The listing was very accurate. Really enjoyed the small private pool on the property as well as the club. One problem with the master bathroom but the owner was easy to reach and deal with.

The island was beautiful and the screened in porches were wonderful. Our family had a nice time, and it slept 5 comfortably. Doug was great about communicating when there was an issue about cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay at Seabrook and this condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone. They had all the cooking supplies that we needed with plenty of extra spices and olive oil. We have a 2 and 4 year old who enjoyed the beach, children’s pool, and visiting the horses every day. On a rainy day we also went to the aquarium in Charleston. We ate at the salty dog and the little pizza place at fresh field village. We ordered our groceries ahead of time and picked them up at Food Lion about 20 to 30 minutes on our way into town which helped avoid the busy crowd at Harris Teeter in the village. Seabrook is such a beautiful island and very family friendly. We hope to visit again soon!

It was our first time on the Island and we couldn’t be happier. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Doug was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable do my husband and I, our toddler, and my mother. We would definitely come back.

The property itself is very nice and well taken care of; however we didn’t like Seabrook Island. The beaches are far-removed and barrier islands keep down the waves. Probably good for little kids if you don’t mind a long walk. Food at the restaurants is so-so and between Kiawah and Seabrook, dining and shopping is very limited. Shops are expensive and restaurants aren’t great anywhere close to Seabrook.. If you know and like Seabrook…this is a great place to stay. We just didn’t like the island vibe and left a day early.. Pros: Clean and comfortable Nicely furnished Kitchen is well stocked Cons: Master bedroom mattress needs replaced as it is sagging. Seabrook Island beaches are a long walk from any boardwalk entrance and parking is limited. Condo is closest to Boardwalk 9 which fronts on the river side of the island. The Beach Club Pool is crowded with little kids and you can’t really get to a beach from this location. My son’s Pina Colada was. $15. . Seabrook has tons of rules about everything.

Quiet getaway in a beautiful neighborhood.

This property on Seabrook Island was perfect for our family vacation. We were able to easily ride bikes to beaches and the beach club. The pool at the condo was their favorite by far, although we also took advantage of the Beach Club and Lake House pools. The condo itself was so comfortable. We spent as much time on the screened-in porches as we did in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were cozy and the entire place felt like home as soon as we arrived. Doug is an amazing host. He quickly answered lots of questions and gave excellent recommendations. He kept us informed of all July 4 activities that were planned on the island. You really couldn't ask for a nicer person to rent from. I highly recommend you book this property on your next visit to Seabrook.

We had an absolutely lovely week in Seabrook at this villa. It was lovely and had everything we needed. We loved the porches and the property manager responded quickly when we had difficulty with the key lockbox. Having the villa pool was great for our kids. We would love to stay here again during our future trips to this beautiful island!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Seabrook Island. The house was perfect - just enough space, and the beds were very comfortable. The screened in porches were the best…Great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine or in the morning with coffee. We rented bikes and got around the island that way. Paths are shady and loved that we could get exercise while traveling. The facilities at Seabrook are amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Unit is clean, quiet, and nicely updated; situated with golf course view and wonderful screened porch and outdoor dining area. Resort community pool and beach were nice, be warned you must use resort’s towels at $5/day per person which seems a bit steep.

We have stayed in alot of rentals at Seabrook and Kiawah and this one is one of the best condos. Very clean and well stocked. Furniture has been maintained and well taken care of/updated. Kitchen was stocked very well. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. We especially LOVED the screened in porches! Very comfortable for everyone.

The owners were very accommodating and great with communication. We stayed with our two kids and my father, plenty of space for everyone. This was our first trip to Seabrook Island, and the property was very close to the main pool beach club. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the villa. It was overall clean and tidy! It had everything you would need for your visit (towels, washer, dishes, pots/pans, etc.). Doug was helpful with my questions prior to our trip! Would recommend and look forward to future trips to Seabrook!

We will check availability of this property first when staying in the Charleston area again. The unit was clean, linens were new, and pantry overflowed. All 4 units in the building were full yet it was very quiet and we experienced absolutely no impact from those staying in the 3 other units. The owners seemed to care that we enjoyed our stay and made themselves available should we need anything. Nice!

The villa was 100% as advertised. Clean, well appointed and quiet. We enjoyed the screened in porches where we would watch the wildlife and enjoy the cool breezes. We had not taken a vacation since last September so we were ready for a break. Seabrook Island is our favorite vacation spot.

Perfect place for us. Clean, modern, convenient location. Everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Rode the bikes we rented to the beach. Grocery store nearby and the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals when we decided to stay on instead of going to one of the nearby restaurants. Owner responded quickly to any questions including restauarant recommendations. The title says it all’s, Perfect!

Condo had new furniture downstairs and in the three screened in porches that was lovely. Beautiful artwork throughout. Many bad lightbulbs in kitchen and baths. Doug and Polly were very responsive when we locked our key in the unit- they resolved our problem right away. Would be so much more convenient to have a code operated lock which is what I suggested. The condo was well supplied with beach gear and in the kitchen. Extremely convenient location to Beach Club pool and beach access. Great family reunion!

Great location! The beach was a short ride away, and the neighborhood pool was right outside the front door. The access to the Beach Club was a huge plus, especially with 3 small children. Doug and Polly were super quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back!

Unit is perfect! Location is perfect! Week was amazing! Will look forward to coming back to beautiful Seabrook and hopefully staying at this unit again! Just wonderful!

Perfect vacation rental! We enjoyed it!

The condo worked well for our family. It was spacious and updated. We also enjoyed the outdoor screened in spaces. Seabrook Island is beautiful. The people were friendly. We saw lots of wildlife. One evening we had to stop for a mother and her baby fawn to cross the road. We would definitely recommend this place.

The villa was decorated lovely. All the beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. We lived on the screen porch, there were 3 of them. when we were not out enjoying the beautiful island. Great location, very pleasant walk or bike ride to the beach. We also enjoy the pool right outside our door. The Hidden Oaks nature trail right across the street was a wonderful surprise. It leads to a very scenic marsh area. We loved our stay, we were very comfortable and will be back! Thank you!

The property is very well kept up and has screened in porches which was very good (not all other units did). This made it possible to use them at all times, in fact, “adds rooms”. It is well appointed and equipped from kitchen utensils and appliances (but no Kierig) and cleaning supplies. The furniture is comfortable and clean! It is quiet as it sits on the 15th hole of the golf course. The mattresses were all comfortable which is a huge plus (and often an “unknown” prior to rental ). All in all a very nice getaway with access to a pool. (Beaches are not far away)

This was a perfect Condo with a great location. We loved the screened in patio time when we got back from being at the beach all day. The condo is very spacious, and everyone enjoyed the property very much. If we were not at the beach then we were biking around town, which is why we came back to Seabrook Island. This was our 2nd trip to Seabrook Island, and if we come back again we will definitely rent this condo again.

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island. The property is very nice. The location is great. A pool is right next to the property. Parking is under the building with plenty of auto and bike storage. An easy 12 min brisk walk or 3 min ride to the beach. Doug was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed everything the island has to offer and look forward to coming back next year.

We have family that live on Seabrook Island and we visit them every year for Thanksgiving. This was the perfect location, the owners were very accommodating, the condo was clean and very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed while there.

The stay at Hidden Oaks was very satisfying. The island itself and this property have done a nice job at making everyone more comfortable about the protection from the pandemic. Everything was thoroughly cleaned before we got there and masks were worn in all public places. The property was spacious and everything was in working order. Renting bikes was a great idea recommended by the owners. The location is about 1 mile from beach access but a quick drive to the main beach/pool access. I would recommend going to North Beach (boardwalk 1 or 2) as it is much more private than the main beach access, and just as nice of a beach. Overall great trip and the communication from the owners was very prompt and helpful. Thanks for giving us what we felt was a safe getaway during this crazy pandemic time.
