We had an amazing stay at Rest Ashore! Easy access to the beach as well as the shoppes of Rosemary and Seacrest! 20 minute drive to PCB for those super rainy days! Highly recommend!

Responsive host and a fun property. As advertised (except it was even closer to the beach than we thought).

Our family of 15 stayed at Rest Ashore for a week Memorial Weekend 2023. They all asked if we could go back every year! The house was perfect in regards to rooms, nice sized pool and perfect location. The beautiful beach was a 1 minute walk and shops, stores, restaurants, rentals, pub, etc were across 30A from the neighborhood. Rosemary Beach is right next door. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again!

We love this neighborhood and house. Its a great location close to everything and the house is well maintained and comfortable for everyone. The owners are quick to respond to concerns. We have been going to 30A for the past 3 yrs and we will always try to stay in this neighborhood. If you have a large group, or just want a lot of space, this is the place for you! I highly recommend and we plan to book here again in the future!

Property located in gated community close to the beach. Large pool at the property was cleaned twice during our stay. Our 5 year old could not get enough time in the pool. We loved everything about the house and our stay.

The home was large, clean, and in the best location. The heated pool was a hit for everyone. The older kids had their own floor, and the youngers were close enough to their parents but far enough from the adults. There is tons of space for dinners and guests! We will be back!

Accommodations great, roomy, comfortable. There were lots of puzzles, games, well stocked kitchen, posting was very clear about provisions.

Amazing house! The beach access is a very short, private walk and feels exclusive. The house easily accommodated multiple families with a range of kids (we had elementary through high school ages, including one with special needs). The third floor was a special retreat for the older kids. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. House is well stocked with pots, pans, and various kitchen appliances. The double fridge is legit! Our Ironman athlete had no issues with the 11 mile drive to race start/finish/transition and the support team was excited to find the bike course running 2 miles from the house. Highly recommended.

We will come back to Water's Edge over and over again! This neighborhood is a hidden gem! You're basically in Rosemary but have your own beach access! Rest Ashore has a fantastic layout! We had two families of 6 and a babysitter staying together and had room and beds to spare! The owners were wonderful to work with as we had one little issue come up with the dryer and they immediately responded and addressed it by sending maintenance right away. We look forward to staying at Rest Ashore again!

Great location. Easy access to the beach and shops.

This house is in the perfect spot! Walking into town was a so close and the beach was just a few steps away. Three master bedrooms insured all stakeholders were happy with the rental for the week!

Little things were bothersome (not nearly enough paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags for a over a dozen people staying a week) but the location was great and the owners were extremely responsive when there were issues. Property was in great shape and loved the private beach for the community. We’d stay here again for sure!

We loved this home at Rosemary beach! Plenty of space for 10 of us to spread out. Love the 3 master bedrooms with attached baths and one of those being on the first floor. Also loved the double refrigerators and ovens to support our group! Home owners were super responsive and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Rest Ashore! The house was perfect for our group! We loved having the private pool. The house was a very short walk to the beach and very walkable to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. We definitely will be back again.

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach, the shops, donuts, ice cream, and restaurants. The pool was a hit with the little girls, it was warm and large enough for all. Late night swims were a hit! Would definitely recommend this home! We’ll stay there again.

We had a great stay at a great house walking distance to everything. The big heated pool was the kids favorite.

Let’s be honest, 30A during Spring Break is overly crowded & can be maddening. Rest Ashore is a perfect retreat in the middle of everything. If you have teens, want to make memories & keep them close, this is a beautiful place to do it & stay sane. The home is well laid out (2 fridges!). The beach staff ensures you aren’t over crowded & can enjoy the property. Jane & Tim were incredibly responsive & gracious hosts. A (very minor)issue we had were dealt with quickly. We hope to come back to enjoy their hospitality again soon!

Roomy house and perfect location.

Our family enjoyed our time in Rosemary Beach. The house has plenty of space for everyone of all ages to spread out. The Waters Edge neighborhood is right in the middle of everything & literally steps away from the beach. We love to cook & I’m happy to say that this kitchen is well-stocked. The heated pool was a huge hit with our children & adults- it’s the biggest pool in the neighborhood! Jane was always quick to respond when we had questions and problems. I will say that the house is getting a bit run-down in areas. For example, the upstairs bathrooms had multiple broken fixtures. We also had problems with the downstairs air conditioner not working, the dryer not working & the front door not locking. Jane & Tim were quick to respond, & had their handyman come to fix these things. We appreciated their quickness in addressing these issues but the handyman was at our house for 3 days of our vacation which wasn’t ideal. Overall, we liked the house & neighborhood & would recommend it to anyone.

To start, the location of Rest Ashore is perfect. It is right across the street from one of our favorite areas and just a short walk to the Rosemary Beach shops and workout facility. We've stayed in this area four times and this is our favorite place so far. The pool is the biggest in the neighborhood and was perfect for the five kids we had with us. The outside area was very clean and the water was heated for us. The house itself has tons of space and a well stocked kitchen. Jane was great to work with, I only had to ask a question or two and she was incredibly responsive. We've already recommended the property to friends who have booked it as well. We will book again. Highly recommend this house!

House was very nice with plenty of space and great layout. Pool in back on walkway to beach was great for kids. Location made it easy to walk anywhere in Rosemary or Seacrest. Being south of 30A and having a private beach really made it nice for going back and forth to house with kids and not having to worry about spot on beach.

Property was dirty and worn out. Many items in disrepair. Oven and cook top filthy, pots and pans still had food on them, kitchen sink VERY slow to drain, one freezer drawer would only open half way, igniter on cook top would only go off if rear burners used, washing machine full of black mold (had to run on cleaning cycle to get rid of smell. Nice pool and location relative to beach. Owner was very responsive when we inquired about VRBO message regarding tropical storm Fred. Shower doors haven't been cleaned for who knows how long. No information re TVs other than a channel guide.

Grand kids loved the pool, plenty of room.

With 8 adults and 7 kids, it's hard to find a house suitable for everyone. Rest Ashore is just about perfect for our family. Grandparents in first floor bedroom with ensuite bath. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom with adjoining bath AND an adjoining bunkroom for the kids. Big kitchen with two refrigerators/freezers and two ovens. Did not have to turn the air conditioning below 72-house is comfortably cool. Minor issues were handled immediately by the owner. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and very close to restaurants and shops. Loved Rest Ashore so much, booked it for next summer!

Rest Ashore handled our people well. We have stayed at Waters Edge 7 times This was our largest group. We had a hard time understanding and following directions for the kitchen appliances.

Our family vacations in Rosemary Beach every other year. We have stayed in several of the homes in Waters Edge. We love this gated community just steps to the beach. Rest Ashore is a beautiful home with a great layout. We love all of bunks located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The double refrigerators are a big plus when you have large group. The pool was awesome and a big hit with the younger ones. We will definitely return to Rest Ashore in the future.

Rest Ashore is a great house and perfect for our family vacation. Great location and the house had everything we needed!

If you are reading this, you need to book this house! The property has everything needed for a great beach vacation - plenty of room, private pool, private beach, your own beach chairs set up daily, fully stocked kitchen, and the list goes on. The area couldn’t have been better! We walked to dinner most nights and even had live music right outside the gate. We will be back again!

The house was better than we expected! Kitchen had everything we needed and the double fridges were a bonus! Rooms were big and beds were comfy. The description mentioned that it had the biggest pool in the neighborhood; that was probably true because all the other houses’ pools were tiny. Our pool area was just barely enough and mostly shaded. The walk to the beach was quick and the uncrowded beach with soft sand and clear water was amazing! The included beach chairs/umbrella was super helpful too. Jane was always quick to answer questions and fixed our pool heat within a day of reporting it. We would definitely recommend!
