We book this Penthouse as often as we can. Gorgeous views, perfect location and the elevators are the best at long beach (if you stay at LB you understand). If you are hesitant to book don't be, just book it! Normally the top floors are pretty hot but this place has the best AC. I was actually cold at night which was wonderful.

We love Long Beach and this was our second time to stay in this unit and we love it! When we come back this will be our first choice! Bill is great to deal with and will quickly answer any questions you have all you have to do is ask.

Beautiful condo and perfect size for two people. We had one issue with the thermostat and after sending Bill a text he immediately called and we were able to resolve the problem. The condo was as described. We loved sitting on the balcony and were able to see dolphins a couple different days. An upgrade of drapes in the living area and bedroom would be nice as they needed a good cleaning. I did go buy a single serve coffee maker to use because the one provided smelled very musty and I wiped mildew out of it. The shower had wonderful water pressure and made for very quick showers. The bed was also comfortable. I would definitely stay in the condo again.

The place was beautiful!! Very clean. Gorgeous views from living room and bedroom. The balcony was huge with very comfortable outdoor furniture, very convenient to everything.
Walmart is right across the street. The bed was so comfortable, shower was great. The owners were super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Long Beach! Although the complex itself is a little run down, the condo leaves NOTHING to be desired. Bill and Ingrid were great throughout the whole process and our condo was so beautiful. This part of the beach is far less crowded, with convenient walking distance to Pineapple Willys, and convenient distance to literally everything we wanted! We would 100% stay again!

The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. It is gorgeous the only comment is it would have been nice to have a Keurig and the bathtub is tad outdated. Those are minor issues and did not impact our stay at all. We enjoyed the beautiful condo very much and would book again. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds promptly to questions.

My wife and I stayed here for one week. The view from the balcony was amazing! The room was very clean and exactly as described. The shower was the best I’ve ever experienced at any vacation rental. It had a lot of pressure! Accessing the balcony from the bedroom and living room was also a big plus! The check in / out process was very easy and communication with the owner very clear. I highly recommend staying here. It was the perfect getaway for me and my wife.

This condo is exactly as pictured and described! It is a lovely condo, well loved after. The bed is to die for and the views are amazing! Lovely balcony and beautiful sunsets. Bill was very quick to reply and very helpful with any questions. Beware of switches in island, never occurred to me! Lol
Personally I would get rid of soaker tub and put a beautiful big shower in but that is just my opinion! Lol

We enjoyed it very much. Free beach chairs service is a huge plus. You can’t go wrong staying in this condo… Bill is very good manager that answers all questions and helping with everything that needed.
We have only one thing to be sorry about- that we booked this condo for a week but not for 2. 😊

Best vacation spot!!!
I loved this condo! A one bedroom with a balcony in the bedroom and the living room is hard to find, but this has it! The views were amazing, and I don’t think I could have asked for anything more. The bed was soft and comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped and met our every need. The location was so convenient! I am glad there was added security, so we felt safe. The Hangout by the pool was so fun. The staff were friendly and were quite chatty. I am hoping to come back in October. :)

This condo was in the perfect location, close to everything with a perfect view from the 14th floor. Very clean! The mattress was so comfortable and the couch and chairs were nice quality too. Definitely would stay here again, the owners are quick to respond to any questions.

Winter bird weekend to escape the cold.
Beautiful condo! We definitely would like to go back to stay in the future. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the double sinks in bathroom made getting ready easy, furniture was comfortable, and the entire decor was lovely.
We forgot to bring salt and pepper for our breakfast and hoped the condo might have it but no luck. I am sure with Covid guidelines that is no longer an option. Anyway, we had a wonderful time!!

Fantastic Week!
We had such a great time at PCB. This place was perfect! It was nicely decorated, stocked with everything you need. The balcony was so beautiful, we enjoyed every minute of sitting out there for morning coffee and in the evening for a glass of wine. The king size bed was SO comfortable. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs with the umbrella. Every touch made it an extra special vacation. The beach is so beautiful and the waves were a lot of fun to be in.

This is a Beautiful Condo. We watched the dolphins play every morning in front of our condo. This unit is well equipped with everything you would need. The hosts were awesome. We will definitely stay here again!

LOVE LOVE this unit and property!
We travel to PCB a couple times a year and this is about perfect. From the chefs kitchen (we cook) to the fact the parking area is right in front of the door (elevators directly inside, with little if any wait time) to the comfy mattress and huge balcony plus private beach. The owner answered many questions and went beyond to be helpful during the entire stay. There were many restaurants within walking distance.; but as an option the on-site grill and bar was handy during and after being on the beach. The heated pools were actually warm compared to other properties that we’ve stayed at. So look no further if you want convenience and comfort! This is a clean and hassle free property.
