The condo doesn't actually overlook the pool, because it's on the back side of the building, so we had a little trouble locating it. However, the peaceful quiet, beauty of the back yard & privacy was well worth it! We were near the 2nd pool at the back of the condominium complex, which was great for the kids. The main pool was beautiful, but smaller & more shallow than we expected. The condo was cozy. We didn't use the dining room, instead opted for the kitchen island & patio. We also found toys & beach supplies under the stairs, which was a bonus surprise. The linens were clean, the kitchen had almost everything we needed. (We couldn't find a cutting board.) But, finding coffee in the cabinet on the first morning saved my life! 😅 There were some stains on the carpet, but I understand being a pet friendly condo, this can happen. However, renters should clean up after their pets as soon as something happens! Our chug wore diapers at night & was crated when we were not there, to avoid mishaps. We went to Massengale Park the first day. It was disappointing because of the tar from oil spills, maybe? The next day we went to East Beach & it was much nicer! There are showers, bathrooms & free parking at both parks. Shopping in the village, we met some really great locals at Waterfront Gifts & Nature's Gifts. We also got some great deals at St. Simon's Beachwear. Winn Dixie is close by, if you need groceries. And, Target was only about a 20 minute drive. Overall, we had a good experience. The landlord was very helpful & prompt when we had questions. As a busy mom of 3 girls, I was able to relax for the first time in a long time.

Nice area to stay. Clean, things to do and dog friendly. Host was most helpful when needed. Easy access to everything. Will definitely stay again.

Private condo location very close to the shops, restaurants and pier. The condo had everything we needed. 2 pools and beautiful duck pond. The property manager was very communicative and extremely helpful!

Not a good week for us!!!!!! Was not what we paid for at all. We had no WIFI in condo.. Was very poor reception. We started out in one condo and AC did not work. After moving all our stuff in. We moved to another condo and was very upsetting. We carried our computer and was not able to use it at all. We were ready to come back home. Next time we will go back to our regular place we love!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! It was perfect for my family to relax. Loved the patio, it made a great spot to have some quiet as the kids played inside. We were missing a DVD player but turns out we didn’t even need it. Instead of family movie night, we did game nights! The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed to cook. I would recommend this property to other families.

We stayed with 2 smaller children. Was a nice place and nice location. Had almost everything you could need. Pools were nice. Patio could use a grill. We purchased a inexpensive one and left. Could use a little touch up paint and carpet cleaning. Overall nice place to stay.

The property was a great location and perfect size as described. The complex was great too. Perfect for the pool and walking dogs, but the house in general could use a few updates and a new cleaning crew. We paid a cleaning fee, but the coffee pot, extra set of sheets we wanted to use on the couch and bed mattress pads were all dirty. The latter not realized until we stripped the beds at checkout. I know things get dusty/sandy when you are getting a house near the beach, but these general cleanliness issues were really a disappointment. The house itself could also use a few updates. The carpet on stairs and upper floor was pretty stained and could be deep cleaned/replaced. The front door lock was kind of loose and I was worried that we would get locked in or out if it fell off. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom is so loose it's not only an annoyance, but also probably a hazzard (saw a previous comment on this from 2 years ago and assumed it would have been fixed by now - I was wrong). While these were all just small things they added up enough that i thought they should be mentioned.

The townhome was perfect for a family vacation over the 4th of July.

The community was wonderful and the unit was lovely. Great location and enjoyed the stay immensely!

We enjoyed all the amenities- pool, clubhouse with workout room and playground as well as lovely St Simons Island!

My wife and 3 children stayed here for our vacation and we absolutely loved this condo! It has all the convenience of home and is very room. The access to the pool is ideal and the complex is super convenient to beaches and the village. We will stay here again!

This was a great rental! It had everything we needed, great location, and in great shape. Only down side is the upstairs was a bit warm even with the AC and fans running. It felt like the air wasn’t really coming out from the vent, but downstairs was nice and cool. Great place to stay and would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our few days at SSI. Easy, drivable beach access. Loved the dog friendly feel of the whole town. Condo was clean and comfortable. Very private having the entrance at the bag of the building facing the bamboo area. Only two minor faults in my opinion. The ceiling fan in the bedroom that my son used was not mounted properly so if turned on, made a lot of noise and appeared unsafe. Also the storm door did not close all the way unless forced. However, these are both easy fixes I'm sure and not a deterrent to renting this unit again!

Easily walk to the Pier area (0.8 miles) and enjoy all the restaurants, shops, and scenery there. You can get a bike and enjoy the bike trails, or easily find jogging routes. The owner is very responsible and the unit has more than enough supplies for cooking and even a washing machine. There is pickleball, pools, corn hole, etc. for you and the family. HAVE FUN.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The townhouse and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the pool was right outside the door so we didn't have to go far to let the kids swim. The beach was great since it was deep and not crowded. We enjoyed checking out the shops in the villages, exploring the restraints, and climbing the lighthouse.

Condo was perfect for our group of five. Location right on for easy access to beach, restaurants and night life (for the three adult children). Plenty of space for when it did rain for fun game of spoons in the dining room. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next SSI trip.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the condo! The owners were super responsive, and were wonderful. The place itself was clean, cute, spacious and extremely well located. Food, shopping, the beach and the lighthouse were minutes away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay!

Great place property had plenty of amenities.

We checked in for a couple days to go do shark fishing as a family. This was a perfect location in a perfect area. The boys enjoyed the pool and the place was clean and had all of the home necessities in the kitchen, even though we really didn't use them because we were on the go!!

This property was fun, clean, comfortable and right there in the heart of St. Simons close to beach, restaurants, and more. We enjoyed our stay and found the experience very easy and pleasant. Barbara B.
