Recently, our family moved two hours away from each other so we met in the middle here at the Dillon property and it was such a wonderful stay allowed us all space while still having a homey feel including all of our fur babies. The views were immaculate & there wasn’t anything we needed while there, Everything we could have needed in our own home they had there. It was really one of the best days we’ve had.

Great location, enough space for 5 of us (grown children), 3 cars, and the family dog. Thoughtfully supplied. Hot-tub and family dinners after enjoying both Keystone and Breckenridge. We will absolutely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the front window of the lake is amazing. It was very conveniently located for skiing and shopping. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing. we especially appreciate being able to bring our dogs. The only thing that I would note is that there are quite a few steps. If you don’t have a problem with steps, I would highly recommend this home.

We chose to stay here while we had our small elopement out in Colorado. We couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at. It had everything we needed and more! We are people that definitely need a fan to sleep, they had at least one per room! They had so many extra pillows, towels, and blankets which is also so nice. We loved having a hot tub to enjoy, it was absolutely amazing to relax in while looking at the mountains. I asked them if we could get an early check in as we had a long travel day and were ready to get settled. They were so accommodating, even though they had people stay the night before they still got us in early! They also were so sweet to leave us a card, chocolates and a mini champagne bottle to celebrate our wedding. I couldn’t recommend working with them enough! Thank you again for the amazing service!

Enjoyed our stay. Large home made it very comfortable for 4 adults.

It was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone. My grandchildren loved the play structure and roaming the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked. The front deck was lovely in the morning and the back patio great in the afternoon. Great location-walking distance to park and restaurants. It had more stairs than we expected but was manageable for person with minor disabilities. We loved it!!

This place was a good stay all around and I don’t regret booking it. Definitely some things I’d share in case it helps you decide to book it! Pros- excellent location, beautiful views, liked that it was two stories for separation with the kids. Unfortunately, there is no real privacy here. Glass doors and everything is connected- plus you can hear EVERYTHING. If you’re downstairs, forget sleeping if anyone upstairs is awake-It’s insanely loud. The downstairs “master” is a queen bed and frankly it needs to be replaced. It’s very uncomfortable (rolls to the middle) and we didn’t sleep well at all. The TV downstairs didn’t work which was a bummer for the kids. I was thankful this house didn’t smell like dogs- but wow was there dog hair everywhere. Gross and ended up being an allergy issue for us. The kitchen table and chairs were so rickety it made meals frustrating because drinks were spilling anytime you moved. I would not rent this house in the summer - it was HOT with the way the windows are designed. Great for views, but even with blinds closed it was easily 85 with no heat upstairs. And there is no a/c. The rental management company was nice and accommodating and If you’re traveling with kids they do have several amenities like the play set, crib, kids books etc.
