We loved our stay minus a few things I wish I would have realized before we booked. The main master is on the 3rd floor and since we have a 1 year old, that was a little inconvenient with so many stairs to cover. However, if you do not have toddlers, this is the perfect house. It was clean, had everything we needed for the week and the location was perfect! We were looking for a little more low key location on the beach, sea side gets crazy busy so rosemary is perfect if you are looking for things to do with less people. 10-15 minute car ride to the major beaches like seaside & sea-grove and a 10 minute walk to the main rosemary shopping and dining area. Seconds from the beach! May book again next year.

Honestly the living room/TV area is pretty small for more than 5-6 people and could be easily be increased with another chair and swap the love seat with a couch. The most frustrating issue was the a/c not working on the top MB floor with temps getting up to 78 degrees multiple times during our stay. Based on comments from the repair people - this is a KNOWN issue and keeps getting bandaids instead of just getting it fixed. We would stay at this property again - but the a/c was annoying and small seating area was enough to make us add other options to our list for our next trip to FL.

I’ll start by saying we will definitely rent here again. It’s the perfect location, the house and bed were comfortable and it suited our needs very well. The property came equipped with all the beach item you need including chairs and umbrella all set up and waiting for us each morning. :) The kitchen was missing a few essential items that make cooking and entertaining a bit more convenient and the chandelier was broken but no big deal as we pretty much just ate out. The location is a quick walk to all the dining and shops of Rosemary beach without having to deal with a crowded beach. Magical. The only odd thing is that the master is up a sketchy metal spiral staircase. The only privacy door for the master is at the bottom of the stairs. This may be fine for a married couple but two friends sharing a room could be, ahem, uncomfortable when you need to use the restroom or shower. We loved our time at inlet beach and can’t wait to return.

This place was excellent. Location was amazing! Partial Ocean views were better than expected! Very Clean and tidy! There were a few light bulbs out in the hallway, but that's about it! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property to celebrate “uno mas” week of my 30s! The location was fabulous! Quick walk to Rosemary without Rosemary prices and the beach access is literally steps away. Property comes with a set of chairs via laid back beach services which was a game changer;) no lugging things up and down and you can add extra chairs or a cooler through laid back website. Little bit of a hike to the third floor bedroom but view and furnishings are worth it. Only thing that I’d improve is the ac unit in third floor was loud and the dining table light needs to be replaced. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property is excellent. Right next to Rosemary. Steps to the private beach with chair and umbrella set-up. The unit is well decorated and equipped. The only downsides were the spiral staircase to the master bedroom on the 3rd floor and the parking under the unit is very tight. Check-in was easy and property manager was very responsive.

Cold and rainy at the beach still beats cold and rainy at home! Great location for easy beach access and to enjoy the amenities of 30A.

Uno Mas is a great property with all the amenities you need and steps to the private beach walkover in a cozy neighborhood block. Home is comfortable, wifi, TV throughout, balconies with views and ocean sounds 24-7. Highly recommend. Property managers are very responsive and service-oriented.

They were very helpful and responsive. It’s was a nice place to stay and very close to the beach.

Great property and location

Uno Mas was excellent for our family for our beach vacation. Upon arrival the coffee pot had mildewed coffee grounds inside and underneath the couch was not cleaned (sand and food). There was also a pet odor near the spiral staircase. The location and pool could not have been better. I would suggest putting window draperies in the bunk room to block the sunlight for children.

Wonderful time and great home

The location is awesome but that’s all this house has going for it! It was DIRTY! I talked to the property manager and he said he would send someone and they eventually showed up at 5:00pm when we were sitting down to eat dinner (he had emailed me earlier in the day saying they were one house away and should be coming to me soon-so we left only to come back to the same dirty house). The air filters have probably never been changed by all the black on the ceiling. The windows haven’t been washed in I don’t know how long. To get to the master bedroom there is this dangerous spiral staircase that shakes when you walk on it. The carpet upstairs was so disgusting I didn’t even want to walk on it without my shoes on. The house is pictured with different furniture. Also upon our arrival someone (who turned out to be the owners friend) was parked in our extra parking space (you have two parking spaces under the house but an SUV can’t fit in them) and he told us that he would move his car and just park his under the house-the property manager did get him to move it but explained the owner daughter is living in the house in front of the rental for the summer and it was her friend. The house looks like it’s a lot bigger than it is. Also the furniture was dirty. This house is not kept up well at all!!!!!! We wanted to changed houses when we got there but couldn’t. I felt scammed because went spent a lot of money for this house.

Location was ideal. Kids loved the pool and riding bikes to Rosemary. The uncrowded beach was amazing! Only complaint was cleanliness of the house and lack of cleaning supplies. We would stay here again.

We loved the location of Uno Mas. We were able to bike to dinner and the location is so close to the beach. Great stay!

I am in love with this house! This home is beautifully decorated and the beach access is right next to the home. The beach is amazing and has the sugar white sand and the pool is great! The home is an easy distance to Rosemary and 30A!

This home is in a perfect location with easy beach and pool access. There are gulf views from 2 balconies. It is less than a block to Rosemary Beach on a quiet street. The home is extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and convenient. The 3 bicycles included are a wonderful extra for the area. Our stay could not have been any better and we would definitely come back. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us in several ways. We highly recommend this home!!!
