AC unit is beyond loud.

This VRBO surpassed my every hope of what the property would look like! The balcony gives breathtaking views. The rooms are huge and the kitchen has EVERY item you would ever want for cooking. Three bathrooms was such a luxury! We enjoyed being in Phase 1 close to the little market and main office if we needed anything. I hope to make this our repeat vacation location every year!

The condo was perfect for our family

Absolutely the best property we have stayed at in Rocky Point. The condo was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with.

Second time staying here. One of the best floorplans for the three bedroom.

We have stayed in RP at Las Palomas many times, this was one of the best condos we've stayed at. Great floor plan, nicely decorated and everything works. My only suggestion would be to add a little more patio furniture to the beautiful wrap-around patio.

Perfect stay!

Place was really clean, had everything we needed, and the view was great. We went for a weekend and it was so nice not to worry about anything just go in and enjoy your stay. I will definitely make this one of my favorites so hopefully next time we plan to go is still available

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend. The condo is absolutely amazing and the resort is as well. We all had a great trip and will definitely be back to Las Palomas. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Amazing unit, will definitely stay again

Great place. Except for the stove that really needs to be repaired. We arrived on Friday early enough to enjoy the day. And were able to check in much later than we hoped for unfortunately closer to 4 o’clock. But this property has an amazing view and plenty of space my only complaint here is it was difficult to cook with the electric stove not working properly and I meant to contact the owner / management while we were there but it seemed more of a hassle to deal with appliance issues while I’m trying to enjoy my time away from home. Either way it was a lovely stay my only issue was the electrical stove didn’t work properly and we could not cook our meals in a timely manner. Took me 20 minutes to make scrambled eggs because the stove kept turning on and off.

Amazing location, and this room is absolutely perfect. Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

My family wanted to take a last minute trip and we are so lucky this was available. As soon as we walked in everything was perfect and clean. Everyone was happy that I booked such a nice place. The space was great for our family of 7. The view was amazing! I hope to be back soon and will definitely stay longer.

Great place to stay the room was great also!! The elevators had issues the first day and we had to do a lot of waiting!! But overall it was great!! The staff wasn’t the best and really didn’t speak English but love the room!! Do recommend getting daily cleaning as we needed supplies

This place is very spacious. Lots of room. Everyone gets there own bathroom. Lots of room for dining. Rooms close to elevater so its easy access. My only suggestion for room for improvement would be the living room. Possibly updating it. But that is no deal breaker by anymeans. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Property was nice but didn't have a functioning oven and could not be fixed during our stay. Had to cook my turkey on a grill. Also had a problem with the sink but it was addressed. Bring your own beach towels because the check out and return process for towels is a scam.

The property is well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Main issue is the Oven did not work during Thanksgiving making us have to make changes to our plans on Thursday. We called maintenance and they couldn't figure it out either. 2nd issue was when we showed up to check in guard gate didn't have our name they still let us go in to check in and then check in didn't have our name either. Spent an hour trying to get ahold of the owner and VRBO from Mexico, not an easy task. No trash bags in the unit and no baking sheets. House keeping brought us baking sheets but then the oven didn't work so it didn't matter. Owner had silicon floppy baking dishes but that doesn't work if you are trying to cook more complex meals. Again didn't matter since the oven didn't work. The property overall is beautiful and the owner did answer my text messages but didn't explain why our name was not on the check in, someone screwed up and didn't get an apology at all. We booked it 8 weeks prior to check in so it wasn't a last minute booking. We have been to Las Palomas at least 5x and stayed in many units. This unit is very nice and we made do without an oven and changed our menu. VRBO or the owner owes us two apologies #1 for the oven not working and #2 for failing to call in the booking to the resort. They had no record of it.

The furnishings in this unit were “outstanding “. The condition of the lounge chairs were poor and there were only 3 on the patio . They could use some updating and a few more. Could of had better instructions on how to log into the wifi. Tried several times using the information on the router but that didn’t work. Overall the place was as advertised. I would stay there again.

Definitly one of my favorite condos to stay in. I'll book it every single time if available.
