Great location! Older updated well stocked cottage great for 2 people. Owner very accommodating with quick responses allowing our dogs. Nice grass yard and outdoor shower. Bikes and beach buggy available. Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from Gulf Drive, restaurants, shopping, bars and beaches. Will certainly look to stay again when in Anna Maria/ Bradenton. We stayed for a week and everything went well. Unit was well stocked as advertised and owner Chris was very easy to work with. We had everything we needed including chairs etc for the beach. Unit is literally only a few mins walk to the beach. Neighbor was quiet and peaceful. Great little get away.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It was the perfect spot for our family, including our little toddler. The beach was just a stone's throw away, which made it super convenient for all of us to enjoy some sun and sand. The cottage itself was incredibly cozy and had a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach supplies provided, saving us the trouble of bringing our own. It made our beach outings with our little one so much more fun! Chris, our host, was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Overall, we can't recommend this cottage enough for families, singles, or retired folks looking for a comfortable beach getaway. It's the kind of place that feels like a home away from home, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

We loved this cute little Beach Cottage! It was just perfect for our 2 week stay. Close to everything and only 2 short blocks to a beautiful beach. House had everything we needed for our stay. So much to do in the area and actually ran out of time to do all we wanted. That is one of the reasons we were quick to book the cottage for next year as well. Chris was so helpful and easy to like right away. Don’t think twice….. just go ahead and book your stay. You won’t be disappointed.

One month, cozy cottage, near beach, nice neighborhood….what’s not to like?

Every thing we needed was there. Grocery store was close. Water just two blocks East or West. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well as the bed and I just had my upper and lower spine fused. Top notch restaurants are close. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

We spent a lovely time at Chris’ cottage. From the moment we opened the door, we felt at home. Everything you can think of was available. From cooking basics (and more) to beach chairs to floating devices to bikes to extra pillows to washing stuff to kitchen essentials, all is there like if you were going to your own cottage for a vacation. We will definitely go back to Chris ‘ place to enjoy his property and have more breakfast on the backyard terrace. We loved it!

Second time staying here. Just a great location and a great place for those looking for a one bedroom cottage. Everything needed to enjoy the beach as well as times at home is provided and of good quality.

We had the privilege to stay at this adorable cottage for 10 days. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from a beautiful park and playground. Everything we needed was provided by owner of cottage, as we chose to cook and eat most meals at the cottage because of Covid.

This was a vey nice place for 2 people. It is near the beach, good restaurants, shopping and the trolly. Chris was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do.

Thank you Chris for the time in your perfect house. That charming old Florida style equipped with everything you need. Nicely renovated. A very pleasent and quiet neighborhood, grown-in gardens and very close nice beach access. Backyard wooden Deck with hot water outdoor shower shows how considered everything is prepared. Crusin with the bikes is easy and safe. We look forward to come back soon.

Very nice old school Fla experience

We loved this little cottage. It had everything we needed. It was a great 2 weeks of exploring, relaxing, and of course, eating seafood! Chris was a great host, too! We have already reserved time for next fall.

We loved our stay at this cottage! It is literally 5 min away from the beach. And close to the supermarket, trolley stop, pharmacy, and tourists attractions. The property was clean and it had everything you might need for a vacation. The kitchen has all the appliances and tools necessary and even more. We went with our two small kids and the place was big enough for us . We spent time in the backyard as well, and we loved loved loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. I recommend this place to whoever is thinking about vacationing in Anna Maria Island, even though this cottage is in Bradenton beach we really liked that the beach close to the cottage wasn't crowded at all. However it is a short drive to all the 'famous' beaches which we also visited. Just as a general advice bring mosquito repellent. Lots of mosquitos in FL

This little cottage was perfect for two of us and our dog. Avenue B is a delightful mix of locals and vacationers! The street is lively with walkers, bikers and beach goers but quiet and peaceful in the early morning and evening. A short walk to the beach and close to historic Bradenton. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a back deck and grill make for perfect dining. Extras include new washer and dryer, Townie bikes, chairs, umbrella, board games, books and FireStick TV and a hammock for two.. The outdoor shower is plumbed with hot water! If you are seeking old time charm with a touch of updating...this is your place.

The house was clean, and had everything we needed. It was close enough to the beach to not be a long walk, but far enough away to be away from the traffic of gulf drive. Short walk to the bay side as well. Can’t wait to go back!!

This was our second time staying here so that speaks for itself. House is in a perfect location. Two short blocks to the beach which feels like a private spot. Close to everything else, shopping and restaurants The house has a fully stocked kitchen and Chris responds to your needs quickly. You will not be disappointed

As a Floridian, I often retreat to local the beaches via VRBO - so I have a good idea of what's out there in this area. That said, this Beach House Cottage is one of my FAVES. I was there for Labor Day weekend 2020 and throughout the week thereafter. The pictures are spot on (even better in person). The house was very, very clean and the space both inside the house and especially on that of the property offers everything you could possibly need. Chris, the Host is AMAZING, ensuring that your stay is 100 percent to your satisfaction. If you like to cook... the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and then some. Everything about my stay at this location was SPOT ON and I will definitely be returning in the future!
