This was a surprisingly modern and recently renovated property.
We stayed in room three which is out the back and was extremely quiet, which I appreciated.
Honestly, the quiet music and fragrance in the reception were top-class.
And I wish I had a basement like they had here for coffee/tea facilities for my wine cellar back home.
There was a minor issue with the shower base not draining as quickly as the water coming into it. Probably fixed by now.

The room was clean and quiet. Excellent location. Good expresso machine. Good shower. Cold AC.
I didn't realize there was no option for breakfast. I thought there was a rooftop. Parking on the street is not a guarantee. The LED light from the AC was a bright beacon that wouldn't shut off, so it was quite bright for sleeping. The mattress pad made me feel sticky, so i had to remove it.

You could totally trust this property - clean, well-located, the host is also helpful. I am happy about the decision to stay here. I am sure to stay here again if going back to sibiu.

The room and the location. Very nice design of the place and good location - close to Piata Mare.
In the description they wrote: "Every room is fitted with a coffee machine..." which is not true. The room I booked didn't have any... The only coffee machine is located in the kitchenette/dining area which is a common area, located outside the room. No milk available.
The checkout is at 11:00. I arrived and checked în very late - at midnight,, after a long drive. In the morning, the cleaning lady asked me too leave the room immediately, at 11.02, which I did. She didn't know, but that day was my nameday and also birthday....

It’s very close to the center in a quiet area, it’s nicely renovated, we had the no. 5 room which is up in the attic , there’s a cozy feeling about the place. Extra points for communication, the owner sent a very clear message will all info needed.
it was a bit cold for us, maybe because the room is in the attic and there is a huge space, between the room and the bathroom. However one radiator was making a huge noise from time to time can be disturbing. Also the stairs walking up to the room are very steep but it’s an old building and it’s normal.

Excellent location, perfectly clean. The fresh smell everywhere was a plus for me. The lady-owner promptly accommodated our specific needs and was open to all our requests. The kitchen was special, nice atmosphere, the cleaning lady we met was quite charming too. All was perfect, we would take Lumiere House again, no doubt.
