This property was perfect for our family over Christmas break. The owners were very helpful and stopped by to drop off wood for the fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked large meals every night and had everything we needed. The best part of the home…by far the windows and views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Elise made the stay fantastic. She even provided air purifiers for the stay as the basin was smokey from a near by fire. The views of the lake was exactly as shown on VRBO. The kitchen was well appointed. We would stay again

Beautiful lake views from most rooms in the house! Waking up in the master bedroom with a peaceful view of LT with mountains beyond was heavenly! Clean with all the linens, towels, sheets and kitchen gear you will need. Gorgeous trail on e-bikes to Sand Harbor with Vista Trail Bikes in Incline Village. High Altitude Fitness was a great place to work out and rock climb. Awesome restaurants! Elise and her husband were so friendly and helpful! Kids said it was one of the best vacations, yet!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Easy drive to Northstar. Convenient to super market and local restaurants. Would definitely come back. Very thankful to have enjoyed a few days at this beautiful vacation home.

Overall the house is lovely and the views of the lake are breathtaking. The location is extremely convenient to stores and dining. The kitchen is well stocked. Stop at the house before going to the grocery store to see what is available in the pantry. The third bedroom in the house is really not big enough for a couple, the bed is a double, and the outside bedroom needs some updating.

The views of the lake and shoreline are wonderful. The house is big enough to spread out several people. The lower level room is quiet. The location is close to both Crystal Bay and Incline Village in NV and Kings Beach in CA.

While the listing is mostly accurate there were several thing that were not made clear even after asking questions prior to our visit. The views and kitchen were the best features. There were ample dishes and flatware with many pots for cooking. The host even provided coffee the night we arrived before we could get groceries. The photos on the site may lead you to believe this is on the water, which it is not. Also, this property DOES NOT HAVE AC. Which during most year round isn’t needed if you can open windows. Unfortunately for us with all of the hot weather and smoke from surrounding fires the house was hot and did not have air circulation. I had to ask for air purifiers and received one and then a second after a couple more days and second requests. Again unfortunately for us the house was about 75-77 degrees and with 3 couples we did not have enough purifiers for even the bedrooms at night. While I understand that the fires and heat were unusual it would have been nice and also proactive of the owner to have these for the summer visits so that you could be comfortable when paying so much per day. Also the bedrooms and linens are very outdated. It felt like furniture was just left over and dropped randomly throughout. Again for the price you pay per day I would have expected much better. The comforters and sheets as well as the carpets were old and stained in at least 2 of the 4 bedrooms. With a little more focus on updating bedrooms and purchasing newer linens this place would be amazing. We still had a good time but I wouldn’t have paid so much had I seen the lesser quality in advance.

A large and spacious home that's located a short drive from many hiking trails and beaches. We stayed here for a week with 7 adults and there was plenty of room. The hosts were communicative before our arrival and answered any questions we had. The views of the lake were also spectacular! I'd stay here again if I were traveling with a large group.

Lovely views, easy check in and out, very close to water. The sheets need upgrading (we went to Costco in Carson city day 2 to buy fresh new sets) and carpets need cleaning....other than that this house is super custom, beautiful and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time finally reuniting with my parents from CA. The home was beautiful and the perfect size for all of us. They kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and plates and bowls for us to cook at home while we are recovering from the morning activities. The hosts are super nice and responsive! We would love to go back again.

The property is as described ... and is a fantastic location with beautiful views from all around. The north shore was a lot better than the south shore for our group ... hiking, mountain biking, bike paths, beaches and accessibility. Kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need ... we did an equal amount of meals in, great kitchen to cook in.

The property has stunning views of Lake Tahoe. The home itself is uniquely laid out to the geography of the lakeside slope. We had a miner issue with a leaky shower hose and the owners’ response was prompt to resolve the leaky hose. The driveway has sufficient parking for our large 16 passenger van plus a car or two. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the bar’s gas stovetop and oven took care of our cooking needs very well. Our party of seven (7) all agreed to recommend this property. It was a great experience.

This home is wonderful with a beautiful view. It is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very helpful. During our stay there were two snow storms and they made sure the driveway and walkway were cleared. The home is beautiful and cozy. It is 5-10 min away from shopping and restaurants. There are a lot of stairs to navigate to get to the home. Also, all the bedrooms are on the lower level of the home so it may not be the best choice for elderly people or people with disabilities. I would certainly stay here again.

This house is Very comfortable and in great area for all Tahoe has to offer. We stayed with 2 young kids and they had a great time in the lake and on the hiking trails. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking items. View is excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental in Crystal Bay. The home is beautiful and clean with great views of the lake. The house is well laid out for multiple couples/families, with the main gathering area on the top floor and the bedrooms below. Kitchen was well equipped and views from the deck were spectacular! Would definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely, it does need a few repairs on door handles and sliding doors. The view is spectacular and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The interior of the home is clean and quite lovely. We all enjoyed our stay!

This property has gorgeous lake and mountain views from many areas within the house. Everything was clean and the owner was prompt with all communications. Aside from tricky parking and some close highway road noise, we would highly recommend and stay at this property again. Nicely located between various destinations with many beautiful neighboring homes.

We stayed at the property for 8 nights and it was perfect. The views are spectacular. Our daughter's wedding was during our stay and the home made for wonderful getting ready photos!

Very nice property. Only complaint was the noise. Would wake up at 4am due to cars driving by on the highway. Very loud all of the time due to the highway. Otherwise nice view of lake and nice location.

House is as beautiful as the pictures show, and the owners are nice and responsive. A few thoughts: You are surrounded by trees and nature, so expect some bugs (spiders, ants etc). There are a lot of light switches, buttons and some seemed to work, others didn't, and I really tried to figure out what each was for. Driveway can be tricky if you're not confident navigating a driveway on an incline with the owner's/employees' cars parked on it as well. If you're okay with those three points above, you'll love the house.

Amazing view. Owners very responsive and easy to communicate with. Some highway noise which is to be expected given the location on Hwy 28, but that was not a problem for us. Convenient to both Incline Village and Kings Beach, with a beach and recreation pass to Incline Rec provided by owners. Highly recommend as long as you're not bothered by (minimal) traffic noise and staircases.
