Although I gave very high ratings, I'm not writing a commercial. It is a VRBO in a tourist destination, so how much time do you really expect to spend in your condo? For a place to gather, bathe, dine and eat, then sleep, it is great. I prefer my kitchen larger, I prefer my bathrooms larger, but please review second sentence. I've probably stayed at 4-5 condos in Winter Park over the years. This one was the largest, and one of the closest to the shuttle busses.

The place has an amazing view of the mountains. The condo has everything you could possibly need. Dish/Multiple TV's/Fully stocked kitchen/plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I was a little worried about parking but there was plenty of space to park. It was awesome.

This was our winter trip and couldn't be more thrilled at the house the location was perfect close enough to the ski resort and definitely close enough to other activities and restaurants within the area will be looking at staying here again

We fell in love with the place! It had everything you could imagine to make a perfect family vacation. Board games, awesome selection of books, 3 bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is nestled up on a hill with a great view of the mountains and no noise. The bedrooms have a lot of space and there is a deck off the master. Definitely will be coming back to this one.

Exceptionally responsive & hospitable hosts. Tranquil location, cozy, warm lodging with beautiful views. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return...thanks for hosting your place!

Our family and friends had a wonderful time here. The layout perfectly accommodated our group. The convenience of the bus was great! We would love to stay again!

Great property Easy to get to

As soon as you pull up and get out of the car you begin to feel the restoring power of the surrounding clean mountain air. The town of Winter Park itself is inviting and welcoming. Very peaceful but with plenty to do and plenty of dining options. We stayed with another family. I had my wife and I and three girls and my brother had his wife and 2 sons. The accommodations fit us well. With two masters and a room for the kids loaded with beds we were very comfortable. The Vinatta was loaded with games, movies, dishes, utensils, TVs, WiFi, you name it. It even had a Ninetendo Wi. My wife normally won’t get in a hot tub but the hot tub at the Vinatta was well kept and clean and she enjoyed it. We spent a day at the Winter Park resort where they offer an Alpine slide, rock climbing wall, ropes coarse, mini golf, dining and shopping. Very unique experience. All in all a great trip and we will definitely be going back!

The property itself is nice. However, some much needed upgrades would be helpful. Although we knew we were not @ home , we did expect the beds to be a bit more comfortable instead making you feel like you were sleeping on a rock and being swallowed up @ the same time. Very uncomfortable. Everyone left with terrible back pain. There was also pet hair in multiple places we had to clean up. My brother slept on the pull out and woke up full of Flea bites. Not the greatest weekend getaway considering the Rate. We are still waiting to see if his bites heal up before him going to seek medical attention. There should not be any issues returning our deposit. We had to clean up hair before we can cook in the kitchen as well as wash face towels by hand to remove the pet hair. We should be compensated for cleaning. The soap dispenser in the MB on the main floor was filled with water instead of soap. Not the Best Place to stay. We would not recommend Ventta without much needed upgrades, Bombing is definitely in order VCR's are a thing of the past.

There were 7 of us staying at this very comfortable condo. It was easy for me to contact the owners when needed and they were very receptive. My kiddos enjoyed relaxing at the condo after skiing and playing wii and the fun board games. I would definitely try to get this condo next year! Thank you!

We had no issues at the condo. Everything was as described and we had a great stay. The condo itself could use some updating. It looks pretty much original from the 1970's. It's time for some new carpet and flooring etc and so forth. Everything was in working order though. Even the 1970's Norelco Coffee Maker...although it doesn't have an auto shut off, so I also suggest the owners spend $30 on a new Mr. Coffee so their clients don't burn the coffee in the pot like we almost did! ;-) Thanks for a great stay.

Great location 1/2 mile from downtown right on the bus route. Well-appointed condo for the money with great views of the town and mountains. Worked well for our 2 small families’ ski vacation.
