Bab's is a well appointed home away from home in a great location. Right on the hip strip, a pleasant walk away from just about everything in central Missoula. A great place to stay to feel like you're at home.

I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment in it’s present form. The last time I saw the inside of The Babs was 1998, and it’s a beautiful piece of Missoula history. The apartment has been renovated, and is more comfortable now than back then, while retaining its original charm. Immaculately clean, aesthetically pleasing, and spacious, walking distance from the university and downtown, and the host(s) are incredibly friendly and helpful people. Without question I’d stay there again, and recommend it highly to anyone visiting Missoula.

Lovely condo in downtown. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

This cute condo in the hip strip was in a perfect location to hit great restaurants, attend University of Montana games, and enjoy the river walk!

This place is a beautifully decorated place in a great location to downtown and walking distance to most anything in the historic area of Missoula. If you like old historic but classy and very clean with modern amenities , this place is perfect. It was a bit stuffy the first day And no A/C in main living space made it pretty sweltering. Luckily , fans were provided and by our second day had improved air circulation. Bruce and Betsy Peck

This property checked all my boxes in regards to location, price, amenities and cleanliness. The property is very comfortable and there are plenty of places to walk to for coffee, drinks or food.

This condo was great. Plenty of space. Great location, right across from our favorite bakery. Easy walk to downtown. It was perfectly for us!

Location is great. Easy to find free street parking. Everything is walking distance for going out in the evening and daily we drove 60-90 minutes for hiking and lake visits.Something I missed was that the AC unit is just in the bedroom. The days we were there were hot and the living room got quite warm.

The condo is beautiful, the host is incredibly responsive as well as she keeps her rental immaculate. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting Missoula!

This was a very comfortable condo in a great location. It was well equipped with everything one would need in the kitchen as well as bedding and linens. I felt very safe, which was important as a female, traveling solo.

We had a lovely stay right in the middle of the "Hip Strip" area of Missoula. I was working over the river near the Wilma on Higgins and it was only about a 6-minute walk over the bridge crossing the Clark Fork to get there. The condo is luxuriously appointed with comfortable furniture, high-end efficient and compact European appliances, and beautifully preserved/restored original architectural details. The king-sized bed is very tall and memory-foam-supportive. The unit is on the ground floor of the building right near the front door, so you are literally a few steps to a French bakery with delicious coffee and pastries and lots of wonderful dining, entertainment, and shopping. A charming condo with a wonderfully equipped kitchen and a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud, for less than the price of a Motel 6! Jenni is a great hostess. We'll be back!

Great place / Great location

Everything you needed to make you feel like home was available in the condo. Plus the location was wonderful. It was close to bakeries, restaurants, farmers market, and bus line! Jenni was available to take care of any problems that arose. Great place!!

We spent the weekend in one of the condos. Our friends stayed in another, across the hall. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Very nice accommodations in a great location. Great balance of being able to walk anywhere you want to be in Missoula. But still easy to get to our adventures in the mountains. Property owner was very nice and accommodating. We will be back.

The apartment was impeccably clean, the bed was huge and very comfy. It’s in an old building on the “hip strip” of Missoula; so the apartment had character — bay windows, unique layout — and it was all beautifully updated and refurbished, felt like brand new! I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Steps from great coffee (3 really good options) juice bar, restaurants, this is close to downtown but in a neighborhood of its own. The apartment is well done, comfortable bed and Jenni is easy to communicate with making it a great stay!
