We really enjoyed our week stay at this property. The dock was amazing. We saw dolphin daily and caught a stingray, Stone crab and Gaftopsail catfish. Our teens got a kick out of the aquatic wonderland right in n the backyard. We even saw a 3ft bull shark about half way down the dock swimming at the top of the water. The tidal swings are also amazing to see and experience first hand. Our son loved the pool. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The owners had fantastic communication and the sunset colors are breathtaking. This is truly a unique and wonderful property we made lasting memories we will forever cherish.

This was a great escape from Atlanta. Even though it was in the 90’s, we enjoyed a beautiful breeze by the pool and dock. We really enjoy wildlife, so our encounters with a variety of birds, otter, possums, and dolphins were fantastic. Such a neat little property and fun for our dogs, too.

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodations are very comfortable. We enjoyed strolling out to the end of the dock on the property in the mornings and evenings. We took in several amazing sunsets. We loved the fragrant flowered back yard and the refreshing pool and outdoor shower. Lots of egrets and even an eagle were observed. Wonderfully peaceful location. Just 15 minutes from Savannah and 10 minutes to Tybee beach/lighthouse. Jack and Jan are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was perfect for us and our two daughters. It was peaceful and the location is beautiful. Easy to get to both Savannah and Tybee.

Loved the location of the property. Easy access to Savannah or Tybee Island. Long walks on the pier we’re very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making a meal. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and personable. Close enough to the beach and downtown, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax in the morning and evening. Nice safe area.

We came to visit Savannah, and found our selves enjoying the outdoors of this property. Living near a big city, we appreciated the marshes and the river, all the wildlife, and we even got to see the dolphins a couple of times. Humming birds were plentiful sitting by the pool.

Absolutely gorgeous property and view, especially for a couple of nature lovers. The location is about 15 minutes from the historical district. The house itself is great, the beds and couches are incredibly comfortable, even the pillows. The neighborhood is quiet, which is ideal for dog walking. If you want to check out Savannah but don't want to stay downtown, this is a great option.

Home was very cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed the dock and the pool the most! Well stocked and had everything we needed. Plants and landscaping truly make you feel like ur in a little piece of coastal paradise! We will be back.

Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at this property and had the pleasure of meeting Jack, the property owner. It was very relaxing and peaceful and is conveniently located between Savannah and Tybee. We saw dolphins morning and evening from the end of the pier. With the pool, fishing and serenity of the place, it would be a vacation getaway on it's own. Throw in the convenience to everything else and it really was a great vacation week.

Excellent place to stay
We loved this house! The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The dock was a lot of fun. Loved seeing the dolphins. Great location to everything we wanted to do. Very private. Well stocked with everything we needed. We loved this place and would return without hesitation. My only suggestion is to make sure to bring bug spray if you want to sit outside, particularly in the late afternoon/evening.

Really enjoyed this rental. Very quiet location and <25 minutes to downtown Savannah or Tybee beaches. Great for 4. Would absolutely stay again.

Great spot!!
Super peaceful and quiet property! Jack is quick to respond and makes sure you have everything needed for your stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and taking a walk out on the pier. Highly recommend!

Larger than it looks
I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit, pictures don’t do it justice! And the over all decor was very nicely updated too! Communication was a breeze. You can’t beat the location either!

A Hight Quality Vacation Rental
We loved all that the property had to offer. Use of the house from the dock to the swimming pool was appreciated. The bed was the most comfortable that we have ever had away from home.. With so little noise around and in the property, it really feels peaceful. Watching the tide come and go had us staring out the windows and watching from the pool deck regularly. This property deserves every one of the high ratings that it has received, and Jack was very accommodating.

The home was amazing! Super clean and the view was spectacular! I enjoyed waking up to the sun rising over the water. The outdoor is perfect. The view from the pool was so amazing. The best property that I have stayed at in Savannah. The host was great! Easy to get in touch with.

The house was super clean and there was plenty of room. The view was amazing and the tide changes are very interesting to see. The house is the perfect distance in between Savannah and Tybee island. There was so much to do and see and definitely not enough time. We will definitely be back! This was an amazing find.

Magical paradise
The house is the perfect size for a getaway. The scenery is amazing. Beautiful views Of the marsh and river. All kinds of aquatic life to watch from the porpoises, pelicans, seagulls, and the blue crabs are plentiful. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and we will definitely be going back again.

Prettiest View in Georgia
We had a blast staying here. Before we left we were already making plans to come back. Having the 900 ft pier and the gorgeous views from the pool was amazing. A short easy drive to downtown really just topped things off for us. We had a wonderful time. 10/10.

What a great find at a wonderful price. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It has great views of the water, a private pool, and is within close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We will be keeping this property on our list to visit again and recommend to our friends that plan to visit around Savannah.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My fiance and I wanted to do something to celebrate what would have been our wedding date (had to postpone it to next summer due to COVID-19). We stumbled across this property while browsing on VRBO and fell in love. Somehow, the view is even more beautiful than the pictures. We had the best time lounging around the pool and hanging out at the house, although we love Savannah we didn't want to leave the property to go explore downtown- it's that perfect. Arrival and check in was a smooth process and the owners are quick to get back to you if you need anything. The home was clean and had everything we needed during our short stay. To summarize- stay here if you can, it was the best!

Beautiful Property
Tucked away yet close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, beach etc! Great fishing off pier (hubby caught a few small sharks and released them). Agave has great vegetarian options - easily made vegan and Whole Foods is nearby. Peak time for bugs so be prepared. Property is beautiful and everything is lovely and clean.

Jack has created a sliver of paradise
This property is the one you are looking for! This was the perfect get away for our family...private pool, outdoor shower overlooking the beautiful view, all the amenities of home, and 15 minutes do awesome Tybee Beach!!
We had an amazing time and Jack was a great host and communicator...couldn’t have asked for more, other than to move in permanently.
