Great time

This building is perfectly located beyond the busyness of Orange Beach but convenient to several restaurants, groceries, etc. The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. After having stayed in several units in this building, we were surprised and disappointed in the cleanliness and dated furnishings of this one. It is in need of some serious TLC-furniture is extremely worn and stained, doors and trim need cleaning and painting and kitchen needs to be updated and restocked with well working appliances, sharp knives, etc. The unit also needs a good deep cleaning. Doors and trip needed cleaning desperately, there was visible dust on the kitchen ceiling right over the stove top, mildew in the master shower, dusty baseboards and mildewy smell in the washer. We also had some difficulty with one of the televisions that could not connect with the cable despite our best efforts. When we made the property manager aware of the technical problems, he was very gracious and apologetic. He could not have been nicer throughout the rental process. Granted, it was the end of busy season and maybe these things are already in store for the off season. If so, this would be a lovely place to be next summer!

Air conditioning unit on the balcony was noisy when running and threw off heat. Beaches were beautiful. Had to drive to most things but traffic wasn’t bad other than Saturday night by Walmart neighborhood market. Seeing the Blue Angels practice was incredible. Definitely go to the base to see them. Weather was great. Hope to be back next year.

We had a fantastic time at this rental for the week. The hosts communicated very well and we were very satisfied.

Very convenient to everything, had all a family needs. Definitely would stay again.

My family loved our stay at this condo. It was the perfect location away from the busy parts of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but still just a short drive away. The beach was just a few steps away and the patio was perfect for morning coffees and sunset drinks. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed to makes quick lunches and breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect getaway location, walk to the beach or a restaurant, just a few minutes drive to grocery store, Blue Angels, Orange Beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony, watch dolphins everyday, miles of beach to explore and a comfortable bed at night. So much to do and everything is close by, or just spend the days on the beach, whatever you do, you will enjoy it from this condo. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location. Away from the crowds and traffic of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and Pensacola but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shopping!

I was able to stay here for a month. It was wonderful. When looking at the other reviews many people had commented on the construction next door. While inside the condo or even on the patio I never once heard any of it. Some days you could hear it on the beach but the waves were always louder. There were a couple days where there was debris from the construction floating through the air but it was no fault of the condo itself. This is a very quiet condo. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The pool heater stopped working for a few days while we were there but it was fixed in no time. This is a very laid-back area the water and Beach are perfect if you like quiet. The Sunday afternoon flyovers of the Blue Angels was pretty cool. The closeness to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores also came in handy at times. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linen and towels, kitchen had more than enough, and you can't beat the washer and dryer in unit. Also just a heads up if you leave your beach chairs in the Corral overnight they will be there in the morning however usually on Saturdays the grounds taker / maintenance man would empty the Corral and take everything into the office. So if you can't find your stuff in the Corral check in the office. I will definitely be coming back. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location. The room over looks the beach/ocean. My one suggestion would be for the owners to add some rugs. No matter how well we washed our feet, we would always bring sand back from the beach (especially babies). On the title floors the sand was slick and would cling to the bottom of your feet.

Very clean with amazing views of the gulf! Kitchen well stocked with cookware. Perfect for a family of 4! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze West Unit 403. The unit itself was good. Had everything we needed. The beach wasn't crowded at all, which is a plus. Yes there is construction going on with a new condo being built but the noise didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our family vacation. Perfect for our family of 4. It was great that our daughters had they’re own room with twin beds. Would return again!

The property was great, great views from the master bedroom and living room. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The only gripe I would have is that there is a construction site next to the complex, you do not hear it inside the condo, but you do in the beach.

We were so happy with the condo. Not only was the condo itself super clean, the building, the elevator, the pool, and the pool bathroom were all so clean! The balcony was wonderful. We saw dolphins every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality pots, pans, utensils and anything you'd need to cook. The towels were so soft and we had plenty of them. We loved the beach, it was gorgeous! We also really appreciated being so close to a Publix supermarket. GREAT STAY!!!

Great location. Great view. Very quiet. Small pool area is nice, as well as sun deck. Unit is a little crowded with all the furniture, but very nice to have 2 bedrooms. Nice to have the simplicity of an older complex.

Condo was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Beautiful area of the beach as it was not crowded. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping just a short drive away. Explored the areas of Pensacola, Fort Walton and Destin. The whole area is gorgeous and we enjoyed that it was not a high traffic area. Beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Our hosts were very helpful and prepared us well for our arrival needs and departure planning. Location is outstanding and very relaxing.

We had a lovely stay. William was very responsive when we had a question. Close to everything but just outside of the busiest areas - get the best of both worlds!

This place is a dream! Wonderful sunrise and ocean views from the balcony. Very spacious, with more than enough room for our family of four. Extremely clean. Easy parking and beach access. The beach felt very private. The host even provided beach toys, which our boys loved! We loved every minute of our stay.

This condo is in a great location, in the less-crowded part of Perdido. The 4th-floor balcony is perfect for taking in the beach/ocean, and it's an easy walk and elevator ride to get to the beach. Inside, the condo had everything we needed for our 10-day stay, including many kitchen items we haven't typically found in other condos. We sent our son, who lives in Pensacola, to check out the condo on arrival day, just to be sure all was well, since we'd be arriving late. He discovered that the condo hadn't been cleaned, and when we contacted Candace, she was super apologetic and had someone come over to clean immediately. After that, she was in touch to be sure everything was good upon our arrival, and followed up after our stay, as well. This condo met our every expectation, and we'll definitely try to stay there again, if our son is training in Pensacola long enough!

Very nice, on the beach, spacious condo that is super clean. A few steps to the gorgeous white sandy beach and close to many restaurants and Pensacola, which is a happening town. Alabama is 5 minutes to the west and there’s nice places to see there too. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area had a nice tv with comfy furniture. The master bedroom had its own master bath and a sliding door to the balcony. Both bedrooms have their own TV. You can’t beat this place for the price.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It's right on the beach with beach facing good size shaded balcony, in a smaller building, not right next to a high-rise, with a not crowded beach - all of which are very important to us when we look for a vacation rental. The condo was clean and very well equipped in terms of sheets, towels, pillows, blankets and a kitchen being well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. However, the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars: The condo really needs a paint job - while the condo was clean, it has a dirty appearance because the wear and tear on the walls, doors, door jams, baseboards, crown moldings and some ceilings. NOISE - for us personally, we want to hear only ocean waves when enjoying the balcony which we do as much as the beach itself. However, the AC units are located on the balconies. While I was able to turn off our unit and we were not having hot summer temperatures, I could hear neighboring units' ACs noise. That's a design flaw and nothing can be done about that but people to whom quiet beach facing balcony is a must, need to be aware of it. I knew this from other reviews but since we made a booking on a short notice and this unit was available for our time frame, I made the decision to rent it regardless. Also, there is a brand new construction going on right next door to the Ocean Breeze West building with a huge crane so it's probably a high-rise going up which is providing it's own noise and will for the next year or more. That I did not know about and nothing can be done about it but people should know when they consider this building for their vacation. For us, the noise factor is huge when we book a vacation on a beach and this construction and AC units on balconies are a deal breaker. So unfortunately, this building of rentals is not for us in the future. It does not reflect on the owners of course and that unit in particular, it's just our vacation needs. A friendly suggestion to owners - I'd recommend you update the photos on vrbo to better showcase and market the unit and it's on-the-beach location to the public. Photos and reviews are how we research and decide on what unit to rent. I am grateful to have been able to rent the unit on short, two weeks, notice bc it was available and therefore overlooked our usual selection criteria. Thank you very much for renting to us. Despite a little rain here and there, we had a great time! The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more. The view from our balcony was phenomenal!!! We even had two dolphins come up and swim all around a group of us that were swimming in the ocean. It only lasted for about 3-4 minutes, but it was a magical experience! The chairs and beach umbrella in the storage closet off the balcony were a huge blessing. It saved us from having to rent chairs and an umbrella for $40 a day. There were also a lot of fun toys to take to the beach. We bought one boogie board while we were there and left that in the storage closet when we left. Now there is one more toy for kids to play with. We had a great time. The only issue we had with the condo was with the master bathroom shower door. One side of the sliding door was off the tracks and we couldn’t move it. It didn’t create too big of a problem because the second sliding door worked perfectly, so we just entered and exited out that door. For that reason alone I give this condo a 4.9 rating. And that’s just me being picky. It’s really a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
