Absolutely incredible. We could not have had a better stay. The breakfast, rooms, view and staff were amazing. The pictures do not do justice. I had seen previous reviews and pictures and thought the place looked great but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and had exceptional views over the sea, ideal for watching the sunset. The b&b has lots of small touches which make it unique, it has so much character and detail. It is up a very steep hill with a tiny road which only small cars can fit, but they run a regular shuttle to and from the town. They always offered and dropped us off/picked us up whenever we wanted. The breakfast which is included is brilliant. The view during breakfast is amazing and it was filled with fresh coffee, freshly baked cakes, fresh fruit from the surrounding trees and local area as well as eggs, cold meats, rolls, cereal and more. Vico Equense is a gorgeous little town with some great beaches and restaurants, it is also conveniently near the train station which takes you to Sorrento in 20 minutes. We did day trips to Capri, Positano and Sorrento during our stay and it worked perfectly. (we did not have a car, just used the public transport) Vico Equense is much less touristy and less pricey but offers just as much beauty and charm. Giovanna and Andrea could not have done more to help us. They were the perfect hosts, and it was such a pleasure to stay with them. They helped organise day trips, gave us information about the local area and helped organise transfers to and form the airport. Nothing was too much trouble, they made us feel very welcome in their home. The b&b has a lovely feel to it, it’s very tranquil and peaceful and everything was organised with such ease. I honestly cannot recommend La Palombara B&B enough. It was the best trip we have ever been on. thank you so much for having us and we will definitely be back. ♥️

What can I say. One of the best stays we ever had in our lives. Everything was beyond perfection in this place.The location,views,nature,cleanliness,facilities,delicious homemade breakfast and above all that the host Giovanna and her husband's hospitality was so nice. Felt like we are home. And Giovanna made sure that everything is taken care off. She was super friendly. She and her husband were so kind & helpful and its that best thing you can expect when you are in another country. They were super helpful with everything wondered about. The hospitality here is top notch! The city center is a few minutes walk away with amazing views. And there is a free shuttle she offers if you decide to take it. But we wanted to walk. Also the main attractions like positano and amalfi and capri can be reached within an hour. The breakfast is freshly made with ingredients from her garden and the pastries and cakes made by Giovanna and her husband were so delicious. We enjoyed our stay to the utter max and we enjoyed every bit of it. Sunset we witnessed from the hot tub was just wow. Wished we could stay some more days. And it was sad to leave the place and the hosts. We will definitely be coming here again. And if you want to explore the amalfi coast and capri this is the best place. Wonderful place with amazing views. Absolutely helpful and kind staff. Parking is not at the guest house, but in the city center. But it is a pleasant walk and the owners offered us a ride at any time. I definitely recommend.

Me and my partner loved staying at La Palombara. It was a perfect little retreat from it all. Stunning ocean views, sound of the nature and birds, and peace and quiet. Just what we both needed! Then of course there was the delicious breakfast each morning, with freshly baked cake by Giovanna and an omelette made from the eggs of their chickens. The owners were very friendly and always willing to go out if their way for us. I will be recommending this lovely little b&b to all my friends and family! And look forward to be back again!

Giovanna and Andrea are the most wonderful hosts you can imagine. They take care of everything you need and are aways available: parking, shuttle service to the center, organizing excursions, reservate a restaurant or order food for you to deliver at the b&b, nothing was too much to ask. The b&b is located a little bit outside the center so it's perfect if you come for some peace and quiteness with an amazing view on the Vesuvius and amazing sunset above the sea. I would highly recommand this accomodation.

What an amazing place! A very quiet and peaceful B&B located on the steep slopes of Vico Equense. We had an unforgettable quite and peaceful stay here. The owners , Giovanna and Andrea, are very friendly and are always willing to help and answer any questions, as well as pick us up or drive us to the train station which has frequent trains to Sorrento and Napoli region. They seem to do everything they can to make their guests happy and enjoy their vacation. The room is cozy with a nice minibar which is very reasonably priced. Everything is super clean and has a lot of “touch” and “character” in its design. Breakfast is very tasty and has a nice variety of breads, cheese, meet, fruits and vegetables, serves on beautiful ceramic dish-ware. The homemade jam made by Andrea from fresh lemons and peaches tastes like heaven! There is an amazing Jacuzzi with jaw-dropping views of the bay. You can spend a romantic evening with your spouse while soaking in the warm water, enjoying cocktails and snacks platters made by the owners and served right to the pool. The views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking, with the Vesuvius volcano in the background. The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden with vines, olive and tree figs, with a fresh herb garden, used to prepare the breakfast. The place will fill you with unforgettable moments and we highly recommend it, we will sure be happy to return.

Awesome location with beautiful terrace above the sea, surrounded by olive and lemon trees, offering a wide view that includes Ischia, Procida, Napoli, the volcano Vesuvio... Giovanna and Andrea are incredible hosts: always available to help and advise for everything, they prepared an excellent breakfast with different food every day. This was clearly the best vacation we ever had, we already plan to go back there next year!

The location has amazing view on the sea and is submerged in nature. The breakfast spot is just amazing in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spotless clean and the hosts are caring and kind.

It is a little uneasy to get there without a car - and if you have a car, there is no parking at the location. However, Giovanna and Andrea provide a parking spot in the city center and a shuttle service at anytime.
