The house was great all around. Location was perfect for us and the owners were easy to work with!

Our expectation were far exceeded with our stay. This home was so very nice. It had everything for everyone. From the game room to the pool. To the tvs. It was very close to Disney and we also made trips to both coasts to the beach from there. We lived it so so much.!

Excellent location for trips to the parks. We have been renting condos and houses for over forty years and have never had an experience as pleasant as we had with the owners of this property. We are hoping to return soon.

This home is definitely one I would recommend when visiting the Orlando area. It’s located in a great area if you are looking at spending time at the Disney parks. Windsor Hills also has a water park within a 2 minute walk from our home that we found very entertaining and relaxing. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made our arrangements hassle free. You won’t be disappointed when making this home your vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at The Windsor Magic! The house was large enough for our party of 2 families of 6. House was clean with generous amounts of amenities. Fantastic communication from Bill, Donna, and Catherine leading up to and during our stay, including individualized activity ideas including the kids' names. Fantastic location. Would not hesitate to book with the Burns family in the future!

The house was perfect for our family get away. A relaxing neighborhood that is close to everything. Bill and Donna were great. Every detail was well layed out in advance and they were very prompt with responses. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We will certainly look to stay at their properties again when we travel to Orlando.

Our stay at Windsor Hills was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were so attentive. They would email us with suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the area and based their suggestions on the fact that they knew we had our grandchildren with us and even referred to our grandchildren by name, Such a personal touch. The home was very clean and we had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and we put them to good use. Would definitely stay here again and rent again from Bill & Donna. Thank you so much.

Home was beautiful! It had everything you would need for your stay. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for the entire family. Pool was perfect and hot tub was even better. The owners are super nice and made this stay feel like I was staying in a friends home. Highly suggest this rental! I did alot of research that included location of the home and found that it is a quick walk away from the clubhouse and slides (which was important since I had teenagers). Other research involves cancellation policy's and if the owners are involved in the rental. This rental will check all the boxes for the person really looking into all of this.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Bill & Donna's home - The Windsor Magic! There was 7 of us (5 adults & 2 kids) The home is so well cared for and it shows in every aspect. Extremely clean and well thought out, everything you need is at your finger tips. From extra bed linens, towels, kitchen appliances and supplies, etc. There was nothing that we needed that this home didn't have. The pool area is stunning and has beautiful outdoor furniture. We had the pool heated which I recommend and the spa was so nice! Unlike other areas we have stayed this spa actually gets hot. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable and clean. Our kids loved the games room. We experienced Hurricane Ian during our stay and Bill was extremely helpful the entire time. He reached out to us often throughout the 2 days to check in and make sure we were all okay. Overall our stay was 5+ stars and we will be back. Bill & Donna are amazing hosts with beautiful homes at the Windsor Hills.

As someone who has stayed in a number of the high end Disney Resort Suites I was hesitant to stay off property. After staying here I no longer even consider staying on Disney property. The house is so conveniently located, the property manager so quickly responsive, and having a private pool immediately outside the door was a true luxury. My children loved the game room and being able to host my parents without feeling cramped was a bonus. We have already scheduled our next stay here.

We had a Disney trip planned and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We found Windsor Hills through a search of off Disney Properties near Disney. We found Bill and Donnas residence and knew this was the perfect place for us to stay. That property was beautiful and felt like home. It has five bedrooms all with there own bathrooms. The kitchen area was nice and spacious. The house is very clean. The garage has been transformed into a game room with a pool table, TV with a game system, and an arcade with some good classic games on it. They have a double stroller to use free of charge for the parks. The pool area is so much fun with the hot tub. These owners don’t charge to heat the hot tub or to use the grill (all other places we looked at did). The back of the house opens up to open space so it makes it even more private. It is very close to the club house. Very close to shopping and restaurants and most importantly Disney only took 10 mins to get there by car. When we go back we plan on booking one of the four properties they own here. You will not be disappointed and you can’t go wrong staying here. We’ve been renting from Bill & Donna for many years and have always a great time. Anytime something crops up it’s dealt with immediately. The home itself is clean and well appointed. We never lack for anything. Conveniently located for parks and shopping. Lots of space for our group of 11 to spread out. Can’t wait to come back again. 😎

Our family just returned from a week long stay at the Windsor Magic, we had easy and quick access to Disney World, everything about the house was just as we expected AMAZING. Bill was always available to answer questions before we arrived he also checked in with us during our stay, we DEFINITELY will be returning, our entire family had a Magical time!!

The rental was as described. Communication with owner Bill was excellent. Miscommunication with local property managers left us with a chirping smoke detector for a couple of nights. Great location to Disney. Convenient shopping nearby. Neighborhood secure and well maintained. Pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Great time was had by all. Would defintiely rent again.

This property was excellent and very clean. The communication with the owners was wonderful. The pool is lovely especially as there are no neighbors directly behind the pool. We had a wonderful time.

Our family of 8, 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 7-13, thoroughly enjoyed this home for an extended weekend getaway from sub-zero temps. The communication with the owners was top notch. Everything was laid out with easy instructions and plenty of good advise. We experienced no surprises. Everything we needed, beyond groceries and essentials, was provided in the home. The pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy even in the cooler, February evenings. The hot tub heated up fairly quickly to help sooth those aching legs and feet from long days at the parks. We would recommend yo anyone considering this home for their next visit to the Orlando area.

Our stay at this property worked out better than we imagined! Our primary reason for choosing this location was its proximity to Disney properties and it did not disappoint. The parks were a short 10-15 minute drive. There are also lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby so we could get anything we needed going there and back. The house was nice for a family group because the living and dining areas were big enough for us to be together, but we all had our own beds and baths. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a soak for the adults and so much fun for our 4 year old granddaughter. The weather was cold but the pool was perfectly heated. Bill and Donna were very helpful and checked on us often throughout the week with suggestions for fun things to do. The property manager was quick to respond when we contacted them about a minor issue. No complaints and we highly recommend staying at this home!

After my spouse passed away in early 2020, and then a year dealing with COVID and all of the stress that brought, I wanted to take the family for a real vacation to Disney. We found this listing on VRBO, and it was perfect, enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and a great game room with Galaga, Pool table, x-box, etc. We really enjoyed everything about the resort, including the short walk to the clubhouse to let the grandkids use the waterpark. Any minor issues were addressed immediately by the local caretakers, and the owners were super responsive, even over-nighting new pool cues and chalk when I mentioned one was broken. Very comfortable home, with space to stretch out! I definitely recommend!!

This home was amazing. The home was as described and very clean and in working order. The hosts were always quick to respond with any questions we had and they also provided a lot of good information about the surrounding areas including things to do with our kids (not theme park related), tips for best grocery shopping, etc. The proximity to the Disney parks is second to none. Literally within 10 minutes, you were on property/in a parking lot. It was amazing. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The kids spent every evening in the pool and hot tub. We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great vacation home.

From the moment we arrived everything was great. Bill and his wife were excellent hosts very responsive and provided n amazing property for our family vacation. We all had a great time and will definitely be coming back. No issues at all. Definitely. Flawless experience!!
