Enjoyed staying at the Retreat and working with one of the owners, Anne. Unit was spotless, well equipped, perfectly located and near countless restaurants. We hope to return sometime in the near future.

All good. I’m very fussy so I clean to my “needs”! Cleaning crews can always do a little better (esp. for their fees). Everyone was comfortable . Lanai is great and amenities……like a resort and all nice people!

Short walk to the public beach - with provided chairs and cart; nice pool; good security; clean condo; and responsive host!

We absolutely loved the condo and location for our family. Our four year old and one year old enjoyed the pool every day, and we walked to the beach a few times as well. The balcony was ideal, we really didn’t use the tv area at all! The condo was stocked with so many items, including some food, a bottle of wine, sunscreen and other toiletries…but the best was the beach equipment! Plenty of kid toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and best of all, a beach cart. Anne was very helpful in suggesting a local store for baby item rentals. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything better/easier - hope to rent again!

We had an amazing trip to Naples this year. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and was well equipped. The view was spectacular from the screened in lanai. Highly recommend!

The process was easy.

This condo was spotless when we arrived. And the amenities that are provided really make the trip. Many staples in the kitchen and lots of chairs, umbrellas, etc for going to the beach. The rooms are a good size. Thanks Anne for a seemless experience.

We decided to take a last minute vacation to Naples and hit the jackpot with Anne’s condo. We loved the view and the quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo was perfect had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella’s. We were so lucky Anne’s place was available! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to renting again.

After staying at a few rentals at the Regatta this condo is by far the best. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation. The owner Anne made everything easy and accommodating to all our needs. Anne was a please to deal with and will definitely rent from her again.

We loved our condo and beach vacation! We had everything we could have possibly needed and more. The condo was well equipped and the beach was a short walk away. We love The Regatta and hope to return for many years to come!

We had a wonderful stay in Anne’s condo! Everything was perfect! Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable and the family room area was cozy to relax at night. Great restaurants in this area too many to mention. Our favorite was USS Nemo for seafood. Fit & Fuel Cafe/Naples Cycle to rent bikes and have a coffee and healthy snack was close to enjoy the outdoors. Walk to Mercado along Pelican Bay was lovely!Very easy to get to the beach and relax at the two pools on the property. Anne had a cooler for us to use and beach chairs for us to use and it was nice to have those backpack chairs to walk to the beach easily.Drinks at Gumbo Limbo Ritz or The Turtle Club at sunset are a must! We also had a nice casual dinner at The Lighthouse Inn. Super cute and quaint and a great grouper sandwich!We enjoyed the view from the lanai and we had everything we needed for a great relaxing vacation.Thank you Anne for opening up your home to share with us! We felt “at home”!!

Our stay was better than anticipated! The condo was beautiful with a fantastic view of the bay! We enjoyed watching the dolphins while having coffee. The pool and fitness center just steps away. Beach and restaurants within walking distance.

We had an excellent time! The condo was immaculate and equip with all of the necessities to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. We will definitely book another vacation at this property, The owner and management were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I will stay here again. I highly recommend Anne's condo. The condo is walking distance to the beach and the Turtle Club restaurant. It's also a very short car ride to Lifetime Fitness gym, which I purchased a one month membership. they gym at the complex would be fine for most people. I was able to work remotely and do many video meetings in Anne's condo without any internet issues. Three of my friends came in for the weekend to golf and we all felt there was plenty of space and we were comfortable. The complex is also very close to the Mercato shopping and entertainment complex which has shops, restaurants, bars, and dancing (Blue Martini). Anne was very helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. I will pack far less clothes next time. Had a blast! thank you Anne!

This was an amazing condo. They provided everything you could imagine needing! Things we typically have to buy were available for our use for the week. Great location, walking distance to the beach so avoided having to park! Lots of great restaurants nearby! Felt safe in the gated community! Thank you so much! We loved it!

We rent a lot of condos through VRBO and this was one of our absolute favorites! Great location, clean, updated, loved the overall property and the best thing was this condo is fully loaded with everything you will need - beach chairs, cart, towels, umbrella, toys, etc. The kitchen had a ton of supplies and loved that prior guests spices, non-stick spray, etc. was left for our use. We will definitely stay here again!
