The house was great. The only problem we had was the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Other then that it was great. Thanks for a great week.

very clean and comfortable

We originally rented house for ourselves but ended up going with 2 more families. I wasn't sure at first if the house could fit 9 people but amazingly, it did. The house was clean and very well-maintained. It's only steps away from the public dock where the kids can go crabbing (the owners have a few cages but unfortunately we lost one. Really sorry Gita), and the boardwalk is on the other direction, about 10 mins' walk. Despite the popular amusement park and water park nearby, the beach wasn't crowded. There are two sandbars where the kids went "surfing" and had great fun. The only downside is the you can't use your seaside heights badges in the quieter Seaside Park any more (we could in the past but not this year), but we could always still find parking so it wasn't really a big deal. Gita is a really nice owner and the property manager Laurie is so pleasant to work with. The people are decent, and the place is great.

Our family and close friends enjoyed the facilities. It was a great week. It was a little cold for the beach but we enjoyed the Boardwalk. Every thing worked fine. The bunk beds were not ideal for adults. We did use the air mattress in the bed room with the day bed. The location was ideal. It was a short walk to the Boardwalk, pier, drug store and market.. Great week and we would do it again.

Very modern and very well maintained

We had a great family vacation. The owners and property manager were very accommodating. The home was perfect...very clean...plenty of room for our guests. The home is in walking distance to everything. We would definitely recommend this property to others

The house is beautiful, great set up and very clean. The location was great, easy walk to the boardwalk and even shorter walk to the bay for sunsets. Quiet street and easy free street parking.

Loved the master with the private bathroom. A lot of stairs lol ugh but all homes in this area have this. The home is beautiful. Bring your big pot if your cooking for a crowd. I always bring mine and a large griddle. Other than that this place was amazing!!! Quiet And family orientated. ❤️❤️❤️

The house is very nice and well stocked. Close to the bay and also walkable to the beach and boardwalk. The only thing we were looking for was some cookware. Specifically a large frying pan, mixing bowls, and serving dishes. A grill would have been helpful especially when cooking for a large group. Also, we never found the information sheet that goes with the house stating when garbage and recycling pickups were. We figured it out though by watching the neighbors and texting the property manager. Gita is very sweet and accommodating, I would highly recommend this property, overall a great house for a family vacation!

Listing states all bedrooms have queens and also states there is a hot tub which there is not. Overall great experience using vrbo and the house was great.

We had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room for the entire family! Roomy and beautifully decorated. We could walk everywhere! Beach, bay, water park and boardwalk. Hoping to come back next year!!!

Loved it, again this year

We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 minute walk to the Bay and 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Such a great location and well kept condo - was perfect for all 3 families. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Seaside Heights.

Greatly enjoyed our time in this house. The house came with ALL essentials. The owners thought of everything that you could possibly need to have fun at the beach. Definitely would rent from them again

My family and I (group of 10) stayed here for Fourth of July week and had an amazing time. The house was clean, very spacious, 4 blocks to the boardwalk, 7/11 and there's also a small deli a few blocks up. The street is quiet and parking is not an issue. I will definitely be back! Gita and her husband were so easy to work with and very accommodating! We had a small issue with the water pressure and Gita stopped by (she was further down the shore in Wildwood) and she drove up to the house to take a look for us! Not to mentioned she gave us a nice bottle of wine :) I've rented at Seaside previous years but this was by far the best rental we've had.

The house is very comfortable. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our trip with seven family members from three generations had privacy. It includes a full kitchen and laundry room, great for families! The location is just a few blocks from the beach and pier. It's an easy walk. Beach passes for 8 are included! During our stay the water pressure limited us to only one individual shower (or use of any water source) at a time. Recommend you work with the property manager in advance to confirm a meeting time for check in, we had to wait for over an hour. Be sure you are prepared to bring linens or set up rental well in advance. The property owners were great to work with and quickly responded to our questions.

Beautiful brand new home with plenty of parking and loads of space! The second balcony from the master bedroom was a pleasant surprise. 10 minute tops walk to the beach and plenty of other places within walking distance. Thank you so much for the great stay Jnan and Gita!

We were very pleased with our stay. Clean comfy vacation home. Only downfall for us was the distance to the beach. If you prefer the bay this is the place for you.

We just returned from our vacation at this home and it was wonderful! Not only was the house very nice and spacious the owners were so sweet and helpful from day 1, back in February when we first sent our inquiry. We loved it and will definitely return again! The 4th of July is our “Family Vacation Week”. We found this amazing house on VRBO available from July 2nd to the 9th. Usually we get together at my house in Rhode Island and plan day trips to Cape Cod, Block Island, etc. After searching through what VRBO had to offer we came across this house. The house exceeded our expectations being new construction and the opportunity of being the first renters!!! After I booked, the owner of the home contacted me about our vacation. She was very nice and sounded just as excited as I was. The house is only 3 blocks from the beach on a quiet street and free parking. It is very spacious with the living room and kitchen being separated from the bedrooms. We met all the neighbors (yearlong residents) and all were friendly. We spent quite a bit of time on front deck watching the planes fly over the beach (unless we were on the beach). Growing up I’ve spent my fair share of time in the Seaside area. If you have not been to Seaside, I highly recommend renting this house and having a relaxing (or not so relaxing) week with your family. Thank you Gita and Jnan for opening up your home to my family.
