The condo was very comfortable, beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen with all the appliances and utensils was very efficient. The location was beautiful! Ours needs and expectations were completely met. All in all a great stay!

We spent Christmas on the island and the house was perfect for our family of 5 and for hosting Christmas dinner with the in-laws. Beautiful place and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to the beach as well as the use of the pools. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

This was the perfect base for our first trip to Kauai. In beautiful Poipu just a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. Very well stocked with everything we needed from spices to towels and beach gear and everything in between. Loved the upstairs lanai for breakfast and sunsets and the main floor one for a shady spot to plan the day. The Manualoha pool is perfect. Shade, grass, sun and ocean views. A couple times we had it all to ourselves but also met great people there. Don’t think twice. Book it! A suggestion to the owners to put in a new lock box. We struggled with it a bit, otherwise everything was great.

We like the area, we have stayed in the Poipu area for 11 vacations. The downstairs bedroom does not benefit much from the trade winds as much as the upstairs master bedroom. The provided fan helped out but it is loud. We ate out on the patio everyday. My grandaughter was either in the ocean or in the pool. Poipu beach is about a 5 or so minute walk

Our family of 4 loved our stay here. It’s just minutes walk to Brennecke’s beach where people body surf & boogie board. If you enjoy early morning walks/ jogs, there is a lovely trail on a bluff to Shipwreck beach. We saw many green sea turtles in the area which is a special sighting. The area is full of happy (sunburned) tourists, condos and plenty of restaurants and beaches to delight!

What an amazing property and island. Enjoyed every minute and the responsiveness of the owner was top notch. This property was a perfect location, spacious and definitely made a relaxing vacation even more relaxing. A+++

Location was great, close to pool and beach. The upstairs office off bedroom added a nice space for the two kids. The pool/beach toys were so welcome. And the kitchen had everything we ever needed.

House well equipped. Beach gear available. You could tell that the owners have great energy. And enjoy relaxed beach living!! We will be back

Our group of four adults had a great week! The condo is spacious and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and walking to both Kalapaki Joe’s and Brenneke Beach Broiler for dinner. We spent time at the pool overlooking the ocean every day. Check in was super easy and we had zero complaints in renting this place. Would definitely stay here again.

We were worried there was no air conditioning in the condo but that wasn’t an issue. Ceiling fans and the trade winds made it comfortable. We stayed 3 weeks in the unit and couldn’t be more pleased. The unit was clean and spacious and the location couldn’t be better. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai off the master bedroom and the lanai off the living room offered privacy and outdoor dining for any meal. The owners and local manager responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved all aspects of our vacation rental. Spacious, clean and wonderful location. Enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai with the birds and chickens and walking down to the beach at sunset!

We have stayed in the unit twice over the past 5 years. Owners are responsive to inquiry. Great location. New washer/dryer installed. Reasonably well equipped. The Poipu area is special.

Great location, very comfortable condo.

We had an amazing vacation and our stay in Poipu was the icing on top. It was a short walk to Poipu beach where my children were able to snorkel in the “kiddie Pool “. We saw a couple of Honu resting on the beach and in the water. We were able to use the beach chairs, and umbrella that were provided to get the most beach time. It was a short walk to see the sunrise on the other side of shipwreck beach. The pool had an amazing view as did the upstairs lanai and bathroom. The condo was clean, had many kitchen appliances, and spices galore. My husband truly enjoy this as he cooked almost every meal and it was nice to be able to use what was on hand rather than buy at the store and leave behind. There were also games and books but we did not use them but in case you get some rain they are there for your use. There is also a binder with recommendations and gentle reminders. I loved that Marshall thought of all the little details. The island contact was also very responsive. I can not say enough good things. Just trust that you will have an amazing time. Great place and location!

Great spot for our little family. The place has so much to offer - we love cooking and the grill is just steps out front. The back lanai gave us so much more outdoor playing time. Their pantry is stocked and there were ample (unexpected, but great) amenities! Mahalo! We will be back again.

Perfect beach location. Better stocked with all the regular little household necessities (zip lock bags, oil, spices, beach gear, shower stuff, etc) than usual. Upstairs dual shower with ocean view is a real treat. I’d love to stay again.

I loved that the master bedroom was so spacious and upstairs away from the rest of the living space. The lanai and backyard were a wonderful space to hang out and read or share a meal together. The location is close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It was just a wonderful experience overall.

We had a great stay and would certainly recommend this place to family groups or intimate friends.

We absolutely loved this condo. It is well equipped and we had a great time here. It was in a great location to go to Waimea Canyon (had an awful rainy day and fog so we never did see it) and then to go to the fern grotto tour which was a beautiful. Lots of pots and pans for cooking and spices too. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.
