Condo was great . Exactly as advertised in listing. Elevators were fast, parking was easy and hosts were very accommodating! Our favorite part was the view from the balcony and being able to walk next door for dinner .

Everything was a described easy booking and check-in everything you need was there ,also we carried our on chairs to sit close to the water since we have a 10yr grandson with us but they had nice chairs and umbrella under the bunkbeds for you to use we have stayed at Seychelles for 7 yrs this is a nice unit rented by the owners not management company will stay in the unit again on 14th floor plus each bunk has it on smart tv Thanks for sharing you beach home with us. My only suggestion would be add 2 more chairs on the balcony , so family could sit out together we used 1 of our beach chair for grandson to sit with us. AAAA++++ Unit. Thanks again.

We had a great stay here. Love the location on the quiet end of PCB . We are long time summer vacationers at PCB and have stayed at a lot of places. Cleanest place I’ve encounter so far. I appreciated the clean floors! Also, very nice decor, and the master bed was comfortable for my back! Recommend renting from this owner

This is our 2nd year staying at this condo. The condo is wonderfully decorated and the owners are easy to work with. We love the location and being beside Schooners restaurant is always a plus!

Owners are awesome and responded quickly to any concerns we might have had! Condo is decorated nice and very comfortable. Many great restaurants around that area and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the deck every night! Can’t wait for next year!!

This property is in a great location. Located right beside schooners. It’s on the east side so it seems to be less crowded and more family oriented. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The condo has comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We usually come to PCB 1-2 times a year, this was the best one bedroom condo we’ve stayed in. We had a great week. It was fall break so there were lots of people but we never had to wait more than a minute for an elevator! We’ve stayed at some properties that you can’t get one for 30 min!

Wonderful View!
What a wonderful view from this 14th floor Seychelles condo. The condo had most everything we needed to enjoy our week long vacation. The owners were quick to respond with answers to inquiries. PCB is always a fun and relaxing vacation. The Sea Screamer, July 4 sunset cruise, is a must! J Michael’s and next door eating at Schooner’s never disappoints. Thank you for your hospitality! We

Wonderful condo and resort
This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. You could tell the owners use it themselves because it was so well done and had everything we needed. The owner was fantastic to work with. Seychelles is bar far the best resort in Panama City Beach in the best location.

Good stay!
Check in/out was easiest I’ve ever experienced.
Elevators were fantastically fast, clean and big!
The condo itself was very humid. There was, luckily a de-humidifier that we figured how to use around day 3. Gosh! It made such a difference (pulled around 4 gallons of water out of the air every day) so if you stay, use it! It’s a little loud though.
The floors were not clean. My feet were black if I went barefoot.
Everything worked just great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms, showers, toilets, etc. were perfectly fine!
The bed in MB was delicious! Pillows, not so much (so bring your own!)
Bunk mattress was awful.
Couches could use a good cleaning.
All in all it was a good trip.

Honeymoon
The property and area were great. Parking was easy and convenient. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do plus right on the beach. The condo was perfect for me and my wife we could not have been happier with our stay. One small hiccup when we first got there but got in contact with the owner fast and the issue was resolved within an hour. Highly recommend for a small family or couple.

Wonderful getaway

Just what the doctor ordered
Not bad really cozy stay. Nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean in the morning. My only small gripe is I feel like the cleaning could have been better, I will say the sand is a hard thing to keep together because it’s in everything everywhere. This was our first vacation since COVID and it was much needed therapy. I would stay here again, the close proximity to the beach, a awesome restaurant next door and beautiful state park 10min away plus all that Panama City has to offer make this property a prime must stay at location.

Awesome view and beautiful condo.
The property and condo was everything and more! The condo is beautifully decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings and the small appliances include a Keurig. The owners were easily accessible and followed up to make sure everything was as it should be. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular!

Had a great time. The condo was exactly as pictured. The master bad pillows were very flat and the bottom bunk mattress needs to be changed out. Besides that, the condo was awesome. Loved everything about it and would highly suggest this unit!!

Cute condo! Clean. Spacious enough for 4 people. Great location! The beach is beautiful, crystal clear water, perfect temperature in late June. Panama City is Super-fun for families. Schooners was delicious! We would visit again. Owners were wonderful and quick to reply.

The condo owners were awesome.. any questions were answered within a matter of minutes. The location is so nice because it’s at the quieter end of the beach, great restaurants located all around!
