Everything was great at this home. It is clean, ac works great, and the home is as described. Only issue I had was the owner constantly turning the AC temperature up thought out the day and night. We were working an event outdoors in the sun and wanted to come home and enjoy some air conditioning. The owner made that much less enjoyable. Other than that, the house is great.

Great location, very home and clean. Washer and dryer worked great, beds were nice and comfortable. For 3 women there was not enough toilet paper, I had read before how many rolls were provided so we brought a couple extra rolls from home. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall the home was nice! Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc. The bedrooms were nice size. Back patio area was handy. Only real negative was the smoke/musty smell in the home. Otherwise great stay!

We came out for a golf vacation and there are a ton of beautiful courses within 25 minutes. Also very close to Phoenix Raceway for all NASCAR fans

We had a little trouble checking in our code didn't work and the alarm went off. But the on call maintenance team was so helpful and customer service was very helpful. The rest of the stay was perfect, the putting green in the back was a cute fun thing. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful rental for our family. Everything was clean, well stocked for cooking, and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

Three of us stayed here in April 2017 and the place was great. We played golf for 6 days in a row with a friend who lives in Litchfield. The house had plenty of room for us and the beds were very comfortable. The TV in the living area had a great picture with the channels we needed to watch the Masters Golf Tournament. The computer was a little slow when surfing the internet but was adequate for our needs. The AC worked great keeping us cool since it got up to 90 degrees several of the days that we were there. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in this area. The price is comparable to other rent houses in the area but this house is clean and well kept where others we have stayed at were not as well kept. Thanks Dale and Melissa, we visit Phoenix twice a year and you house is at the top of our list now.

Very nice home, great kitchen equipment, clean and great access to golf/activities around the greater area. Fun backyard and owners were very attentive to any of our needs.

This house has everything you need for a great stay. My only issue was that it was to hot to go outside and grill. The whole house was very comfortable and clean. Location was great, close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks alot.

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable and well equipped. Although we didn't spend much time on the premises as we were in town for a surprise birthday party it had everything we needed to make our stay more than pleasant, including a organized list of things to do and see. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

This home was the perfect size for 5 of us staying. As we were going to both an NFL game and an NHL game the location couldn't have been better. As well it is near shopping and entertainment areas. Definitely wanting to book our next Phoenix stay here again, whenever that may be.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue's Vacation home very much. It was convenient and so much more comfortable than a motel. The home is very clean and in good working order, The kitchen is well stocked with all the needed utensils for cooking and food preparation. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our kids who live near there.

Everything was as described - comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed the putting green. Nice neighborhood, close to Fry's, and fast food. Loved being able to entertain our Phoenix area family members, attend baseball games, relax on the patio, do laundry - just like at home. Dale was super to work with. We will certainly recommend this to friends and family, and will check availability if we get to PHX again.

This property is truly great value for the money. Dale and Melissa go out of their way to make it comfortable and a great place to stay. Everything is in great shape and all the amenities and incidentals are top notch. We so enjoy having the bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. We find the location so convenient for our purposes and coming home each evening to such a warm and inviting house made it feel like our home away from home. Thank you Dale and Melissa!

This was a great house & location. It had everything we needed. The house was very clean & comfortable. It was like a home away from home for sure! The owners were great to work with. We especially enjoyed using the putting green in the evenings. We definitely recommend this house & will be staying here again.

This property was everything that was advertised. It accommodated six with ease. We all enjoyed the patio and putting green and loved being able to relax in the evening watching the Olympics. For us the location was ideal for traveling, eating and getting around Phoenix. It was great having bicycles to ride everyday. Dale was quick to respond to the one or two questions that we had and he made it easy to check in and out with very good instructions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This was the first time in renting a vacation home; it was exactly as it was described. We found the home to be very clean, well taken care of and suited our needs very well. We had great customer service from the owner. We would recommend it to friends and family, also if we were making another trip to Phoenix we would be checking to see if the house was available. It was very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and close to one of our nephews homes. We enjoyed the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock, Lake Pleasant, along with several other attractions. And visiting our nephews. Some of the restaurants we tried, were The Yard, Raul & Theresa's, and The Islands. Our overall experience in renting a vacation was excellant.

Can't say enough about the attention to detail by the owners before, during and after our stay. Our golf foursome has been renting homes in the Phoenix area every year for about 15 years. This property was at near the top of the list. The home was well stocked and everything was clean & like new. There was a Fry's a few blocks away as well as plenty of restaurant choices. It was nice to have use of the empty garage which many owners pack with stuff. Avondale was a nice area and not so far west as to be inconvenient to any part of town. I'm a tough grader but I still give this home 5 stars.

After spending two days, all 7 of us, in the minivan, it was so nice being able to spread out and relax! So much nicer than being cooped up in a motel room. The house was very nice, very clean, beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood park and grassy area while there. Nice area and neighborhood that is close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Owners were super great about responding to our initial inquiry, answering any questions we had, and didn't inflate their rates for the fiesta bowl. Every other place I contacted which wasn't booked when looking, responded with theirs being unavailable, but had others which were 3 to 4 times as expensive available. Not so on this one, and we appreciated that so much! The nice place to stay really made our whole trip and I will be recommending this to anyone I know headed to Phoenix!

Wow, where to begin. This was our first experience with vacation rentals, and it was nothing short of outstanding. This is a very new and very clean house, and exactly as described online. The owners were very friendly and concerned with our comfort and experience througout our stay. Any questions I had were addressed in short order. The furnishing and amenities in the home show a great amount of attention-to-detail. I was there with my three young boys, and they loved the place. They thought the beds and living room were particularly comfortable, and I agree. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need for your stay. The location of the home is brilliant; very safe neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. We found sams club just minutes away and stocked up with food for the week. Saved us much money from going to restaurants more than necessary. This vacation home is a great choice if you want to spend a little time in Phoenix, comfortably. Our sincerest thanks to the owners.

This home was the best thing we have done in a long time. Well worth the investment. Everyone felt at home. We had rented it for a wedding at the Boojum Tree and most of our immediate family stayed at the house. It was very clean and set up very well for people to use. It's in a great neighborhood and easy access to shopping as well as easy access to major highways in the area. Nascar (PIR) is about 3 miles away, restaurants are close by. If we had stayed in a hotel we would have lost that family feel to our stay. In fact we miss it and would stay there again. Don't loose out rent today, you won't be disappointed with this rental property. Thank you Dale and Mellissa
