We came down to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our son’s college graduation! We have never stayed in this particular unit of Lydia’s and it was nothing less than perfect for us. Spectacular views, perfect location, and so much fun had by all!! Can’t wait to come back next year!

The location of this property is phenomenal. The bedroom is beautiful and bed is very comfortable. They have some masks, beach chairs, and noodles to float. Plenty of towels. Close to coffee shop, bar, and a couple restaurants. Sapphire bay is a great beach. We had a great time.

We just returned home after about a week at this property at Sapphire Beach. This was our honeymoon. So, when we heard from Lidiya, our host, that the property would be replacing the roof while we were there, i was a bit concerned. She gave us a couple reasonable options, and communicated with me before and during our stay excellently. The noise from the metal roof replacement wasn't horrible, and went for the most part between 8:00AM-6:00PM. progress is slow. So guessing it will be a couple more weeks before they complete her building. As for the place, it was 95% as advertised. There was pretty much all there that needed to be. The view was great, and right on the beach. The property has a guy who brings chaise lounges out, and if you're there early enough can put you under the shade of trees all day, and just feet from the water. The reef was easy to snorkel to, and there were a couple food places/bars only yards away. Good restaurants in or near Red Hook, only 5 mins. away. And if you want to take a ferry to St. John's, it's also only 5 mins. away. Loved our time at Lidiya's place, and so appreciated her giving us a partial refund for the minor disruption of a couple naps from the roof work. Thanks again!

Loved the ability to literally walk downstairs and be on the beach. Host is very responsive/available. The condo was exactly what we wanted and we enjoyed the on site cafe and restaurants. The proximity to other beaches we frequented also made this property very convenient. Access to taxis was also extremely easy from this property! Would love to stay here again

Everything from the check-in to the villa itself was wonderful. The villa is updated with all the amenities that you need. Check in was a breeze and cleanliness was top-notch. You are steps away to the gorgeous beach and very close to restaurants and bars. Easy access to taxis or transportation. You are down the street from the ferry if you would like to take a day trip over to St. John. I had an amazing stay and I plan on booking again in the future.

Property was right on the beach. Showers were nice. Sapphire Beach was very nice. Taxis always available. The complex pool was a plus. Only downside was there was no dryer, just a washer. Overall, would definitely return

We stayed here for 9 days for our honeymoon. The room views and amenities offered in this rental were amazing we had several other couples that had rooms throughout the resort and this one stood far above the rest in all accounts especially for its many updates. Like with any ocean front property the wood work is starting to see some wear and tear but you don’t rent this room to stare at the cabinets. Highly recommend this room for your stay and would definitely stay here again if we return.

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is exactly as pictured and very clean. We found the kitchen to have everything we needed. However, we didn’t eat often at the condo since we were given so much great information from the owners about where to eat and what to do on the island. The onsite restaurant-bar and pizza place were very good and found it perfect for when we didn’t want to go back out. The view is spectacular from both balconies which is where we found ourselves so much of the time. The owners were wonderful to work. They provided really great recommendations for our time on the island and easy to follow directions for check in. We would love to stay at this property agaim!!

This condo is spacious and beautiful. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything needed. The resort is overall casual and the beach is open to the public but we didn’t find that to be a problem. The beach bar is very fun and casual while the restaurant upstairs, Sea Salt, is more high end. It is beautiful and the food is outstanding.
Snorkeling right of the beach was amazing. Lots of fish to see and an easy shallow snorkel opportunity for kids. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open and under construction (Jan 2024) Hopefully they will get that done soon.
The closeness to Red Hook is a great advantage.
All in all the place is great. I highly recommend.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary here. Everything was just perfect. Location is outstanding. Amenities covered everything we needed. Had a blast at Sapphire. We did do a day trip to St. John’s and loved both Honeymoon and Trunk. Our host listed several restaurants that we loved: old stone farmhouse and amalia cafe in particular.

We loved the unit, view and location! Great having beach chairs to use. Plenty of coffee pots so you can make keurig or drip. Nicely renovated bathrooms, great AC, bed was good. Could use more beach towels since we were reusing ours for 9 days. Think new rug and bathmats would be a great addition.

Me and my wife came to Saint Thomas for our vowel renewal and we could not be happier about the stay. Our host Lydia was great and answered all my questions throughout the process. The view of the beach was great, the full moon party at Sapphire was amazing overall this is the best location I have been too. We definitely recommend you stay here!! See you again In February 2024

Hubby and myself celebrated our 12th year anniversary. The villa we stayed in was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Villa very neat and clean. 2 breathe taking views of the ocean, one upstairs and one downstairs. Host was awesome, always quick to respond to any questions we had.Looking forward to our next visit!!!

My husband and I did a lot of research and looked at many properties on St. Thomas before deciding to book this property for our 30th Anniversary trip. Lydia's place does not disappoint!
The views from both balconies are stunning. We had absolutely everything we needed in the unit. We loved spending our time on the beach and at the pool. The coffee shop and pizza place on property are a must to visit.
The bedding was the most comfortable we have experienced at any property we have ever stayed at. After our first night back home my husband said "I want the St. Thomas bed back." I absolutely concur.
We would not hesitate to book Lydia's property again.

The view from the window/balcony of Sapphire Beach is spectacular. There is a coffee shop, gift shop, 2 beach bars with food (chicken tacos and pizza are the best), and a fine dining restaurant with premium cocktails and food you would expect from a five-star restaurant in Chicago. They have snorkeling equipment on the premises as well as comfortable beach chairs, noodles, and floaties. The swimming pool is a bit under the weather, but you'll never go there anyway when considering you'll be floating for hours 20 to 30 feet off the beach. There is also a beautiful Marina and restaurant. We also rented a Jeep from Rock City Rentals, which I highly recommend because taxis can become quite expensive. You should head to Read Hook pick up some groceries and water. Lydia and her husband have plenty of cooking utensils and the grill if you choose to dine at the condo.

Went to st Thomas to visit my dad who lives in sapphire village, this condo is right on the beach and super close to the marina which is where a lot of the excursions leave from so it makes it super easy to just walk right on to the boats. Quite a few food and bar options right there on the beach and red hook is only a short few min taxi ride and then you’re in town and have even more food/ bar and grocery/ shopping options. The condo itself has an amazing view of the water and is perfectly sized for about 3-4 adults!

Everything was perfect. Billion dollar view. Clean, spacious, beautiful, well-appointed, well-maintained villa. Everything we needed was there and much more. Great location; lots of fun things to do and places to eat nearby. I even left my shirt in one of the closets, and the friendly owners saw to it that it was sent home to me; I received it a few short days later! We had a lot of fun, and were at ease knowing that we had a great place to come home to at the end of each day.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our trip was to this condo for our anniversary. It was everything we dreamt about and more. The kitchen was well supplied. Lots of towels. House wonderfully decorated and the views are out of this world stunning. The beach bar next door was so much fun and felt like by the time we left we were leaving new friends behind. We ate at Sea Salt and had the most romantic and beautiful dinner. Lidiya was easy to communicate with and when a problem arose she was quick to remedy the situation in a super friendly manner. If you’re looking for the condo on Sapphire Beach that has that WOW factor then this is it!

We had the best time. Upon arrival, the place was clean and ready for us to settle in. There’s snorkels and other beach gear. There’s plenty of patio space for your early morning coffee for the sunrise or to catch the sunsets. Lidiya does a great job at communication if you need anything. The resort has a nice bar and kitchen where you can get burgers and fries, etc. We also had pizza delivered. It was a great Mother’s Day weekend!

Condo was as described. Great view from the balcony. Everything was very clean. Very easy check in, and the owner gave excellent instructions.
Only let down was the very small hot water heater that serviced the whole condo. Only about 5 minutes of hot water available at a time.

Location is superb, beautiful views of the US and British Virgin Islands. Nice beach right out front with some good snorkeling, a variety of fish to be seen.
The condo is very comfortable and well equipped with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc. The kitchen is also equipped. The views from the main level are great, and the views from the master suite level are even better. Washing machine came in very handy, a dryer would be nice too.
The SeaSalt restaurant next to building “A” is superb. The menu is quite broad with everything from local seafood to vegetarian and steaks, etc. It opened last December and is quite popular already.
We would definitely come back.

Wonderful location with nice beach, great beach staff and a pleasant unit. Loved the snorkeling on Sapphire beach! Spent a day on Magen’s Bay, a good afternoon there also. We were a little surprised the unit has a washer but no dryer. For us that was not an issue. Property owner was very responsive and sent us great info before we came down. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo unit was beautiful with a gorgeous view. We absolutely loved it. The beach is beautiful and the water was gorgeous. I do have to say, put your chairs out early if you need shade. There are no umbrellas. They did open the restaurant, Sea Salt, which was a bit pricy, but delicious and well worth it!!! To clarify what others commented, you cannot swim on the beach directly in front of the unit since there is a lot of coral. The swimming section is literally a one minute walk to the left, which is fine, because that is where the crowds tend to be. The air conditioning unit works just fine. The problem is when you shut the sliding door, the side glass panel on the left opens slightly, so all the hot air is let in. We discovered that on day one. Last, Red Hook is about a three-minute drive with Moe's being a really good supermarket and a few nice restaurants, including Raw which had really good sushi and offers takeout. We had an absolutely lovely and relaxing time!
