From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home. The cleanliness and attention to detail was beyond what we ever expected. The location was great and we enjoyed our time tremendously.

This house was perfect and had amenities galore. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Downtown AVL is only a 15 minute drive. Property is nicely secluded as well, and Yana was an excellent and communicative host. Would absolutely stay again.

This house was amazing and Yana was great! House was clean and tidy, comfortable furniture, lots to do, wonderful views and an overall 5 star experience. We had 8 adults for a winter weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. Yana met us and gave us the tour which was very helpful. Everyone was able to come together for meals in the kitchen/dining, but there were also plenty of spaces to have some alone time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Home was well designed, clean, and well appointed for a family of cooks. Loved both fireplaces. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Setting was ideal. Communication with Yana was easy and comfortable. Can recommend without reservations. We are looking forward to our next stay!!

Couldn't have found a better home for our family for the Christmas Holiday's! From the air hockey table to the hot tub, to the 4 black bears that welcomed us on our arrival. The Home was simply amazing!!!!

Had a great time even though it was a short 3 day trip. Location was excellent and house met all our expectations and was very clean. Yana met us at the house to give us a quick tour which was very helpful. Even got to see a family of bears passing by as we enjoyed the outside fire pit. Kids loved the games that were provided. Will definitely stay again.

Very well maintained, beautiful view, great set up for our family

We rented this gorgeous mountain hideaway for our stay in Asheville for our son's wedding. The posted photos on the VRBO website do not do this vacation retreat justice. It has beautiful furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 levels of decks, a whirlpool, a great firepit and corn hole game on the grounds behind the home. There is a pool table, air hockey table and ping pong table on the lower level. Upon entering the front door there are 2 bedrooms to the left: the master bedroom suite with large master bathroom and 2 extremely large walk in closets, and another well appointed bedroom with it's own bathroom. To the right of the front door there is a half bath and a laundry room. Straight ahead is the open concept living area with fireplace and the dining and kitchen space. On that same level is the upper deck with a covered dining area off the kitchen and to the left is an ample open seating area with a "fire table" , a high top bistro table and a fun swinging chair. The lower level is accessed to the right of the entrance by the main level half bath and has another full living space with another fireplace and game tables. To the left and right of the living space are two addditional bedrooms: the bedroom on the right has a king bed with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The bedroom to the left has a king size bed and a pull out trundle bed. Both closets in these bedrooms are quite large. This home is beautiful, comfortable and spotless

Cabin was amazing. Very clean and just as described. The owner was very attentive and kind. It was a perfect choice for us - 8 adults plus a toddler and baby!

Yana is a terrific host, her place is spotless! My kids enjoyed the stay more than all other activities in Asheville, they would ask when we could go back. It has everything you need and more, A nice place to just sit and relax. We had a terrific time and want to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Bears, walking hills, plenty of seating, hot tub, TV for football are just a few of the delights! The house was very clean and the host was delightful. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and blankets. We enjoyed a Mama bear and her three cubs. Owls. Turkeys. The stay was just what we needed! Hope to return someday! Make sure you save some time to just enjoy the porch and the house. We definitely needed one more day!

We had two beautiful weeks in Asheville! Our vacation home was perfect for my husbands 3 brothers/wives. Lots of room to spread out, wonderfully appointed homes and bears and turkeys on view. So much to do at home and in the Asheville area. Our kids came the second week and they also loved the home and activities in Asheville. Host was great and provided great info on the area. House was immaculate and comfortable

A family vacation that we did some hiking, golfing, toured the Bitmore and many local breweries and restaurants! The house was great for the number of family members and any home cook meals we needed to do. Kitchen was very well stocked!

The house was as advertised. Wonderfully secluded in the woods and updated. Open floorplan has multiple bathrooms that is ideal for privacy.

There were 8 of us during our stay at the property. There was more than enough space for all of us. The house is accurate as pictures portrayed. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the propane fire pit on the large deck was awesome! The hot tub was great after our busy days. The house is close to everything! The Biltmore, Black Mountain, Asheville, Chimney Rock, numerous hiking trails and the local wineries. We loved our stay and it will not disappoint. The wildlife viewing right from the deck was an additional plus! The host for this property was wonderful! Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay! Yana kept in touch with us from confirmation to check-out and even greeted us when we arrived. 2 bears out back were a nice surprise to wake up to on our first morning! The house is very comfortable and well supplied from dishes to deck furniture. The privacy is amazing! No other homes in view and surrounded by trees. The deck is where we spent most of our time. The attached gate enabled our 2 dogs to be outside with us and not need to be leashed. There is so much to love about this property! We are already making plans to return next year.

Yana is a wonderful host. It’s a beautiful, well maintained and spacious house on top of the mountain. The house worked perfectly for our family. We had 6 days of rain out of 7 days so the pool table, ping pong table and air hockey got a work out. We only got to enjoy the outdoor space one night due to the weather. It’s a great outdoor space (tabletop fireplace, fire pit, corn hole, etc.). The house is located on top of the mountain on a windy driveway (secluded). A very nice area ~quiet and relaxing. The master bedroom mattress is so comfortable. Just a short drive from everything we wanted to do. If we ever travel back to Asheville, we will stay here again. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous, immaculately clean and well-stocked home. Just about anything we needed we were able to find. The beds were all cozy. Lots of space to spread out but also be together. Fire table up top and fire pit down below gave two great options for gathering time. Fun games including pool table, air hockey, puzzles, and books. The view could not be matched. Sitting out on the deck every day reading and chatting was our favorite thing to do. Yana is a wonderful host who checked up on us mid-week and answered any question we had. We will be back!

Beautiful well maintained home located in the woods. We stayed in late May and the weather was cool at first and warming as the week went on. We enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen. After a few days we got used to the winding road to the house. The home owner responded to our text very quickly. Overall our stay was very relaxing.

This home will be the perfect vacation home for you and your family and friends! The views are beautiful! House was clean upon arrival, and very inviting! The pool table, the hot tub, and the hammock chair with mountain views, were a few of our favorites. There were 10 of us in the house, and we never lost hot water for showers. Even when a plumbing issue arose, Yana tended to the issue immediately, ensuring that we had everything we needed in the meantime, while it was being repaired. Great stay! Would come again!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with friends in Asheville. The house was clean, spacious, beautiful, and well appointed. Yana really thought of everything! We loved the decks, fire pit, hot tubs, cozy couches, games, and comfy beds. The spot was also perfect - quiet and peaceful in the trees, but just a short drive to town.

We had a wonderful stay with so much room and activities! The house was spotless and smelled so good. The owner was always responsive and very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. The beds were dreamy. The views, the fire pits, the fireplace, two levels so adults can entertain and the kids can play in the downstairs game room. Every room was spacious! Downtown is very close as well as the parkway and grocery stores. I can’t say enough good things about this home and our experience! We hope to be back soon! We loved it and highly recommend staying here!
