Comfortable and great location.

Perfect location for us as we had a family wedding and the rest of the family stayed next door at the Outrigger. But not so close to the main street with restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed our stay last week at the condo. The beach gear was ideal for us as we visited multiple beaches during our stay. The check in procedures and property details were spot on to our expectations. Parking was easy in the structure and we took daily walks around the property and the bay. We really enjoyed the farmers market, found some beautiful local jewelry and treats. Thanks, Ashok!

Condo was spacious and clean. Other than ants/bugs on the master bathroom counter, we had a perfect stay.

My 14 year old granddaughter and I stayed for 7 nights. I really appreciated that the bedrooms are on ground floor and we didn’t have to lug the baggage upstairs. Everything was available for beaches and drives sightseeing the Big Island. Ashok was easy to communicate with. He made sure that I got the house rules and knew how to check out. The Condo is close Keauhou shopping center with grocery store, restaurants and Longs Drugstore. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of things to do.

There were a few property conditions, starting from the moment we arrived, that hampered our experience, resulting in a less than optimal stay. However, not everything was entirely controllable by the host, Ashok, but he was always very responsive and earnest in trying his best to address issues. Otherwise, the unit is in a nice complex with a lot of amenities, and it's well-stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, several lanais outside the bedrooms and great room, TVs in the bedrooms and great room, and high-tech washer and dryer. They are very strict with the AC setting rules, which we followed, and the hot water heater must have been on a timer after a few minutes of showering, to conserve electricity.

Condo was as advertised. Location was convenient. The condo came with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Communication with Ashok was fast and efficient. Only thing lacking was some blinds in the master bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Unit is accurately described in the listing. Traveled with friends (one other couple). Lots of space for 4 people. Kitchen is well stocked and the entire unit is nicely furnished. It is slightly dated, but in excellent condition for the price. Convenient drive from Airport (about 30 minutes). Parking fairly convenient. Property grounds are first class and well maintained.

Nice and comfortable condo. We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable. Great location in a quiet area. Great communication with the owner. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! It was just the right size for our group with quick access to the local beaches! Ashok responded quickly to any inquires. We felt safe and secure even when walking at night. If you’re looking for a nice place by the beaches this condo is perfect!

Very nice

Very comfortable beds and very spacious with a well appointed kitchen. Great location close to Keauhou Shopping Center.

We came on vacation to relax and enjoy our self’s . Coming into a 90 degree condo wasn’t the idea I had . We forgot to turn the thermostat back to 85 when we left the first day and then got a sarcastic little e- mail reminding us . This is a very nice place and if I ever come back , I will be sure to go through someone else. I talked with some of the other people staying here and they had never herd of such a thing . I didn’t know I was going to watched so closely . I hope they’re are no cameras inside this condo . But that is feeling we got staying here. Other than that it is a very nice place wish we could have enjoyed more

The condo had all amenities of home! Great location and beautiful property.

Great place to stay. Super convenient. Ashok was very responsive to all of our needs. Checkin was smooth. Ashok also proactively checked to make sure our stay was a great experience and that we had everything needed.

Clean and comfortable 2 floor condo. We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The property manager was very responsive and available. The property was very organized with inventory listed in closets, cabinets and drawers labeled for ease in finding things, instructions on what not to use and very thorough instructions on how things should be left upon use and checkout. We enjoyed our stay!

Owner quickly responded to any communications! Thorough in expectations & check-in/check-out, directions with appliance usage! Great home away from home! Good location :)

good location and nice condo

Convenient location and clean property.

Nice, clean unit in a larger condo community with great ambiance for a short vacation with friends. Living space was very comfortable!

This condo was very nice, and included all the amenities you need for a nice stay. What I liked: pretty bedrooms and living areas; lots of things to use at the beach including snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, life jackets, and much more; plenty of things to use to cook meals with; nice washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. What I did not like: the thermostat is set so you cannot turn the air down any lower than 76. When we first arrived, the thermostat was set at 85, and the condo was so very hot. It took several hours for it to cool down to 76, and so for the first several hours we were there we were very hot. But 76 still feels hot for us. We were just not comfortable the entire time, and not many windows open so it is difficult to get a breeze going through the condo. And when you leave the condo, the owner makes agree to turn the thermostat back up to 85, so when you return, it is so hot again. We stayed very hot and it was just not comfortable for us. I understand saving money on the electric bill, but I feel that I paid a lot for the condo, and should be able to adjust the air to my comfort level.

This place was the most well stocked i've stayed in. Easy check in and very clean. Great location to drive anywhere. Coffee pot, coolers, beach chairs, towels! I wouldnt change a thing!

It was not clean, carpets were filthy, especially the stair carpets. Every room had several broken blinds, stickers everywhere of what you can and cannot do. You are not allowed to have the Ac lower than 78 if you go out you have to raise the Ac up to 85 degrees. In one of the bathrooms, there was a towel rack pulled out of the wall a little. We were charged $95.00 for something we did not do. Makes you wonder if he does not do that to every booking.

The place is a good location what we didn’t like was that the stairs had white carpet and they were dirty and the place needs to be remodel there’s drawers, blinds that don’t work the place is outdated.beds and bathrooms and the rest of the property were clean. There was water roaches inside the property.

Great location, near the water. We had a wonderful time staying with this spacious, luxurious, Tropical Townhouse Style Condo. Communication with the Host is smooth sailing, he is always on top of everything. We will stay here again next time we visit the Island. Well appointed and comfortable apartment.

Our condo was quiet, well equipped and maintained. The price was one of the competitively priced for the area & for this type of condo & property. The owner was very conscientious and helpful with his written instructions.
