The shower was extremely difficult to get into Wasn’t keen on everything being paint dark grey or black.

At der ikke kunne imødekommes et ønske om en Elkeddel på værelset med mindre vi betalte over 500kr så det frabad vi os.

Excelente localização, muito perto do metrô. Camas muito confortáveis e um chuveiro excelente. Limpeza e atendimento dos funcionários também foram de primeira.

O ar condicionado demora para responder e não chegou a esfriar o quarto como eu queria e fez falta um frigobar no quarto.

Jeg blev snydt ved afregningen da vi tog derfra. Der er blevet trukket 2 gange afregning for middagen den 11. april om aftenen. Jeg har forsøgt at få mine penge tilbage . Det drejer sig om 1145 kr. Måske kan denne meddelse hjælpe andet har været uden virkning jeg blev snydt

Pretty much everything. Friendly and helpful staff; cleanliness; location (near a Metro station); safe and secure. I enjoyed a wonderful hassle free few days at your hotel.

The room was nice and the view would have been spectacular if the day hadn't ben very foggy. Breakfast OK, though would have wished for more coffee drinks. For a Swede the Danish coffee is much to weak so being able to order some cappuccino or espresso is needed.

The hotel was very booked with theater guests (I think) but only ONE elevator was working and there were no stairs to use either. That meant long waits sometimes and was not acceptable in my view.

The room was big enough and well equiped. Breakfast was great, many type of tee, juices and local pastries. Location is perfect close to metro "red/green/yellow" lines, easy to reach the city centre (only 2 stops away). We run the Half-marathon and the start was in front of the building (for us was perfect) Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea)

Breakfast: I was there for running CPH (Half-marathon), so I missed banana from breakfast (hotels close to running events will usually take care of that for this special occassion). Bathroom older people will have difficulties to step in the bathtub (too high). Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea) that means no room cleaning at all. So if you need that, need to ask on time. Location: Fancy area, that's why we didn't find a restaurant in the neighborhood (on weekend/half-marathon) everywhere was fully booked. So reservation in advance is neccessary.

modernes Hotel und gute Lage, sehr nah bei Metro Friederiksberg. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

zu wenig Sitzplätze beim Frühstückbuffet. das Zimmer für 3 Personen ist sehr klein, obwohl wir ein „Superior“ offeriert hatten. Für 2 Personen wäre es super.

Sehr gute Lage mit schneller Anbindung zur U-Bahn, ruhige Zimmer mit komfortablen Betten, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück - auch für Veganer oder Vegetarier

Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer sind überschaubar, Zimmergrösse auch eher optimal genutzt, Zimmerservice muss aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit jeden Tag gebucht werden

Odalar çok kirliydi. Temizlik için bir gün önceden randevu almanız gerekiyor ve ancak bunun için verdimleri kod çalışmadığı için resepsiyondan halledebildik. Temizlik gününde kirli havlularımız değişmemişti. Bunun yanı sıra odada dolap yoktu, 3 günlük seyahat için katlandık ama her şey yerde bavulda kaldı. Öyle ki palto için açıktaki 3 askıdan birisi temizlikte alındığı için birimizin paltosunu asamadık.

1. The room is clean. 2. The staff is friendly. 3. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of food choices. We can make our own waffles. The bar and restaurant are also very nice. 4. The hotel is closed to the metro station and city centre.

1. The room is not spacious. It can only accommodate beds, nothing else. We can barely open up our luggage in the room. As shown in the picture, there should be a desk in the room, but it didn't exist. 2. The kettle was dirty. The staff tried to replace one for me, which was another dirty one. I booked two rooms. Kettle, tea, and coffee were not provided in one of the rooms. This was not I expected for a decent hotel.

The location is perfect, the staff is really nice and helpful. the breakfast delicious.

the sofa bed was a little too narrow even for my 145cm tall thin girl.

The hotel couldn't be better situated. There is a metro station right next to the hotel, which can get you to any of the big tourist attractions rapidly. The hotel was clean and smart, with friendly staff who gave great recommendations.

The room was very hot on the first night - but the staff did clarify the issue. The air cooling system won't work unless you close the window - so don't make the same mistake I did!

Nice location, helpful staff and good breakfast

The hotel location was the main selling point for us and it didn't disappoint a mere 3 mi walk and we were able to access the metro, there is also a bus stop a few feet away if that is more your speed. Our room was spacious and very 4 (especially the pillows). I had some of the best sleep in all my travels. The staff are friendly and helpful, they were also multilingual, which made conversing very seemless. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a small gym which does have all the basic equipment one would need to get a good workout done. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.

Not necessarily a dislike, but please be aware that the bathrooms are not on the large size. And though varied in choice, breakfast does become repetitive; at least it did for us after day 2. It was all still very delicious.

Our flight home was cancelled and resulted in us staying for one night only while we waited for another flight home. Our stay was short and we had no time to relax and look round.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
